El apartamento muy amplio aunque se ven antiguos, la cafetera que hay en el apartamento no vale para nada, solo para calentar la leche. Lo que no me gustó es que tienen lo que parece una barra de bar pero no funcionaba, para desayunar y comer había que salir fuera. El personal es muy amable.

Very tired looking apartments,I really do not like giving bad reviews so a 3 star rating is being generous.36 of us turned up in 1 party and there was 1 member of staff to deal with us,the poor lad had a melt down and it took over an hour to check in.I suppose they are geared up for stag parties really but you would not want to take your Mrs there!

Bueno el sitio no es el mas espectacular del mundo, no tiene las mejores vistas, no es el edificio mejor acondicionado, ni el aparentemente mas limpio, pero todo esto lo olvidas cuando ves la atención recibida por la gerencia y sobre todo por el recepcionista de la noche

I liked the place it's nice the only problem is that the dam party goes kept on shouting its very nice it's the middle and it's a short walk to New town and old town and to the beach it's close to good restraunts

Apartamento espaçoso, já que mal aproveitado...higiene à quem daquilo que os Portugueses gostam, toalhas cheias de manchas e lençóis também. Não se consegue perceber se é mesmo da roupa ou é sujidade. Para se comer à mesa não há toalhas grandes nem individuais, tivemos de comprar. Nota-se bastante distinção de simpatia em relação a tratamento aos Portugueses/Estrangeiros. Tal notei na distribuição de apartamentos. Uma pena já que é bastante espaçoso e muito bem situado.

Gostaria de começar o meu comentario dizendo que é o pior estabelecimento onde ja alguma vez estive hospedado nas ferias do verao. Percebo que em Albufeira se viva de turistas mas a ideia é acabar com clientes portugueses? Uma coisa é certa eu não voltarei. Paguei o mesmo que pagaria noutro lugar e aqui encontro o que nunca encontrei nem mesmo numa pousada da juventude. A cama partida, autocolismo estragado, precianas partidas, televisão não tem canais portugueses. Depois das 3h ate as 6h da manha não se dorme pois o barulho que é permitido é simplesmente inacreditavel, é permitido tudo aos jovens ingleses que estao embriagados a bater com as portas a correr nos corredores a bater nas portas a gritar as janelas etc, só falta desabarem com o edificio e eu fico a pensar se terá alguem na receçao se esta a dormir ou se simplesmente autoriza este comportamento desrespeitoso para os restantes hospedes. Durante o dia a piscina é um local onde existe pratos, sacos, copos, palhinhas, latas, etc isto na água, a volta da piscina é facil escorregar na cerveja ou levar com uma bolada. Aconcelho a todos procurar outro alojamento pois este prefere ter lucro com as cauções dos turistas do que o bem estar dos portugueses.

Estive neste estabelecimento em agosto e nunca vi nada igual. Em 18 anos que vou a Albufeira passar férias este foi o pior sítio. Desde o atendimento ao alojamento. Nao recomendo a ninguém.

Reservei um estudio aqui e no check in fui redirecionada para outro hotel (Minichoro) porque já não havia espaço para mais ninguem neste hotel. Enviaram nos para o Minichoro, da mesma cadeia de hoteis, mas o apartamento não tinha condiçoes de higiene (pastilhas elasticas no lavatorio, casas de banho sujas, etc). Parece me muito mau enviarem assim os clientes para locais sem condições. É incompreensivel como um hotel deixa ocorrer overbooking sabendo que não tem espaço para os clientes.

kamer is wel oke maar het is erg luidt en zeker in het hoog seizoen met alle stappende mensen is dit erg vervelend. Ook hadden wij veel last van kakkerlakken wat erg vies was. Ook waren de kookspullen best slecht en de afstand tot de strip klopt ook niet helemaal.

Je vous déconseille ce lieu que nous avons du quitter au bout d une nuit. Ce n'est pas du tout adapté pour les familles, seul des jeunes qui font la fête et qui consomment de l alcool sans aucun respect pour les autres. La police est intervenue en pleine nuit pour mettre fin a bruits et aux bagarres. Le personel a été malhonnête en nous promettant un remboursement car au depart ils ont compris notre déception puis sont revenus sur leur parole. A éviter même de loin.

Trato indignante. Al entrar una vez cerrada la reserva, se nos requirió una fianza muy elevada la cuál no constaba en el contrato y no se nos quiso facilitar la hoja de reclamaciones. Tuvimos que llamar a la policia y buscar otro hotel.

La última vez que estuvimos allí, recibimos un trato degradante. Sin previo aviso se nos pidió una fianza del doble del precio de la habitación, ni siquiera se nos facilitó la reclamación, por lo que tuvimos que acudir a la policía. Una mala experiencia que no recomiendo a nadie.

The room was fine. You should not have high expectations from this place, but everything that should be there, it there. Do mind that this appartement is mainly used by students, and late night noise can be around a lot.

Absolutely awful!!!! I am disgusted with the accommodation for our holiday. we arrived at the hotel around 10pm to be told at the reception by the "manager" that they had no knowledge of our booking and had no room for us, I had the confirmation accommodation voucher that had been sent by sunmaster to confirm we had a booking at the Luna Valmangude Jardim hotel for the dates of the 21/06/2016 to the 28/06/16 for three people, two adults and my two year old daughter. On arrival the manager asked if I was Robert Whiley, I said no and he told us that he had no room available for us, only for Robert Whiley who was a no show. The manager eventually after about 30mins said we can have the room that was meant for Robert Whiley , he then changed his mind and said the room wasn't clean (even though this guy was due to arrive at the hotel earlier than us) After another 20mins of the manager making phone calls, he said he has a room for us so he gave us a key and sent us three floors up, even though we had three bags a buggy and a very tired two year old, we was grateful to be getting what we thought was a room, however the room was already occupied by some Spanish girls who were confused as to why we were opening their door! I went back down to the reception and told the manager who said "oh yes that one is occupied" (after another 10mins of hanging around) he said that there was one last room but that it was unclean. I wasn't ready for the state of it! In the room there was broken glass all over the floor, cigarette butts all over the place, stained mattresses and pillows, no towels and one dirty bed sheet, even though the room had four beds. I asked for clean sheets and said we will make the beds ourselves but he said there was none, what kind of hotel doesn't have spare sheets or towels?! "He said is this ok?" I wasn't sure if it was a joke or not! There wasn't even any toilet roll! It completely ruined our first night, my daughter was distressed from being tired and then not being allowed free roam of the hotel room for her own safety! The manager then promised to have the room cleaned first thing, but this wasn't done till lunch time. Secondly on the third day when the maid came in our towels were taken and not replaced, when it came to the evening to have a shower before dinner I spoke to the manager again to ask for towels he said he would get some and call me, he didn't, I went back after 40mins he had no answers for me, so I left it and we had to use our beach towels as we needed to get my daughter fed. The following day we still had no towels, I went to see the manager again and he said he still had none. I protested and said that we hadn't had towels for two days now and it was unacceptable, he said he would go and take towels from another room that had been made up for new arrivals. On his return the towels were wet and clearly not clean. After this we received no more towels we was left with these ones from someone else's room! The stay in this hotel ruined our first family holiday we had been really looking forward too.

Experiencia catastrófica, el peor apartahotel en el que he estado, no lo recomiendo a nadie. La higiene es mínima, en 5 días que estuve, no entraron a limpiar ni un solo día, ni siquiera para traer toallas limpias o para traer rollos de papel higiénico del que solo dispones de uno, los demás tuve que comprarlos yo, di las quejas en recepción tres veces y no me hicieron ni caso. Los pasillos no los han limpiado nunca, todo lleno de pelusas, con pintadas de grafiti, etc. De madrugada es imposible descansar, se escucha todo y para colmo en la habitación de al lado había unos chicos ingleses que se pasaban TODA la noche afuera de su puerta dándole patadas fuertes, gritando, portazos constantemente unos ruidos espantosos a las 4 de la madrugada y así 5 noches. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad, hay muebles que ni siquiera existen, se limitan a poner una mesa con cuatro sillas y dos camas. En definitiva el servicio que te ofrecen es pésimo, no pienso volver a este sitio.

Checkin con retraso, tapa de inodoro rota, deposito del inodoro con perdida constante, sabanas percudidas y gastadas, heladera sucia, araña en la almohada, tv sin control remoto, piscina con azulejos sucios. Los pasajeros sacan hojas y plantas de la piscina, sillones en la piscina vencidos por el uso, toallones lame tables. No volvere!!
