Very basic and sheets changed weekly, good for budget and has tennis courts and swimming pool but wouldn't stay again

Local sossegado, bom para descansar. Localização boa, a 5 minutos de carro da Oura e do Pingo doce.
A piscina é impecável. Alojamento a precisar de remodelação. Decoração á antiga.

Très bel environnement. Les appartements sont spacieux et les équipements agréables. Attention cependant à avoir une voiture. Je mets seulement 4 étoiles à cause d'une certaine négligence dans l'accueil, malgré leur gentillesse, et l'équipement de la maison. Il manque beaucoup de matériel de cuisine et les gérants nous informent mal des services proposés. Très bon dans l'ensemble.

A começar a gozar a experiência, mas para já tudo OK, pena o ar condicionado ser pago à parte, bem como algumas coisitas mais.
Precisaria também de lavandaria e um ou outro pequeno doméstico também possível por aluguer

Les propriétaires,Christine et Sam sont hyper sympas, toujours au petit soin avec leurs clients et tout ça avec le sourire!! L' hôtel est situé au calme, entouré de verdure. Beaux appartements, refait à neuf, lit king size avec super literie.En résumé c'est le PARADIS!! Je le conseille vivement

Positiv: Die Sauberkeit Unkomplizierte An- und Abmeldung. Negativ: zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Keine Frühstück (wohl weil wir die einzigen und letzten Gäste vor der Winterpause waren) Angaben zur Entfernung der Supermärkte stimmen in keiner Weise- alle mind. 2 km entfernt.

Positive: The owners are super nice The room was very comfortable and clean the pool area is super and the water very good and cool. Negative: Maby the kitschen is a bit old but thay say thay going the replace them Soo all good :D.

Positif: Un havre de paix charmant à proximité de l'animation d'Albufeira, l' accueil des propriétaires et leur disponibilité ! L'appartement refait à neuf avec terrasse vue sur la piscine..

Positiva: Apartamento estupendo, grande y confortable. Totalmente equipado para una estancia cómoda. Los dueños grande personas, siempre dispuesto a todo. Recomendable 100%.. Negativa: Me gusto todo. Habia mosquitos, pero comprando un antimosquitos solucionado. : ).

Positive: Really lovely apartments, very clean, christine and hubby very friendly people made us feel very welcome, oh and not forgetting the dog . Negative: Bit out the way, but only 5euro in taxi in to the main strip..

Positif: Tranquillité (couvre-feu respecté à 22h); piscine propre et bonne dimension (enfants ont adoré); bon restaurant Portugais à courte distance de marche; parking; proprio Français sympathiques; grand balcon.. Négatif: Pas de sèche cheveux; coin cuisine peu invitant..

Positiv: -Sehr freundliche Besitzer und Angestelle -Umfangreiche Freizeitangebote (Tennisplatz, Pool, Billard, Grillstelle, Tischtennis,...) -Sehr preiswerte Poolbar mit leckeren Snacks -angemessene Strandnähe (10-30 Autominuten zu allen bekannten Stränden der Algarve) -kostenloser und persönlicher Parkplatz -Ruhige Lage, perfekt für Familien und Personen, die für sich sein wollen -Saubere Außenanlage -tägliche Reinigung des Apartments. Negativ: -Die Küche besaß lediglich 2 Kochfelder auf der Pfanne und Topf nur mäßig gleichzeitig Platz fanden -Küchenregale waren veraltet, werden aber laut Besitzern noch renoviert.

Positive: This was a good place , staff were very helpful . It’s ideal if you don’t want all the hustle and bustle of the hotels by the strip . It was nice and quiet with your own secure parking spot . Enjoyed the place and made a new friend Condella the dog . Place was nice and clean and was apartment style with living room and kitchen . Thanks for having us.

Apartamentos bem mobilados, muito confortáveis com AC e TV por cabo.
Limpeza efetuada todos os dias.
Espaço exterior agradável com uma bela piscina e várias espreguiçadeiras.
Local calmo ideal para famílias com crianças!

Positivo: Gostamos de tudo...do espaço envolvente...do apartamento...tudo o que é preciso...moveis completamente novos...camas super confortáveis...WiFi em toda a parte...meo no apartamento...tranquilidade e simpatia dos anfitriões...foi poucos dias mas valeu a pena..

Positive: Very welcoming staff, easy check in process and really nice facilities. Enjoyed our stay and was treated very well by all the staff and other people staying in apartment. Pool was clean and view was amazing.. Negative: N/a.

Positif: L'emplacement est excellent pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge a la recherche de calme, seul petit bémol, l'accès un peu difficile. L'hôtel est très sympa, loin du tourisme de masse et le personnel est fantastique, avenant et à l'écoute, un véritable coup de cœur..

Positiva: Se respiraba tranquilidad, necesario un coche para moverte por la zona, pero se agradece si quieres descansar, el hotel tiene unas instalaciones tanto en el apartamento, que era todo nuevo, y te hacía sentir como en casa tanto las zonas comunes, piscina, pista de tenis, ping pong... Los dueños, Christine y Samuel, son encantadores e intentan que estés muy cómodo.. Negativa: Piden una fianza de 250 euros en efectivo, lo cual no me parece un inconveniente ya que por lo menos en nuestro caso no hemos tenido ningun problema, pero al ser en efectivo nos hubiese gustado saberlo para poder contar con ello, por poner alguna pega..

Positif: Le cadre sympa , très calme avec jolie piscine et bar animé par Sam qui est une personne vraiment très sympathique.. Négatif: Canapé du salon vraiment très salissant; nous n’avons pas été prévenu de cela et cela nous a coûté 50€ de plus pour le nettoyage. Attention donc pas du tout adapté lorsque vous avez des enfants et même en faisant très attention (ce que nous avons fait !). Première que cela nous arrive (hôtel et appartements confondus) et c est dommage.

Very clean,friendly and warm atmosfere. If i ever will go to Albufeira definetly ill go back here. Highly recomended. The Samuell and Cristine did everything to feel us comfortible.

Anfritriões simpáticos e à disposição . Localização próxima de mercados e alguns restaurantes. O apartamentos é excelente, grande, limpo, arejado.
Ótimo banheiro .
Tivemos contratempo com ar condicionado mas prontamente o proprietário se dispôs a ajudar.
Observação: ar condicionado apenas na sala.

Christine y Samuel nos han hecho sentir como en casa. Apartamento muy limpio, tranquilo, alejado del bullicio pero a 5 minutos de todos los servicios. Para desayunar hay mini buffet en un pequeño chiringuito que hay en la piscina. Hay también una gran barbacoa con cobertizo y mesas que puedes utilizar siempre que quieras. Muy recomendable de marzo a noviembre

Nouveaux propriétaires et appartements rénovés. La literie est excellente : lit king size...Belle piscine et joli jardin. Lieu calme et c'est appréciable quand on voit l'effervescence d'Albufeira ! Les propriétaires Christine et Sam sont aux petits soins pour les clients. Réactifs, souriants, serviables. Le top ! Casa Areias est idéalement située pour visiter l'Algarve d'Est en Ouest. Nous recommandons vivement Casa Areias.

Positive: Very nice and helpful Host. Quite good internet connection. Very comfortable pool and setting. Tennis court. View at the ocean and the city.. Negative: The apartment is situated c.a. 4 km from the beach - if you don't have a car it isn't perfect choice. Although there is a public transport it's not good organized, especially in weekends - buses shuttle 1 in an hour. If you don't need a beach it's very good place.

Positif: la situation géographique. le terrain de tennis et la piscine.. Négatif: billard 1h 5 euros !!!!! pas ustensiles dans la cuisine. même pas une cafetière !!!!! literie dure et vieille qui fait mal au dos. remontées d'odeurs nauséabonde dans la salle de bains. aucune pince a linge avec étendoir et enfin le clou appartement très très chaud avec une clim installée mais qui ne peux pas être utilisée !!!!! je ne retournerai plus à cet établissement
