Im Mai angenehm ruhig mit einer überschaubaren Zahl von Badegästen. Im Meer kann man beruhigt planschen, hier und da ankern ein paar Jachten. Man kann in 3 Restaurants am Strand dinnieren.

Weird access. No parking guaranteed even if you have a boat or a scheaduled trip - I'd reccomend to park somewhere else and come by foot.
The marina itself is not the best - reception is almost a mile away from the rest of it.

Good shelter, many berths, clean showers, petrol-station. Restaurants nearabaut. When comming before 9.00a.m. you must wait at petrol station pontoon, or you will need key-card to open gates when going to marina office or showers.

As a marina it serves its purpose, from a sailors perspective. Breakwaters keep you moored out of harm.
But the area itself is just so-so.. Loud entertainment bars, pizza hut, condo's straight from the 80's, neh..
The Tivoli hotel looks to be ok perhaps.
Otherwise skip it as a tourist...

De moeite om langs te wandelen. Leuke horecazaken verspreid over de boulevard. Zeker tot net onder de brug wandelen want daar vind je de lekkerste restaurants bij mekaar.

Portimao ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Bootsfahrten und Ausflüge sonstiger Art. In Portimao selbst ist es sinnvoll, die kleinen einheimischen Fischrestaurants zu besuchen.
Hervorragende traditionell zubereitete Fischgerichte zu wirklich günstigen Preisen.

Um dos locais da moda no verão no inverno são os locais que o visitam com hotel e lojas de moda e restaurantes temos um local magnífico para fazer desporto passear beber um café tomar uma refeição e descontrair a praia a marina o rio o mar o farol deixanos a preparar o corpo para férias ou para descancar ....aqui estamos magnificamente bem instalados aproveitem e descontraiam aproveitem o tempo

Such a Lovely place to visit. One of my favourite areas in Portugal is Portimào Harbour. Loads to see and do with water sports, Boat trips, a fishing museum and an old monastery. Cruise ships stop by here too. Crossing the harbour in a water taxi to the other side is a 'must do' visit with its little church and beach bars and restaurants. There are plenty of cafes to eat & drink and a great shopping street close by. Lots of local busses from here to go to other parts of Portugal. Praia da Roche with its stunning beaches are part of this area. I could go on! Can you guess? I love it, love it, love it here and hope to go again soon.

Vor Jahren war das ein romantischer und uriger Fischerhafen, kurz vor der Mündung des Arade Flusses ins Meer. Trotz Protesten von div. Seiten, wurde daraus dann -ca. 2007- dieser riesige, exklusive Jachthafen, mit sagenhaften 620 Liegeplätzen. Ohne Zweifel und da gibt es sicher keine Diskussion, ist ein wahres Prunkstück daraus geworden. Hier "parken" die Reichen und Schönen ihre Millionen in Form von Motor- und Segeljachten.⛵ ️ Sehr schön, wurde -in die Mitte des Hafens- das Tivoli Hotel integriert. Ein Hotel, welches sich durch einen eigenen, anderen Baustil, von fast allen sonstigen Hotels in Portimão bzw. Praia da Rocha positiv abhebt!

We saw the place twice in two days, once when the tide was in and the second time when it was out, quite interesting to see what difference it makes but on the whole not much happening, I personally found it a bit boring. Yes, you can take nice pictures but that's about all. It's very much used by keep fit people, nice atmosphere.

Marina muito bem localizada e com estacionamento. Tem alguns serviços à volta e balneários novos muito bons.
Não tem serviço de marinheiro 24 horas por dia, nem é possível nos abrirem as portas através da receção, têm sempre que vir de buggy para o fazerem, no caso de não termos cartão ou o mesmo desmagnetizar. Staff muito simpático e prestável.

Where the locals take their umbrellas and picnics. Free parking right up to the vast sandy beach. No facilities viz loos, cafes, etc. But it was very early season.

Pulito, sorvegliato, personale dell'ufficio gentilissimo, prezzi nella media e servizi offerti al Top, parecchi esercizi commerciali e ristoranti all'interno della struttura.
Io mi sono solo informato sui costi, sui servizi ed ho eseguito un sopralluogo, per portare qui una barca da 6,50 mt. E tenerla tutto l'anno qui.
Costo medio mensile poco meno di 200 euro + iva, compreso luce, acqua ed uso dei servizi comuni.

Schöne Stadt die einen Besuch wert ist wenn man in Südportugal seinen Urlaub verbringt. Viele kleine Gassen mit schönen Lokalen, in denen sich ein kleiner Snack, Café oder eines der vielen süßen Gebäckstücke die die örtlichen Konditoren anbieten einnehmt.

A modern marina in a superb visual location. But, miles from town, the railway station and a supermarket. Very little open around the marina in November which surprised me. Staff we met were great and helpful. Unfortunately the negatives were enough for us to chose Lagos Marina instead as our winter home for this year on the boat.

Jammer dat de parking betalend is, vond het ook vrij duur. Wel een leuke omgeving. Je kan vanuit hier veel boottochten doen. Er zijn ook een aantal restaurants.

Schöner und moderner Jachthafen unweit vom Strand in der Mündung des Flusses Arade. Im Hotel Tivoli Marina mit direktem Blick auf den Jachthafen schon mehrmals Urlaub verbracht. Tolles Ambiente.

Boa marina, bons serviços, mas não leva 5 estrelas, a casa de banho para quem usa cadeia de rodas é impraticável. E tem um encaixe para as mangueiras praticamente exclusivo único...?!! Para quê? Ou seja quando fizerem check peçam logo o adaptador para mangueiras com encaixe "normal"

Las fotos son tomadas desde y en Ferragudo, frente a Portimao. Es un pueblo pintoresco y muy bonito. Para pasar unos días con tranquilidad y visitando preciosas playas. Hace años estuvimos de vacaciones en Portimao, en unos apartamentos en la marina y también resultó muy agradable. Portimao es más grande y pierde un poco el encanto que tiene Ferragudo, pueblito pesquero desde el que puedes cruzar a la marina de Portimao en un taxi ferry.

We love it here. Sanitary rooms are light, not too small, staff super friendly and helpful. We try to speak portuguese, but english and french and spanish are spoken as well. Berths are wide and well equipped. Marina itself could need a little bit better swell protection, but it's happening only once or twice a year and it's not too heavy. All facilities are close to walk. Beautiful long beaches around with big variety of restaurants.

Marina, Acces dans Un site naturel tout temps,mouillage juste en face du port,tranquille,bien équipe,vaste et bien organise, Accueil et personnel très agréables,prix correct pour les hivernages,voir le site internet,wifi un peu capricieux,a 20, 30 mn à pied du centre ville,approvisionnement ,marche de qualité,et financièrement très abordable,a 5 mn des zones touristiques du fr ont de mer,possibilité de bus à la sortie centrale de la marina...
A provisionné ment à la zone technique chez les chips, pauvre et onéreuse,possibilité de mise à sec ,de travail et vie à bord à la zone technique,propre et bien organisée,prix intéressants voir site internet....
A proximité des mouillages de Culatra ,Alvor....

La verdad no tuvimos una buena experiencia nos asignaron un lugar sumamente estrecho para nuestro catamarán tampoco recibimos la atención correspondiente del personal de la Marina sin contar que las instalaciones no poseen la iluminación adecuada
