Maravilhosa lagoa. Local de nidificação de inúmeras aves. Nalgumas alturas do ano conseguem-se avistar flamingos. Tem inúmeros passadiços de madeira onde se pode caminhar ou correr.

Another one of the Algarves board walks which take both able bodied and those with walking difficulties to areas where both would struggle to go and be able to enjoy in this case literally a walk over the Marshes,along side the water and through reed beds. You are able to see close up lots of bird life from storks ,herons,ibis,moor hens,coots,ducks etc down to the humble gulls.There is a beach cafe at the golf resort side and good free parking and at the other side of the walk (Praia grande )Plenty of parking however its a little basic ie bumpy and dusty...It's well worth a visit as kids also find it an interesting spot and the beach is superb.

Sempre que venho de férias não passo sem lá ir, caminhar à volta da lagoa e apreciar os animais ajuda a carregar baterias, diferente mas muito bom é belo.

Un bel endroit pour marcher ,avec une faune de tortues, oiseaux et parfums de garrigue. Se promener au coucher du soleil qui est toujours magnifique !

Local tranquilo agradável paradisíaco local para uma sessão fotográfica e para a visita a lagoa e ao seu habitat pois dá para podermos nos sentar e tirar muitas fotografias local agradável para os amantes do birdwatching pois a diversidade é muito grande e vale a pena visitar caminhar e respirar este ar puro
