room is surprisingly big, has everything a cottage rent has. swimming pool water is clean and pool side is tidy. the resort is well maintained. its location is not very close to the beach, need to have your own transportation. we have a rental car so it is not a problem.

Wunderschöne großzügige Anlage. Bei der von uns gewählten Villa, hatten wir einen eigenen Pool. Das Haus wurde jeden Tag gereinigt.Zentral gelegen, man kann von dort aus fix überall hin.

Mooi park, maar wel fors in prijs gestegen en daarom 1 ster minder. Half uur lopen naar strandje Caneiros beach. Geen winkels op loopafstand. Wel een paar restaurantjes in dorpje. In één ervan werden we getrakteerd op een fijne darmbacterie zodat het hele gezin daarna aan de buikloop was. Het restaurantje op het park zelf is overigens prima.

staff are friendly but lots of construction work and lots of insects in apartments and mopeds racing around and loud revving around the complex! No entertainment provided! Very boring for children! Spent a lot of money to stay here so not happy! Staff and builders drive very fast around the complex and can be very noisy. So children need to be watched very carefully. Stayed here before and it was great but did not enjoy it as much this time. Will be trying a different hotel complex next time!

Stayed at this resort four times in the past and it has been excellent, accommodation very comfortable however sadly although the waiters/bar staff were very good, the food was very poor on half board basis this time, and disappointing.For the first two days the breakfast cook didn’t turn up to the embarrassment of the waiter, items like fish fingers and chicken nuggets should remain as children’s menu. I must say the food in the past has been really excellent which has been the repeat booking to the Colina da Lupa. Will we go back again, doubtful with this cooking staff. Understand new regime in progress for kitchen, hope so, otherwise the Colina Da Lupa will go downhill rapidly!!! Good luck...............

I really liked the room space and the kitchen appliances. It can be considered as an apartment instead of a hotel room. The condo town style really catches me and my family! Certainly I will repeat on summer

Zeer sobere bestemming, zeer slechte bedden,Wi-Fi, ontbijt is zeer matig dus indien niet nodig niet bij boeken! Eigen vervoer is zeker een aanrader om zelf ontbijt bij supermarkt in te slaan. Accommodatie en appartement in ver verouderde staat, als ze het zouden op pimpen en verbeteren dan is het best een aardige accommodatie. Maar ik raad het niet aan zoals het er nu bij ligt. Dus laat je niet verleiden door de foto's want de realiteit is 180 graden ge(ver)draaid!!

We have stayed at Colina Da Lapa many many times and have found the staff very helpful and friendly. One thing we were disappointed with was they’ve had a revamp of their bar, kitchen and restaurant which isn’t as good as before. The layout is better but the choice of bar drinks is not as good with the only draught beer running out for several days. The menu has little choice which is even worse if you don’t like garlic or fish so it’s steak, steak or steak compared to the old one which was fabulous with more than enough variety. Some villas has been updated inside and out including having your own pool and BBQ area. If you stay in the apartments they are more than ample but you have to hope you don’t have noisy or inconsiderate neighbours above or below because that can spoil your holiday. On the very numerous times we have stayed there the majority of it has fabulous but now the restaurant and bar menu is limited we are not very likely to put up with the inconsiderate neighbours and doubt if we will stay again which is a shame because the staff are great.

Algumas coisas k j vi n primeiro momento .. Precisa d alguma manutenções .. N piscina tem falta d pedras n fundo e tem "buracos" ... E precisa d limpeza d água.Tem luzes fundidas n postes .. N quartos vi algumas formigas e o telefone n funciona...kt ao restante, vou avaliar durante a estadia .. O ambiente pareceu calmo... Da p descansar...

Great area, not too close to the noisy busy areas but not so quite that you’re in the sticks. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Room was great, huge 1 bed self catering apartment with far more room than was really needed. Well equipped kitchen, bit of a tired bathroom which could have done with a revamp but absolutely functional. Nice little pool, crap sunbeds!We didn’t try the on site restaurant but all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and couldn’t fault them one bit!!

El sitio es espectacular!!!!!!, alquilamos una villa de dos habitaciones y ha sido todo un descubrimiento, equipamiento completísimo, todo limpisimo, los jardines bien cuidados, la zona de la piscina y restaurante preciosos, el desayuno de 10 y la atención de los trabajadores muy buena. Lo recomiendo al 200% y repetiremos seguro.

Spacious, traditional apartment, very clean and comfortable. Reception staff spoke excellent English, so easy to communicate and they were always really pleasant and polite. Housekeeping was excellent every day.

The staff we met were very friendly and accommodating. Nuno was at the front desk both when we checked in and checked out. He spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful, explaining everything very well. Even came to our room via golf cart and running up the stairs when we couldn’t figure out how to open the door. Then he went well over and beyond and translated my parking ticket from the day before and printed out google map address and coordinates of the city hall in Lisbon. Staff at breakfast were also helpful. Room itself was spacious as it was a full apartment. It’s a bit old but was overall clean and well maintained. The main problem was that one of the beds had black particles between the sheets and seemed really dirty, so my daughter had to sleep over the sheets and was naturally uncomfortable sleeping there.

Ganz nette Anlage mit teilweise wirklich großen Appartements (Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad, 2 kleine Balkone).
Ausrüstung in der Küche eher minimalistisch, sowohl Geschirr wie auch Anzahl der Steckdosen.
Eine (!) Steckdose für Toaster, Kaffeemaschine etc.
Appartements teilweise nur über mehrere Treppen erreichbar.
Wlan schwach bis nicht vorhanden!
Restaurant Ende Februar (noch?) komplett geschlossen.
Viele Parkplätze, die auch notwendig sind. Ohne Pkw ist man dort aufgeschmissen.

Stayed here a few tomes now. Amazing place & value for money. My parents also stayed there for my mother’s birthday. The staff all signed a card for her. The cleaner must have seen birthday cards In their apartment & notified reception. Some have stunning views, the restaurant is excellent & the staff friendly.

Im Prinzip eine schöne Anlage und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es mangelt aber extrem an Sauberkeit und das Mobiliar in den Apartments ist stark veraltet. Es ist wie eine Zeitreise in vergangene Jahrzehnte. Die Polster der Sofas riechen nach Schweiß und die Betten nach Urin. Die Matratzen sind zudem durchgelegen und müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Der Pool ist absolut in Ordnung. Wir haben trotzdem unseren geplanten Aufenthalt nach 1 Nacht abgebrochen und uns fuer die verbleibenden 2 Nächte was Schöneres und fuer den Preis angemesseneres gesucht. Wir werden definitiv nicht noch mal dort hingehen!

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The appartment had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location. The decor is a little dated and TV picture fuzzy but we enjoyed our stay and would recommend for the price.

It’s with great regret I post this review as I trust the average score of “very good” is warranted. However, there are always slip ups and on this occasion where myself and 4 ladies where wrongly sold a 1 bed apartment on a hen do the manager of the resort and teletext holidays deferred to take responsibility. This left us realising we had been grossly over charged per person, lied to about the conditions of the apartment and having to fork out extra money to upgrade to a large room
To accommodate the group. The manager was aggressive, rude and didn’t care. I will
NOT be visiting this “resort” ever again.

A really beautiful place to go to with a big family or a group of friends. It is clean and quiet and the decor is really simple and nice. There are activities for children in the middle of the complex so just get info from the reception. There are a lot of beaches and places to visit nearby if you have a car so totally worth it.
As for the vila's downsides, can't block acces from living room to the steps so if you have small childrens you need to keep a close eye on them. Could use some changes like a better washing machine as some people travel with children. The TV could use more programs and it wasn't connecting to the Internet. The pool was really cold for summer time, but maybe it was like that only on our vacation.
Otherwise if pretty nice, private pool, garden, barbecue, big rooms, big wardrobes, lots of bathrooms, and the staff is very friendly.

Wir haben zum ersten mal ein Hotel etwas abseits vom Strand und Tourismus gebucht,dennoch hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Ein Mietwagen ist Empfehlenswert.
Saubere und gepflegte Anlage.
Die Mitarbeiter waren , bis ein zwei Ausnahmen, alle sehr freundlich. Ein besonders Lob geht an Paulo Seco. Er versteht seinen Job.
Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es fürs, sich ständig wiederholende, Frühstück.

Sehr schöne Ferienanlage mit Pool. Apartments mit Waschmaschine und weiteren elekt. Küchengeräten..sehr freundliches Personal. .jeden Tag ausreichend frische Handtücher. .Betten werden jeden 2. Tag frisch bezogen. Eigenes Restaurant in der Anlage, sowie einen eigenen Pizzalieferservice auf dem Gelände. Um in den Ort zu gelangen benötigt man ein Auto oder muss einen angebotenen Shuttleservice in Anspruch nehmen.

Schöne gepflegte Anlage ... super freudlich alle Mitarbeiter. Das kleine Restaurant macht brauchbare Pizza und super Burger zum kleinen Preis. Der Strand per Shuttle 2x am Tag sehr schön und nich sooo voll. Cavoeiro 8€ per Taxi, gute Lage mit viel Ruhe

Es un apartamento un poco antiguo pero muy bien equipado, en una zona muy tranquila. Nuestra terraza era muy pequeña, no podíamos cenar los tres pero el resto era perfecto.
La ubicación es fantástica, en coche tienes todas las playas cerca y son magníficas. La piscina es fantástica, tranquila, limpia, con tumbonas de sobras.
Tuvimos problemas con la nevera porque no se cerraba bien y no enfriaba. Para tomar una cerveza fría la teníamos que poner en el congelador. Avisamos y a los cinco minutos vinieron pero solo quitaron el hielo que se había formado y ya está, con lo cual, el problema siguió. El primer día también tuvimos hormigas pero fácil de solucionar.
El coche lo puedes aparcar al lado, muy cómodo.
La limpieza correcta. En resumen,
es un lugar ideal para descansar y disfrutar. Volvería sin dudarlo!

La casa es espectacular y el precio bastante competitivo para una zona idílica. Vaya por delante, en ese sentido la verdad que muy contentos. Sin embargo nos hemos encontrado con detalles de atención y mantenimiento que no esperábamos. Lo primero que nos encontramos fue una nevera vieja que no enfriaba prácticamente nada, lo comunicamos y nos la cambiaron la misma mañana. En ese sentido reaccionaron muy bien. Pero luego nos encontramos una batidora con restos de comida, hormigas por la cocina (aunque estaba limpia), alguna colilla por el jardín, una bombilla fundida y un olor a tubería bastante sorprendente al llegar a la casa. No son cuestiones drásticas, pero no se corresponden con la imagen de lujo y las expectativas que teníamos. Por otro lado tuvimos que insistir mucho para que nos arreglaran la luz de la piscina y finalmente conseguimos conectarla nosotros a base de cacharrear. Por último, olvidamos un par de cosas en la casa y la comunicación con el propietario no ha funcionado por lo que no las hemos recuperado.
No diría que ha sido un desastre, pero la conclusión para mi es que fallan detalles simples para que la experiencia completa sea de lujo. Porque la casa y la ubicación son impresionantes. Si el resto de los detalles comentados no hubieran fallado me hubiera encantado poner 5 estrellas.

La casa una pasada, pero cuidado, te dicen q hay jacuzzi y no lo hay en todos los chalets, la cocina da mucho q desear, muebles antiguos,sucios,faltan utensilios...la batidora con restos de comida, la nevera tuvieron q cambiarnosla y la luz de la piscina nunca llego a funcionar!

Na piscina quase todas as espreguiçadeiras estavam danificadas. Apartamentos muito mal isolados, ao ponto de ouvir a água da torneira, as pessoas a andar. E a ouvir as pessoas a falar como se estivessem dentro do nosso apartamento.

Fantásticas casa para alquilar si quieres pasar unos días en El algarve. Muy amplias y con una zona ajardinada privada con barbacoa, piscina y en algunos casos jacuzzi. En nuestro caso éramos 6 adultos y 4 niños y estuvimos muy comodos.
En 10 min llegas a algunas de las mejores playas del Algarve cómo Benagil...

Gutes Hotel - waren im April da, also außerhalb der Saison. Entsprechend war nicht viel los &leider auch die Bar etc noch geschlossen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren groß, aber leider ziemlich altmodisch & recht "kühl" eingerichtet. Außerdem ist es auch etwas hellhörig, dass kann ich mir gerade während der Hauptsaison störend vorstellen, da wir Zimmer sowohl über als auch neben uns besetzt hatten &man schon jede Diskussion/Stühle verrücken mitbekommen hat. Aber ansonsten war der Service und alles in einem top und die Anlage wirkte auch gepflegt. Es gibt auch Parkmöglichkeiten, da ein Auto aufgrund der Lage auf jedenfall empfehlenswert ist. Wir waren zufrieden!

My family and I loved this place! The location is great, very quite area and 20 minutes walk from the beach. If you do not like walking you definitely need a car. The apartments have big rooms and balcony. The kitchens are fully equipped and rooms are very clean!The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. I cannot make comments about the restaurant because it was not opened for the season. We definitely will come back to Colin's da Lapa!

Sehr schöne Anlage in einer tollen Gegend! Wir hatten eine Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern und es war tatsächlich eine riesen Haushälfte mit 2 Etagen, Küche, Balkone und Terrassen. Die Möbel sind zwar ziemlich altmodisch, aber alles sauber und zum Wohlfühlen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, schön grün und hat ein Restaurant mit sehr leckeren Speisen.
Fazit: Colina da Lapa ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

We had two weeks here and we loved it! Not much around here so you need a car or taxi they also run a mini bus. The staff are very friendly helpful. Gardens are well kept and tidy it's peaceful place very well planned area! Pool is good. The bar/restaurant is good price and good food/drink with hard working staff. Highly recommended.

Brilliant location and very good quality of villa. Airconditioning needs upgrading and no WiFi in the villas you need to go outside to get signal. No shops nearby so be prepared. Pool restaurant can offer better food than what they do.

It is an excellent place. Stayed this time in one of the villas - they are big, with room for 6. The cleaning is perfect, the service level is high. The resturant is ok, with a nice standard menu. The pool and pool bar is a great venue for many hours of use. It is possible to hire a car. It opens up the opportunity to experience the Algarve, Wineries, the beach and the many charming seaside towns

Geweldige week gehad.
Appartement (gelegen op prachtig goed onderhouden park) zeer ruim en schoon, niets ontbrak.
Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Prachtige omgeving, je moet wel vervoer hebben om ergens te kunnen komen.
Receptie medewerkers regelden in no time mountainbike's of huurauto.

Al llegar creímos que nuestro apartamento iba a estar en mala situación pero en realidad era excelente, aun así, en el hotel estaban dispuestos a ver si habría posibilidad de cambiarlo (luego no quisimos, claro, pero ellos no se negaron por principio)Se requiere el coche para ir a cualquier playa, aunque en la zona es lo más habitual y no lo consideramos un problema. El apartamento muy amplio y bien ubicado, hay que pedir siempre apartamento inferior, los de arriba no tienen jardín y son mucho más incómodos. Lo mejor del hotel son sus trabajadores, todos y cada uno de ellos intentando ser amables y eficientes.

Wir hatten ein Appartement mit einem Schlafzimmer gebucht, erhielten jedoch ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Doppelhaushälfte mit 2 Schlafzimmern, da alle kleineren Einheiten belegt waren. Somit gab es für uns (2 Personen) jede Menge Platz. Am Haus selbst habe ich nichts zu bemängeln außer fehlende Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. So hatte man jede Nacht mit Stechmücken zu kämpfen, wenn man die Fenster während des Schlafens nicht zulassen wollte.Die Anlage liegt etwas außerhalb von Carvoeiro, mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten am nächstgelegenen Strand und in Carvoeiro, wo es viele Restaurants gibt. Zur Anlage gehört eine Poolanlage und ein Restaurant, das wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben.
