Ailsa Burn-Murdoch: Came upon this without knowing what it was. Saw many cats. Didn’t get my hopes up as any other cat we’d met locally was nonplussed. Within 5 minutes I was sat on the floor with a purring ball of joy in my lap and a small hareem of furry friends. Husband and I spent a good half hour just enjoying having a pile of friendly cats sleeping on us. They can totally tell if you’re a cat person. Jetty of pure joy.

Aluguei uma ferramenta durante 24 horas e tive problemas com ela assim que chegámos ao local de trabalho. Falei com o gerente Justin e mostrei-lhe um vídeo do equipamento a não funcionar correctamente, ele foi muito útil no que fazer se alguma vez nessa situação voltar a acontecer e concedeu-me um reembolso pelo tempo perdido. Tive que devolver um item que me foi vendido por um vendedor em outro local da Best Buy. O vendedor nesse local se esforçou para tentar encontrar o que eu precisava para o meu laptop. O funcionário na devolução foi simpático e útil. Apesar de eles estarem ocupados, eu estava dentro e fora em pouco tempo.

Eu nunca experimentei uma equipe de varejo com menos treinamento de atendimento ao cliente. Não apenas um, mas um POUCO do pessoal aqui está consistentemente de péssimo humor e rude para com os clientes. Esta loja fica a menos de 10 minutos de minha casa, mas eu prefiro dirigir uma distância maior para obter um melhor atendimento ao cliente, neste momento.
