Gran empresa en Portimao. Hicimos el viaje el año pasado y ahora en marzo vamos de nuevo.

Fantástica viagem com a Seadolphins, uma equipa muito profissional e simpática. Escolhemos a empresa pelo barco, rápido, aventureiro e confortavél, e foi a escolha certa. As grutas de benagil são magnificas e essa viagem com a empresa certa, torna-se num ponto alto de quaisquer férias em Portimão. Recomendo e voltarei de certeza. Boa sorte a todos e muito obrigado por esta aventura.

We booked two trips: 1st dolphin watching and second coast trip and caves watching. A really good package for a super price! And the guides was really very kindly and helpfully. Great company! They like really her jobs! We saw a lot of amazing dolphins after a very fast drive over the ocean. They give windbreaker jacket and also for the kids because on the ocean it's most time windy and cill. The secobd trip on a other day was the trip cave of benagil. On the way to them, they show a lot of other beautiful caves. It was amazing! Absolute good trip with the fastet boat! Great! Try it! Thanks guys for this adventures!

Personnel super sympa et respectueux de la nature. Tour sécuritaire et palpitant. Belle disposition des sièges qui permet à tous de bien voir.

Me and my parents wanted to see a benagil caves, but there were any free places for that day. Mario suggested that he can send a driver for us. Our hotel was placed 25 km from Portimao and driver came for us and drove us back to hotel for free. It was wery plesant and the trip was great. Best regards from Polish family

We booked our trip pretty spontaneously via TripAdvisor on Thursday evening for the next day. Once we arrived at the kiosk we were greeted very friendly and got our ticket as well as a 10% voucher for a local snack bar. We were six people and got a boat to ourselves (maximum would be 12 people). Wind breakers are provided on the boat if necessary, because the wind can get pretty cold. There is of course no guarantee for seeing dolphins, however the boat ride itself is already pretty fun. We were lucky and found a pod of dolphins after about 20 minutes. There was one other boat that quickly left, so it was just us and about 10 - 15 dolphins. We took our time watching them and the crew provided us with a lot of interesting and fun facts. After a while we turned and watched the dolphins as they played in the waves caused by our boat. Would definitely recommend!

Foi uma experiência incrível, excelente equipa que nos acompanhou, foi 5 estrelas. Visitamos as grutas, não só a de benagil, mas outras tantas cheias de história, como a Daniela do staff nos explicou muito bem assim como todo o processo da formação das grutas e muito mais com direito a mergulho e tudo. Foi excelente sem esquecermos do nosso comandante que foi um excelente profissional. Também fomos observar os golfinhos e agradecemos também a atenção por parte da equipa por ter remarcado o dia uma vez que o 1 dia o tempo não estava muito bom para andar no mar. Obrigado ao staff todo, foram 5 estrelas.

Gran gran experiencia, hemos ido a ver las cuevas de Benagil, el trato de los empleados desde el momento 0 muy muy bien, a la hora de comprar los tickets el trato perfecto y en la embarcación los dos tripulantes perfecto.

Visitei as grutas. Adorei. Pró ano vou ver os golfinhos.

Update: Initially I gave this place a very bad review on account of the experience I had with my partner outlined below, but the owner of the business took outstanding steps to rectify the situation and was very kind and sympathetic. I am confident that she will address the issues I highlighted in my post and would therefore recommend the place. I write this review on a very serious note. Whilst on a trip with this company, a member of staff (Milton Paixāo) was extremely horrible to us. From the minute he saw me and my partner, he singled us out and was very rude towards us the whole way. We did not even say anything in return. We were visiting the caves and halfway through the trip whilst going into one of the caves, he was mumbling something in the back over the sounds of the waves and the other passengers. When the flash of my camera went off he started shouting at me and my partner saying he said no flash, and threatened to throw us in the sea. We will be filing a police report. The whole trip we did not say anything back and we kept our calm. I am an offshore trained engineer and can say safety is nonexistent on the boat. You receive no safety instructions at all before boarding, and the driving of Milton is reckless. The tour itself is fantastic but there are safer and more professional alternatives around. Massively discourage you from going on a trip with this company.

Absolutely Brilliant trip. The Dolphins were great and the caves amazing visit in and out of them on the boat. The crew very knowledgeable and make the trip a great trip. Thanks Team Seadolphins!
