The perfect apartment for our situation. We stayed here for 5 weeks during the COVID-19 pandemic since all our travel plans had to be cancelled. Big, comfortable, nice balcony (although only sunny in the late afternoon), washing machine, dishwasher, smartTV, excellent wifi, great couch, terrific bed. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to eat every meal in. The building staff was diligent about cleaning common areas, including elevators and doors, although we were always careful to never touch anything anyway. Very close to numerous grocery stores, the malecon, the beach and several interesting walks (inland back roads, cliffs, etc.). We were mostly avoiding public spaces so didn't really use the rooftop lounge and pool area, but it is really nice and would be great under different circumstances. Our apartment was on the street side of the building and we could hear the traffic a little bit but because we were on the 5th floor it was never loud enough to bother us. We really appreciated Raquel making an exception to let us reserve on a flexible basis because of the uncertainty over travel restrictions. Would definitely return!

Excelentes apartamentos. Somente a considerar a piscina, por ser pequena e sem sombra junto às camas. Acolhimento à chegada com alguns miminhos. Recomendo Situados em zona de muitos empreendimentos. Próximo da praia e zona de comércio com animação noturna.

Both Raquel and Celia were great hosts. The apartments were exactly as shown in the pictures, very comfortable, clean, and with all appliances and necessary kitchenware, hotel quality sheets and towels, and good mattress. Better to book directly with them.

Absolutely perfect. The house was as shown in the add. It is equiped with brand new appliances, the AC works really great, wich is a really important asset, as the Algarve gets pretty hot this time of the year. The parking spot comes really handy, as the streets can get a little crowded, due to the proximity of the beach. The owner greeted us when we arrived and was always available to give us good tips about the area. I will certainly return, absolutely loved it.

O Algarve sempre me trouxe boas recordacoes,os tempos de infancia e adolescencia..Voltar ao mesmo e ficar hospedada numa casa que quase me parece familiar,a decoracao simples e primada,a limpeza ao maximo,a vista para o mar,a comodidade,a proximidade do centro..inclusive a simpatia e acolhimento por parte dos donos.Dou a este lugar nota 10 e aconselho a todas as pessoas!

Apartamento muito cômodo, espaçoso e muito bem equipado, localização excepcional, uma recepção excelente dos proprietários que nos prendaram à chegada, tem estacionamento privado, piscina no terraço do edifício, um local com muita restauração onde se encontra o bom da gastronomia Algarvia. Penso voltar muito em breve, e recomendo!

Positive: Fully equiped apartment. Absolutely comfy king size bed. Beach, supermarkets, bakery shops, etc. all are in walking distance. Having two smart tvs was a nice touch, as it allowed me to watch netflix on the bed. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Really nice hosts, were very friendly and available all the time.

Positivo: Apartamento muito confortável, muito bem equipado, inclusive com smart tv no quarto e na sala e com serviço de tv por cabo e internet. Decoração de muito bom gosto e limpeza excepcional.Acredito que nas redondezas não exista melhor alojamento na relação qualidade-preço.. Negativo: Estacionamento na cave muito difícil de manobrar o veículo.Fomos em época baixa e estava vazio, imagino que se torna bastante complicado com o parque cheio.

Positiva: Limpio y cómodo, buena terraza para disfrutar del buen tiempo, cocina muy bien equipada. . Negativa: El parking es algo complicado para salir y entrar. Unas cápsulas de cortesía para el café sería de agradecer.

Positive: The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped.The welcome hamper was a nice touch though a bottle of water would have been appreciated.The roof top terrace was a great facility.The location was ideal as it was close to the beach and the centre.. Negative: The view from the good-sized terrace was disappointing.The sea view was minimal and the apartment looked into other blocks of flats.It would have been helpful to have instructions for the washing machine,cooker,TV and WiFi.

Положительный: Это наш второй заезд. Первый апарт 5Д был на 5 этаже с балконом, выходящим на проезжую улицу(но шум не беспокоил - высоко). В этот раз нам достался апарт 1Н, это 1 этаж по нумерации, но на деле высота как на 3-ьем этаже. Балкон выходит во внутренний большой двор. Солнце по краю балкона всю первую половину дня и виден кусочек моря. Квартира показалась чуть "убитой" в мелочах (сравнивая с идеальной 5Д). Но всё равно это 10 баллов - кухня, ванная, постели. И цена всё ещё низкая - в феврале платили 42 и в апреле тоже 42 евро за ночь. Рекомендую, товарищи!)). Негативный: Apartment 1H: Second light in the kitchen needs to be fixed Kitchen faucet needs adjustment - its hard to regulate cold/hot water Grill on the balcony doesn't have proper accessories

Pozytywna: Komfortowy apartament w świetnej lokalizacji (dobra baza wypadowa), blisko pięknej plaży, sklepów, restauracji. Wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy, w kuchni wszystko co trzeba (nawet blender potrzebny do przygotowania dań dla dzieci, sól, pieprz). Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem. Bardzo Polecam!!!. Negatywna: byliśmy za krótko ;)

Positiv: Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (6J. und 3 J.) haben eine Woche in "By the sea RooftopPools" Appartement verbracht. Sehr gefallen hat uns die Lage der Wohnung, welche sich in Fußnähe zum schönsten Strandabschnitt von Armacao de Pera befindet. Zu den schönsten Stränden der Felsalgarve (darunter zählen wir persönlich die Praia de Marinha, Coelha und Falesia) fährt man maximal 15-20min. Auch für Ausflüge an die Westküste und in die Sandalgarve (jeweils max. 50 min Fahrt) sowie ins Hinterland ist die Wohnung sehr gut gelegen. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Wohnung vorhanden sind Wifi, zwei Flachbildschirmfernsher mit Satellitenempfang, Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd und Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Kohlegrill auf dem Balkon etc. also alles was eine Familie für eine oder mehr Wochen Urlaub benötigt. Details wie ein Begrüßungswein und ausreichend Handtücher und Badeutensilien gab es obendrein. Auf dem Dach gibt es für die Kinder Spielplätze und Swimming pools. Das Haus verfügt über eine Tiefgarage, die man kostenlos nutzen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und bestand darauf das ein versehentlich kaputt gemachtes Schneidebrett nicht ersetzt werden musste. Erreichbar war sie sehr unkompliziert über Handy und what's app. Wir planen nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen.. Negativ: -

Positivo: Conforto, espaço da casa, tem tudo o que é preciso. Fomos em época baixa e a relação qualidade preço foi excelente.. Negativo: Fraco isolamento térmico. Foi necessário recorrer ao ar condicionado.

Positief: Het appartementencomplex staat vlak aan de zee, 2 minuten rijden van een grote supermarkt en centraal gelegen in al het moois dat Algarve te bieden heeft. Onze huurauto konden wij in een garage onder het pand parkeren, die alleen voor bewoners bestemd was. Dat vonden wij heel prettig. Het appartement was precies zoals op de foto's: ruim, volledig en hartstikke schoon - iets waar wij veel waarde aan hechten. Verder stond ons een lekker flesje wijn te wachten bij aankomst, het zijn de kleine dingen die het doen! De eigenaren waren goed bereikbaar via WhatsApp voor eventuele vragen en zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Een absolute aanrader.

Положительный: 9-16 февраля 2018 проживали в апартменте на 5 этаже, выходящим на теневую сторону и с видом с балкона на соседние дома через дорогу. Да, её слышно, но нам это не мешало, а летом тень на балконе будет даже очень кстати. На 6 этаже два небольших бассейна и шезлонги - можно позагорать в затишье, но плавать - вода ещё слишком бодрящая)) Апарт со свежим ремонтом, на кухне всё учтено для комфорта. Кофе-капсулы, травяной чай, оливковое масло, вино, колбаска)) в подарок - приятно. На балконе встроенный гриль, есть все принадлежности, включая уголь. Сплит-системы в гостиной и спальне, было тепло и уютно. Кажется, на этаже мы жили одни. 195 евро за 5 дней за такого класса апарт - очень недорого. Рекомендую с чистой совестью!)). Негативный: хочу обратно))))

Positif: Le logement est situé idéalement proche commerce et centre ville. L hôte est très avenante et à l'écoute. L appartement lui même est magnifique, bien agencé et dispose de tout le nécessaire électroménager. Et que dire de la piscine au dernier étage.. Négatif: Attention aux bruits de la route principale et difficulté pour trouver l'appartement mais un appel téléphonique est la propriétaire vient nous chercher sans problème.
