My experience was very negative the staff were rude and unhelpful unfortunately I didn’t speak any Portuguese and therefore not willing to help me. They clearly enjoyed talking about me to each other. I got there at 11 was then told to come back at 1 I then received an appointment for 3 I wasn’t then seen till 4 because the doctor told me they were running behind. Not once did the receptionists inform me of this and it also seemed everyone that come in that were portugese we’re seen before me. I felt very Ill and had a toddler and newborn in tow they could see I was struggling. I was having to breastfeed in the reception I later found out there was a room I could have fed in, but not once was I asked if I wanted to use it or even told about it. Disgusting service. One star is too much.

I had to go to the clinic to have my bandage changed for my stitches. You go upstairs and take a number to get registered, which took about 45 minutes. Then I got an appointment to come back in 2 hours to get the bandage done. Receptionist had very little English but it was enough. A passing nurse was more fluent and explained the process to me. The doctor was friendly, very fluent and professional. I was able to get another appointment in several days time to again have the bandage removed (so no waiting required to get registered).

Depends on the day, time and who is working, but this place is usually chaotic and not very well organised. You can expect to wait for hours to schedule an appointment, to see your doctor or anything else, even when you have priority. There are a few very kind people, who deserve to get rewarded and work with a better team. However, there's also people who seem to be there just because it's their job and not because they like to attend the patients. Many times I've seen employees just strolling down their Facebook feeds on the work computers. Shouldn't these sites be banned/block off from such working environments?

TRAVELERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Incompetent nursing staff, and rude to visiting tourists. They were reluctant to help, and when they did, they were incompetent and did not follow the hospitals treatment plan. Removed 2 day old stitches that should have remained in place for two weeks! A disgrace to Portugal. Go at your own risk! Go to one of the many private hospitals and clinics instead. The service at the private establishments were top notch and affordable.

No time to change a dressing, but enought time "to play" smartphone. The nurse threated me: "next time i will get dirty my dress, she wouldn't change it again" Incompetent personal. 0 of 5 stars from me.

I visited this place today at the third time and I have many things to say. I was not normal. Not only that that 2 month I couldn’t do health card with all documents I have ,I can not visit a doctor. The old women who sat under the sign Module 1 laughed at me because I speak English and not Portuguese. She refused even to listen to me, although I tried to speak Portuguese. She pretended that I was not. I was invisible. Is it discrimination? I hope that not. I have the same right to visit a doctor or at least to be heard! 1 Star is to much. If it would be possible I’ll put Zero!
