Philip Rankin: It's a nice villa in a lovely area. And private. Lots of space. Clean. But there are a few downsides. The upstairs beds are very hard. Could do with having toppers on them. The is a smell from the drain when you let the bath water go. Could do with a dryer for the utility room. Pool could do with heating. There are a few jobs that need doing around the villa. Possibly an update and paint.

A Google User: Villa Sunny is located in a quiet residential area. It's fairly clean, cleaners also visited during our stay. However, when we arrived, big dirty marks were dropped across the pool area. When the cleaner and pool cleaner visited, this was not washed away so stayed like this all week. The pictures on Solmar website do not reflect the reality of this villa. This villa has so much potential but is far from the luxury villa it's sold as. The outside table was non existent- although we did find it broken in the corner of the garden (see pic). Downstairs in the garage is a dark and dingey pool table room with a further dark bedroom off this. If 8 people were staying, the people who pulled the short straw would be sleeping down here! As we were a party of three we didn't go downstairs. Which was a shame because we would have enjoyed a game of pool but it was smelly and damp in the garage.
The WiFi is pretty awful, bad signal which comes and goes. As we have a business at home, we needed the WiFi but it was unreliable. We did speak to Solmar about this issue and someone visited to reset the router but it didn't make any difference.
As the WiFi was unreliable, it was difficult to get the radio or music online. The TV has very limited English channels and the old fashioned radio has a broken ariel which meant that we struggled to get music around the pool.
The final touches to this villa could have been to a much higher standard. Most of the shower heads leaked water from the top and were unusable. So we just used the one shower over the bath downstairs. In addition, lightblubs were out throughout the villa which made the place even darker. I feel these things should be checked when you're spending a lot of money on a holiday.
Although pool towels were dropped off after asking, pool towels are not included in the rental which wasn't clear when we made the booking. There is 8 sunbeds but only 5 or 6 blue covers for these beds. I presume the others have flown away in the wind, as its quite windy as the Villa is high up.
We wish we'd read a review with this information in it and we might have considered booking somewhere else. Nevertheless, the sun was out and we enjoyed visiting Portugal overall. Probably would not book this villa again.

Entrar lá como motorista e em um horário. Com os novos ELogs não é divertido sentar e esperar para ser descarregado. Eu entendo carregar seus próprios caminhões, mas nós temos vidas. E tempos para passar enquanto estivemos aqui fora. Então, se você colocar uma hora de início de entrega, então comece a descarregá-los e depois faça-os apenas sentar e vaguear. E passando por outros camiões para um camião que só tem uma derrapagem. Isso não está certo. Então com isso dito, eu como dono do camião nunca mais vou levar uma carga.

O meu frigorífico chutou inesperadamente o balde no meio de uma falta de aparelhos. Trabalhei o dia todo com dezenas de tomadas para encontrar uma geladeira que funcionasse no meu recorte de tamanho estranho e até mesmo as melhores opções foram encomendadas em atraso por um mínimo de 8 semanas. Liguei para a Brothers Main, apesar do site deles dizerem que a geladeira que eu queria estava esgotada. A pessoa amiga que atendeu a minha chamada disse, que está esgotado, mas há este outro que eu tenho que é 100 dólares mais barato e vem do mesmo armazém, tem as mesmas dimensões, é praticamente o mesmo, etc. Encomendei-o e paguei-o ali mesmo ao telefone e eles entregaram-no no dia seguinte por uma taxa totalmente razoável. Foi muito fácil e rápido e realmente tornou um dia incrivelmente estressante muito mais fácil. A geladeira está funcionando muito bem até agora e eu gostaria de ter ligado para eles primeiro. 100% recomendado.
