A Google User: Villa Sunny is located in a quiet residential area. It's fairly clean, cleaners also visited during our stay. However, when we arrived, big dirty marks were dropped across the pool area. When the cleaner and pool cleaner visited, this was not washed away so stayed like this all week. The pictures on Solmar website do not reflect the reality of this villa. This villa has so much potential but is far from the luxury villa it's sold as. The outside table was non existent- although we did find it broken in the corner of the garden (see pic). Downstairs in the garage is a dark and dingey pool table room with a further dark bedroom off this. If 8 people were staying, the people who pulled the short straw would be sleeping down here! As we were a party of three we didn't go downstairs. Which was a shame because we would have enjoyed a game of pool but it was smelly and damp in the garage.
The WiFi is pretty awful, bad signal which comes and goes. As we have a business at home, we needed the WiFi but it was unreliable. We did speak to Solmar about this issue and someone visited to reset the router but it didn't make any difference.
As the WiFi was unreliable, it was difficult to get the radio or music online. The TV has very limited English channels and the old fashioned radio has a broken ariel which meant that we struggled to get music around the pool.
The final touches to this villa could have been to a much higher standard. Most of the shower heads leaked water from the top and were unusable. So we just used the one shower over the bath downstairs. In addition, lightblubs were out throughout the villa which made the place even darker. I feel these things should be checked when you're spending a lot of money on a holiday.
Although pool towels were dropped off after asking, pool towels are not included in the rental which wasn't clear when we made the booking. There is 8 sunbeds but only 5 or 6 blue covers for these beds. I presume the others have flown away in the wind, as its quite windy as the Villa is high up.
We wish we'd read a review with this information in it and we might have considered booking somewhere else. Nevertheless, the sun was out and we enjoyed visiting Portugal overall. Probably would not book this villa again.

Eu e meu marido estávamos procurando a minha primeira arma de fogo e fomos a muitas lojas tentando encontrar algo bom para mim para proteção pessoal. Muitas das lojas não se importavam em tentar ajudar-nos ou dar-nos conselhos sobre como escolher uma arma de fogo. O Mike do Hammer Down foi além e acima! Ele nos deu opções e explicou cada opção e também não empurrou uma compra pela garganta abaixo, pois seria a minha primeira arma que eu deveria ir a uma carreira de tiro e ter uma idéia de diferentes tipos de armas antes de comprar. O Mike foi muito agradável e informativo. Qualquer pergunta que tivéssemos, ele respondeu. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa e nunca irá a nenhum outro lugar para qualquer outra compra como esta. Obrigado Mike!

Embora a loja tenha muitos bons comentários, não recebi o serviço de atendimento ao cliente que me permitisse escrever um bom comentário. Fui lá com a minha mãe de 88 anos e ela estava à procura de um artigo na loja junto à roupa de cama, o artigo que ela por acaso escolheu não estava no chão na cor exacta. Fomos à frente para o atendimento ao cliente que nos disse que ela não sabia e que mandaria um funcionário nos encontrar na parte de trás, ao lado da roupa de cama. Bem... veio para descobrir que a funcionária que nos encontrou na frente da loja era a que respondia à nossa pergunta. Quando chegámos às traseiras da loja ela fez-nos a nossa pergunta e em 1 segundo ela disse-nos que não!!! Nós teríamos que pedir. Agora ela sabia que a resposta não lhe interessava nada. O meu raciocínio para isto ser um mau atendimento ao cliente é se você soubesse que no início, quando estávamos na frente, você deveria ter nos dito . Que tipo de serviço de atendimento ao cliente faz um 88 ou velho andar para trás e para a frente na loja. Quando eles poderiam ter resolvido isso na frente. Não vai voltar lá muitas outras escolhas.
