Ich war 2017 dort und es war alles perfekt. Nettes Personal, sehr netter kleiner Supermarkt. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer mit Blick in Richtung Portimao. Super!! Auch am Frühstück fehlte nichts. Ferragudo ist ein tolles kleines Fischerdorf mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu speisen von günstig und auch bis in die gehobene Preisklasse. Mit dem Flusstaxi am Hafen von Ferragudo kann man sich nach Portimao übersetzen lassen. 2019 im September fahre ich wieder an die Algarve in das Vitor´s Village und freue mich schon jetzt darauf.

Geweldig complex. Totaal niet toeristisch. Ferragudo is een authentiek Portugees dorp met een leuke winkelstraat. Gezellig! Lidl op loopafstand, maar wel een flinke heuvel (ongeveer 20 minuten lopen). Ander klein supermarktje in het centrum. Hebben ook veel. Appartementen zijn enorm schoon! Groot en netjes afgewerkt. Zwembad is mooi en schoon. Alles klopt gewoon. Personeel is vriendelijk. Niks meer aan doen. Wij gaan nog eens terug!

I am absolutely stunned by the trouble i have just been through with this hotel. The complex itself is absolutely stunning and couldn't ask for more. However the facilities in march i understand are quite scarce. And the closest supermarket we found was a 15 minute walk there. I am a heavily pregnant woman that walked half an hour in total to the lidl. I bought bread but forgot the butter. I didnt see it as a problem as the hotel will kindly give me 2 of their mini pots. However. I was totally astonished to discover they were less willing to help. I had then asked if i could pay a few euros for 2 mini pots of butter. But was told i am creating a problem because i forgot to buy my own butter. I then reminded them of the amount of money I have paid for the holiday and am only asking to pay for 2 mini pots. I was told that i got what i paid for and more so stop complaining. I have NEVER....... in my existence EVER experienced this treatment. Word of warning. Don't expect the supervisor to help in your time of need. Regardless of you being heavily pregnant or not. Have just seen your response. Firstly Expedia upgraded 1 of our rooms before we arrived. The other apartment i PAID for due to us having an infant. As for the 2 mini tubs you delivered to my room after so much agro from yourselves. I paid the person that delivered the 2 mini butters. 2 euros. So my apologies if your staff have not provided you with the correct information. I did stress i would like to collect from the restaurant in which i was told NO. I dont believe it was a misunderstanding as your supervisor made it very clear he was not prepared to hand me the 2 mini butters. You had nothing to do with the 1 upgrade we received. I was told this upon my arrival at reception.

Victos Village is a superb resort accommodation and the service was matchlesss. Perhaps the directions to find it could be improved however. Also for a plsce of such high quality the siting near s rathrr run down village is rather unfortunate. Still, the coastal walks nearby are spectacular

Really nice place, helpful staff honestly. Lovely grounds pools kept immaculate. The beach too too too far to walk which I did. Rooms modern, very clean crisp, as I was very cautious this would not be the case. No bus to the beach, walked once there and back never again. Lidl is a bit of a walk, so won't be doing that again. Television flat screen in room, plus kettle and glasses, immaculate cooler that works and I fitted 8 bottles of little waters, plus 2 sml containers of fruit. Breakfast is a buffet. Dinner half board standard meal selection. There is an air conditioner for cooling or heat easy to use. Oh the WiFi is on point very good. The weather is general warmth in the day, most tourist wearing trousers and jackets, sometimes it can get a bit warmer between 11 _ 2pm. Then it gets more windy and very cold in the evening real shrill. There is an excellent full iron board and an iron, also if your from the UK bring an adapter plug for your phone or tablet as Thier plugs are euro. Ciao

What a nice place to stay. We booked the vacation Fly and Drive from Kras. The man who checked us in was very friendly. The apartment we had was great. Breakfast was very good. The pool very nice. We had a fantastic stay at Vitor's Village. Shame we only stayed one week ;-)

Wij zijn hier half april 2018 geweest. We hadden een 2 kamperappartement met uitzicht op de straat kant. Dit was erg mooi en rustig. Wij hadden geen zon op het balkon maar je vertoeft toch de hele elders dat dit niet zo erg was en misschien bij hele warme temperaturen wel lekker. Het appartement was lekker ruim en goed ingericht. Wel was het erg gehorig. In april is dit niet zo erg maar in hoogzomer seizoen zou dat niets voor ons zijn. De handdoeken werden elke dag gewisseld ondanks dat dit maar 3x per week zou gebeuren. De schoonmakers hielden alles goed schoon was het vaak zo dat dit pas aan het einde van de middag gebeurde wat wel eens lastig was als je terug kwam van een dagje we maar goed dan nog was het wel heel fijn dat ze dagelijks kwamen. Het complex was al redelijk vol. Vooral stellen en stellen met kinderen die nog niet naar school gaan in onze eerste week en in onze tweede week begon er een schoolvakantie toen was het wel flink drukker. Er zijn 2 zwembaden welke niet verwarmd zijn, wat zomers heerlijk is maar in april nog niet. Er zijn genoeg ligbedden voor iedereen. Het beroemde terras met mooi uitzicht was niet geopend. Het terras beneden wel. Verder is er een supermarktje. Wel wat prijzig maar voor de 1e levensbehoefte prima. Er is een grote Lidl op loopafstand. Ik denk zo'n 1 km lopen. Is een heerlijke wandeling langs alle mooie huizen en tuinen. Bij de Lidl is er nog een soort van patisserie waar je heerlijke taartjes en koffie kunt drinken. Er is er 1 buiten maar ook binnen de Lidl in het beging. Beiden zijn goed te doen maar buiten is wel een leukere ambiance. De prijzen zijn er in ieder geval bij beiden erg goedkoop. Verder is de taxi ook heel goedkoop dus je zou ervoor kunnen kiezen om met de taxi naar bijvoorbeeld Portimao of de supermarkt of het dorpje Ferragudo te laten brengen. Naar Portimao kun je ook lopen via de brug. Dit is erg goed te doen en heel leuk om zo wat van de prachtige omgeving te zien.

Séjour du 04/09 au 11/09 Très déçues à l 'arrivée par le personne de la réception. Pas aimable du tout. Aucune personne de TUI n'est venue nous proposer des excursions. On a déjà beaucoup voyager ce genre de comportement ne nous ai jamais arriver. Ne parlons plus de TUI (agence inexistante) un tableau d'affichage dans l'hôtel jamais mis à jour. A part la personne de la petite épicerie parlant un peu français on n'a pu se comprendre. Inadmissible que personne ne parle français au niveau du personnel. Dès que le directeur nous voyait arriver il partait... Directeur très nul et sa façon de réagir incorrect pour un directeur. De plus il a fallu s'énerver pour avoir l'heure de la prise en charge du car pour repartir à l'aéroport. Le site et la propreté rien à dire. Très propre et le village de Ferragudo très sympathique.

Not a bad place overall, but for us with kids, it wasnt ideal as there isnt alot going on if you want a kids club ect. Breakfast - mixed quality - eggs, porridge, bread nice. Bacon was 80% fat and sausages tiny boiled cocktail mini sausages, the sausages and bacon are the cheapest quality money can buy. Plates and tea cups cold so food gets cold fast.-Not enough sun chairs on Sat and Sun. -You also have to bring your own towelsWhich meant we had to spend over 50 euro on towels. Yes, its an apt/hotel, but - bring your own towels - is not made clear and we dont usually bring towels to this standard of apr/hotel. We were told - most of our customers know this because they have been here before But one staff member let it slip, that this happens all the time with customers turning up having to buy towels!Kids club is a lady in the bar with paint and a4 sheets of paper. Pool entertainment was in total a 30 minute dance class, the only pool entertainment over our 7 day stay, it was good, but over too soon, and they disappeared fast.Clean, well run, some staff friendly some less so. Lovely Bose sound system which as never turned on or when it was it was too low to hear the music.Restaurant for evening meal was very good, tasty quality food, very happy, but its a shame they dont apply the same standard to the breakfast.Evening entertainment was excellent, especially guys on trumpets, but starts too early and place dead by 10!

Los apartamentos muy nuevos y acogedores. El menaje parece nuevo sin a penas uso. Cada día limpian las habitaciones, cambian las bolsas de basura y las toallas usadas . Cerca del complejo se puede ir andando a una zona de restaurantes donde se come muy bien y heladerías con mucho ambiente y hay días que tocan bandas de música . El entorno de los apartamentos muy limpio y precioso con vistas muy chulas. Las piscinas están muy bien aunque por poner algún pero la gente no respeta el uso de las tumbonas y aunque se informa que no se vayan y dejen las toallas puestas mucha gente no lo respeta por lo que no es fácil coger hamacas. Estamos encantados de pasar las vacaciones en el Algarve, está muy bonito.

Mooi resort, prachtige appartementen. Je kan hier kiezen voor logies, ontbijt half en heel pension. Schone accomodatie, modern ingericht. Personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Er is een mooi, schoon zwembad met behoorlijk wat ligplaatsen. Er is een restaurant en een aparte bar waar je 's avonds nog wat kan drinken.

Elke dag komt schoonmaak. Leuke kamers en zwembad. In omgeving is er helaas niks te doen. En zonder vervoer is het wel een saaie plaats. Winkels liever een taxi pakkrn. Shuttle gaat 3x per dag vanuit hotel naar strand of stad met gebonden tijden tot 17.45u uiterst terug op village. Gamehal in de village zijn 3 spel computers en 1 pool en tafelvoetbal. Minimarket aanwezig. In oktober is niet elke dag het restaurant open.

O Hotel Vitor Village se encontra próximo de Portimão, em um lugar próximo de residências e hotéis, em um morro, ideal para ir de carro. O hotel é lindo, contém uma área aberta com natureza e boas cadeiras, uma piscina muito bonita e limpa, porém não é aquecida. Os quartos são limpos e espaçosos, bem aconchegante, silencioso. O restaurante interno oferece um café da manhã delicioso. O vilarejo é bem tranquilo.

The room was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious for two people. The pools are excellent and the small shop has essentials you forgot when doing your main shop.Reception is clean and manned at all times with multi-lingual staff. Next time we come to the area for the motorbike circuit which is approximately 25mins away, well definitely use again.

La atención en recepción muy buena, siempre intentando facilitarnos todo lo que necesitamos y cambiando algunas cosas sin problema.El suelo de la habitación/apartamento estaba un poco sucia y el suelo de la terraza no estaba ni barrido ni fregado. El baño estaba muy muy limpio igual que la cocina.

Dobra Lokalizacja. Duże wygodne apartamenty. Bardzo Czysto. Blisko do Restauracji. Fatalne jedzenie. Śniadanie codziennie dokładnie to samo. Żadnych Sałatek nie było. Kolacje wykupione przez Tui w tym hotelu to dramat. Bardzo Niedobre Jedzenie. Hotel fajny Jedzenie Dramatycznie niedobre. Obsługa nie pilnuje porządku na basenie. o 9.10 Ustawia się kolejka aby zająć leżaki rano. O 9.30 otwierają basen i kilkadziesiąt osób rusza zajmować leżaki. Obsługa nie pilnuje aby nie skakać do basenu z brzegu. Leżaki pozajmowane ręcznikami chociaż nikogo nie ma. Generalnie pomijając jedzenie polecam, tylko nie kupujcie jedzenia w tym hotelu.

They have 3 nice swimming pools but they do not provide towels for the pool! It would be so nice if they would add that amenity, otherwise you need to purchase it from the mini market. It’s a waste as most don’t know this and you likely won’t bring a wet towel on your onward journey!Grounds are nice and village concept is calm and well planned.

Jest da sam spavao sam u apartmanu od 70 m2 ali cijeli objekt je super i osoblje je još bolje. Učio sam skakati na glavu i skoro sam naučio. Malo su me obitelji s djecom čudno gledali ali na kraju su uživali ( pogotovo mame ) i koji prikriveni tata u pogledu na moje prekrasno tijelo i lice kao sa Michelangelovih kipova.

Nous rentrons du Vitor's. Hôtel super, personnels dispos et pros. La restauration est bonne, attention pas de restauration le midi que snack. L hébergement est de très bonne qualité. La propreté est sans problème et les tailles des piscines permet d avoir autant de transat que besoin. Séjour très agréable. Hôtel international pas francophone. Anglais indispensable. Je le conseille fortement.

El hotel está situado en una pequeña colina dónde se ve el río y Portimao de fondo. Los apartamentos son espaciosos y limpios, para nosotros, una pareja, son estupendos. Las piscinas son grandes y siempre hay tumbonas para tomar el sol. El personal es muy amable. La comida está muy rica y aunque el desayuno es pequeño, vale la pena. Recomiendo llevar básicos como sal, aceite, lavavajillas y esponja para no tener que comprarlo allí, ya que la cocina viene bien equipada pero falta esto. El mini market tiene lo necesario, aunque hay un super cerca.

Mooi complex met comfortabele kamer- appertementen niet groot maar wel netjes. Zwembaden ok maar weinig animatie en savonds weinig te beleven. Gelukkig hadden we een auto gehuurd heel de vakantie en zijn we dagelijks gaan eten naar de omliggende stadjes. Ferragudo klein dorpje met een paar goede restaurants,Portimao kan je ook wel eens gaan eten en avondje doorbrengen . Carvoeire en algor is ook eens de moeite om avondje rond te slenteren en eten en dit alles op max 20 min rijden.

Prima complex, grote slaapkamer en woonkamer. Badkamer beetje klein. Keuken met alle voorzieningen (mis alleen iets om mee af te wassen, spons en zeep bijvoorbeeld). Kamers worden dagelijks keurig schoongemaakt. Kamers zijn wel gehorig, je hoort iedere stoel schuiven bij je buren. Zwembad is heerlijk, genoeg bedden en er is ondanks kinderen toch een rust rond het zwembad. Het plaatsje Ferragudo is een leuk vissersdorpje met diverse restaurantjes. Persoonlijk vind ik Portimão veel te groot en niet gezellig

The Resort was extremely well presented and the staff were very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We enjoyed the view from the Skybar at night and the pool was gorgeous. A little walk away we found a restaurant with traditional Portuguese food which was incredible. So all in all a great stay.

Mooie accomodatie, Groot zwembad met als voordeel dat er het grote bad was waar de meeste mensen zaten en een kleiner bad waar het rustiger vertoeven was. Prima appartement en interieur. Minpunt was het douchen in de badkuip en geen separate douche cabine. Ander nadeel waren de krijsende meeuwen in de nacht waardoor het onmogelijk was een raam 's nachts open te zetten. Het restaurant is zeer aan te bevelen boven de restaurants in het dorp. Zeer goede kwaliteit van de gerechten, mooi opgediend en zeer schappelijke prijzen. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

One night stay as we were attending a party and did not want to drive home. Arrived early but we were able to check in. Excellent welcome and customer service by receptionist. very informative and gave us a map to help us find our way around. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very nice gesture to have a welcome bottle of wine waiting. WIFI very good and plenty of satellite cannels on the TV. The bed was huge and very comfortable, good quality bed linen and the room was adequately furnished. Very clean bathroom with everything one would expect. Also had an iron and ironing board which is always useful. We didnt use it but saw there was a courtesy bus to the beach. Ideal place to stay for families. Breakfast next day was buffet service. Very well catered for with a good choice of food. Separate dining room for eating which avoided having to watch people trailing their plates and food around and kept everything clean and calm.Waiters were clearing plates as they came available. Everything run very well. Check out easy and no fuss. Would recommend Vitors Village and we will stay again when we are down this way.

Fijne locatie! Ruime, schone en goed onderhouden appartementen. Goede bedden en een goed uitgeruste keuken. Echt zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Appartementen zijn wel een beetje gehorig maar aangezien je toch het meeste buiten bent is dat slechts een klein minpuntje.

Mooi resort, erg goed onderhouden. Ligging is uitstekend en kort bij het pittoreske Vilamoura. Het enige wat we miste in ons appartement was een vaatwasser, voor de rest zag het er goed uit en was het heel proper schoongemaakt. Een aanrader!

Top locatie om vakantie te houden. Mooie schone appartementen, zwembad op het terrein, supermarkt op het terrein en zelfs een club en restaurant. Je hoeft het terrein niet af als je dat zou willen (uiteraard wil je dit wel want je wilt de rest van Ferragudo zien)

Great apartment with kitchenette. Grounds are well kept. Facilities were great and the customer service at the reception was excellent. Carla went above and beyond to help us book tours and a rental car. Everything is local and at walking distance to the village. There is also a Lidl for your everyday bits you need. Towel's are not provided for the pool so make sure you bring a towel. Only thing that let me down is the breakfast. Beans are hard, mushrooms over cooked. Eggs rubbery, bacon over cooked, but they do have fresh baguettes which were nice as well as hams and salad.

Déçus par cet hôtel : bruit désagréable venant de je ne sais où chaque nuit, qui faisait vibrer le mur de la chambre au niveau de notre tête, personnel très bruyant on entendait les femmes de chambres hurler pendant quelles nettoyaient les chambres à côté, déplaçaient les chaises et autres meubles sans aucune précaution et ça à 9h du matin. Nous cherchions du calme et du repos et bien ce fut loupé.Pas de serviettes fournies ou à louer pour la piscine, il faut acheter sa serviette en ville ma dit la réceptionniste. Petit déjeuner à améliorer pour un hôtel 4 étoiles... Qualité vraiment médiocre.Le propreté était ok et le personnel à laccueil agréable. Je mets ça sur le fait que nous étions en basse saison mais bon ça nest pas une raison. Je ny retournerai pas et je ne le recommanderai pas non plus.

October 2017 stay. The staff are quite rude. Every time you ask for something they look at you as if you are bothering them. The pools are colder than the Atlantic ocean! We spent a lot of time in the sea, you cannot stay in the pool for a long period. My son ended up blue every time he went in! Very little staff.no snack bar as advertised, no cocktails.. basically had to beg them to make one.My mother had an accident in the sea and couldn't walk after hospital treatment.the hotel didn't even ask us if we needed anything and weren't interested when she was struggling to walk. The accomodation is nice and clean but the staff ruined the stay. They basically decided if they wanted to be nice to you on the day...some people I spoke to got a takeaway service - with the takeaway menu in the room. When I phoned they do not do a take away service! The on site shop is expensive as they usually are. The shuttle bus guy would shout at us if we had been to the beach and transfer any sand in the car. The cleaning staff were always really lovely but everyone else was absolutely useless. I wouldn't be take young children here.its a shame because this place does not appreciate your custom. If you don't ask for anything or have an accident or don't have children you'll probably have a good time!

Gostei imenso do sitio em que está localizado e do apartamento em si No apartamento o autoclismo estava a correr sempre um bocado e faz barulho ao ponto se incomodar. As senhoras das limpezas são super educadas e atenciosas, o mesmo nao posso dizer da equipa do pequeno almoço, nada atenciosos nada simpáticos, passam a imagem de que nem sabem o que andam lá a fazer como por exemplo. Pedi um ovo estrelado mas em azeite em vez de ser com esmoldante, a senhora respondeu ainda antes de eu terminar de falar que nao devia de ser possível. Mas após 26 minutos lá me trouxe um ovo ( ja tinhas terminado a refeição )

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Amenities are good with multiple pools, one for small children. There is also a small park area (a couple little slides for small children) on the site. The on-site restaurant had good breakfast (didnt eat there for other meals). Our AC wouldnt turn on in one of our rooms and maintenance fixed it the next day. The hotel is within walking distance from a small town with shops and restaurants near the marina. Id recommend it if youre staying the area.

Geht so - für vier Sterne nicht geeignet. Nur eine Mitarbeiterin an der großen Rezeption, die somit überfordert ist. Zimmer mit Spinnweben versehen und am Boden fanden wir ebenfalls Restschmutz. Dafür sind die Zimmer groß und räumlich sowie schön eingerichtet. Pool ist in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist keineswegs als 4 Sterne Frühstück zu bezeichnen. Wenig Auswahl und ganz langsames Nachfüllen. Letztendlich für das Geld ein Enttäuschung.

Village de vacances situé à proximité de Ferragudo, village de pêcheur à l'écart du tumulte de Portimao et de Praia Da Rocha Là résidence ne vaut certainement pas 4 étoiles: - le ménage est bâclé quand il est fait (à notre arrivée du sable sous le canapé) et on n'a même eu le droit à une journée sans ménage, sans plus d'explication de la réception ?? - le mobilier est fonctionnel mais très "cheap", les équipements électroménager sont de premier prix. - pas de serviettes pour la piscine (et interdit d y emmener les serviettes de la salle de bain) , peut être pour mieux forcer des ventes à la supérette de la residence ? - pas de maitre nageur à la piscine (ou alors il se cachait) - les accès ne sont pas sécurisés: tout le monde entre et sort comme dans un moulin (du coup inenvisageable de laisser les enfants se déplacer librement) - service variable en fonction des interlocuteurs Points positifs - Parking gratuit - 3 jolies piscines avec une offre de restauration légère - Une animation légère et pas trop intrusive avec des soirées agréables sur la terrasse

Voor de vierde keer hier weer terug omdat het zo bevalt. Huur wel een auto zodat je veel kunt zien van de omgeving en je boodschappen en ontbijt bij de Lidl kunt halen op 3 min afstand. Appartementen zijn ruim en erg schoon, elke dag worden de appartementen schoongemaakt! sommige hebben zicht op zee. De mensen zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kortom: topvakantie!

Es un Apartahotel digno, pero con varios puntos que mejorar. La zona es muy tranquila, demasiado para mi gusto, sobre todo si vas con niños, no hay ningún tipo de animación en el complejo. En cuanto al apartamento, es bastante sencillo para ser un cuatro estrellas, el menaje de cocina, es muy escaso, no tiene lavadora en el apartamento. En cuanto a la limpieza, es bastante aceptable, aunque siempre limpian por la tarde, con lo cual, en mi caso, ha sido bastante engorroso, mi hija no pudo dormir la siesta ni un solo día, por todo lo demás, un hotel correcto.

Em época baixa foi OK. O pequeno almoço é muito pobre, tem pouca variedade e quase não tem opções para vegetarianos. Os apartamentos são espaçosos, limpos mas as camas são demasiado rijas e as almofadas desconfortáveis. A área envolvente é agradável sendo que é um resort com vários blocos de apartamentos. Em época baixa compensa o valor que se paga.

Bonitos jardins. Apartamentos modernos e limpos. Piscinas amplas e limpas apesar do jacuzzi apresentar um temperatura baixa para o presuposto. Voltarei a hospedar-me sem duvida. Não é bonito de ver as funcionarias da limpeza no fim de turno atropelarem-se para "assaltarem" a horta de ervas aromáticas disposta para beneficio dos clientes. Günstig gelegenes Aparthotel mit sehr freundlichem Service,angenehme moderne Ausstattung, Strand in der Nähe. Passt gut als Startpunkt für Reisen an Portimão, Lagos, Albufeira. Klimaanlage war in Ordnung (als Heizung genuzt).

Für 4 Sterne war das in Ordnung. Ein paar Dinge zu verbessern. Whirlpool funktionierte gar nicht, Internet nicht in den Zimmern möglich, im Lobbybereich in Ordnung.Reinigungsteam zuverlässig und freundlich.

I came in november which is classed as a winter month so most amenities like mini market, sky bar was closed but the rooms are very well set out and most have a great view. Very close to little cafes and a lidls down the street. Very tranquill but would love to come back in the busier months

Dieses Hotel ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der westlichen Algarve. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Apartments sind hochwertig ausgestattet. Es war sehr sauber und geräumig.Das Frühstück ist gut, wobei es hier auch noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial gibt (Auffüllen von Speisen und Getränken). Einzig das W-Lan hat mit dem Smartphone im Apartment nicht funktioniert, mit dem Tablet war es möglich, eine Verbindung aufzubauen, aber diese wurde auch immer mal wieder unterbrochen.Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch, Parkplätze waren in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Es war sogar möglich, direkt vor dem jeweiligen Apartment-Block zu parken.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier in jedem Fall. Als Ausgangspunkt für einen Urlaub an der Westalgarve, kann ich dieses Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung,fußläufig von einem kleinen Ort mit Essensmöglichkeiten. Die nächste größere Stadt ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Auto ist auf jeden Fall notwendig, um in der Umgebungen etwas zu sehen. Frühstück war ausreichend, Ei wurden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Für Kinder gibt es einen sehr kleinen Spielplatz (dürfte grösser sein).

Sejour decevant, site avec peu d activité, voiture obligatoire. Notre fille est tombé malade dans leur chambre (allergie respiratoire) nous devions rester la fenêtre ouverte et malheureusement il y avait une odeur de retraitement des eaux usées la nuit. Terrasse a l ombre tte la journée nous n avons jamais pu manger dehors car il faisait trop froid. Personnel peu réceptif à nos demandes, il a fallut quon insiste lourdement pour changer de chambre (alors q l hotel netait pas plein) car notre fille était malade et nous avions besoin d être en étage pour dormir la fenêtre ouverte l esprit tranquille (initialement nous étions en rez de chaussee). Bref séjour le plus mauvais q nous avions fait au Algarve. Quel déception malgré tous les commentaires élogieux que nous n avons pas compris ...

Schöne Anlage füßläufig zum schönen Fischerort Ferragudo mit ausgezeichneten Restaurants.Einen Leihwagen sollte man haben. Schöne strände in der Umgebung. Empfehlenswert auch ein Ausflug nach Silves zur Hähnchenbraterei Valdemar.

Estuve una sola noche, pero la habitación y el sitio me parecieron fantásticos, la señora de recepción de la tarde no fue muy empatica con nosotros ( eso que tuvimos que hacer el check in a las 16h y el check out a las 12h, ya que era injusto : ser simpática) y la chica que atendía el desayuno también fue un poco desagradable, me hizo volver a la habitación a por el papelito del número de habitación ( estamos en la era de las tecnologías, así que no olviden el papel que sino no son nadie en ese hotel ), y el buffet para ser de la categoría de 4 estrellas dejo un poco que desear, si van no compren con desayuno incluido ( nos cobraron 30€) y allí mismo tenían un cartelitos que decía: desayuno incluido 9€ .

Séjour du 1 au 15 septembre.Accueil du 1er jour compliqué car le personnel présent ne parlais pas un mot de Français et sagaçait de ne pouvoir se faire comprendre en Anglais.Une hôtesse ayant séjourné en France à pris son service en deuxième semaine et elle nous a été bien utile et je la remercie pour sa gentillesse.Les bâtiments sont mal isolés et certaines nuits ont été perturbées par des bruits (chaises poussées au sol,portes claquées etc...) par des vacanciers sans retenue.Le ménage est assuré chaque jour par des employées fort sympathiques avec des plages dintervention suffisamment souples pour ne pas être dérangés.Prix prohibitif des jetons et détergent pour le seul lave linge du village (juillet aout ce doit être difficile de faire une lessive...)Piscine non chauffée et exposée au vent (frileux sabstenir )Proximité avec les restaurants,supermarché et les magnifiques plages des environs.

El apartamento estaba genial, cocina/comedor, dormitorio, baño y balcón. Apenas estuvimos en el hotel así que no encontramos ninguna falta. La cocina tenía cubiertos, platos, sartenes, ollas, boles, tazas... Sólo tuvimos que comprar comida y para fregar. Te tiran la basura, te limpian todos los días. Y electrodomésticos todos excepto horno, incluso cafetera eléctrica, tostador y hervidor. No nos cambiaron ningún día las toallas del baño, pero es que tampoco las tiramos al suelo. Pero el papel higiénico sí que te lo reponen.La cama era incómoda y hacía mucho ruido cada vez que te movías un poco. Y no había persianas, había cortinas opacas, pero entraba mucha luz por los lados porque parecía que no eran lo suficientemente anchas.Cuando llegamos nos medio explicaron cómo llegar a la habitación, pero entre que no nos entendía del todo la chica y nosotros a ella ni papa tuvimos que volver a preguntar a recepción. Y es que estaría bien que tuvieran un planito del resort y te lo dieran como guía, que aunque no es muy grande, al principio es un poco lío encontrar los edificios. Y un día decidimos cenar en el restaurante Purple y resulta que cerraban a las 10 y en 10 minutos sólo les daba tiempo a hacernos una pizza y el ticket que nos habían dado para invitarnos a media botella de vino no valía si la cena era para llevar. También nos dieron un ticket por valor de 2 euros en la cafetería. Estos detalles estuvieron muy bien a pesar de que nos quedaramos sin cenar.

Bel hôtel personnel super sympathique et qui essait de parler français situation calme et reposante. Surpris de la formule demi pension qui n est pas sous forme de buffet et sans aucune boisson. Les chambres sont faites tardivement trop tardivement 16h pas pratique et vu la catégorie de la chambre balcon decevantattention a la cote pour aller au village sinon super hôtel super accueil

We stayed at Vitors Resort for only one night on our way to Lagos. We had booked a Vila in Lagos but arrived one day too early to check in and we had previously had a wonderful vacation in a villa in Ferragudo a few years back so we thought we would revisit the town.I cant really knock Vitors about anything in particular. The staff were extremely helpful but it is not a place I would go back too. The rooms were a little Spartan and what really annoyed me was that there were no elevators. We were given a first floor apartment and since we were on our way to Lagos for a weeks stay we had three heavy suitcases which we had to drag up two flights of stairs.It had a couple of lovely pools and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Maybe they just caught me on a bad day.

Jag rekommenderar att man hyr bil ifall man inte vill ligga i hotellpoolen större delen av tiden. Byn intill hotellet är liten och vi tyckte att det räckte gott med en dag där.
