I will give 5 stars. But the stars are for the construction of the 'casa de fabrica'. The contact could be more better. Personal what sitting in the office are friendly and of course skilled, too, but you need a lot of passion, when you will buy a house... A good advice, look (both sides) that promises where given, will make in given time...! It means, the company get much greater, this is of course a big and huge success, but things getting after paying in the moment very slow, this is sad. But the company is OK and the offered quality! But it is Portugal you need time, this isn't always funny..! And Sr. Oscar! the boss of 'KITUR', is normal a honest person.

Such great quality homes and flexible design. Amazing and very clever concept with such a variety of design and selection of materials standard of extra at reasonable prices. Your imagination and budget is your limit. Very knowledgable people. Speak multi languages.
