All outdoor pools too cold to use. Indoor pool good. Games room a bit tired needs some new kit. Ground of hotel besutiful. Some accommodation dated other brand new. Great beach access via glass lift and boardwalk. Towel system great. Restaurants expensive.

Nice place to stay at, the food is great. Not only that, but helpful staff. The only complain, I have is options you have, when it rains or if it too cold due to the wind making it chilly

We spent first 5 nights in a very tatty run down townhouse. We had problems with 2/3 toilets breaking and bed being very uncomfortable. The kitchen units were in a bad way. The placd was very old fashioned. The resort is t star buf accommodation 3 star. We moved to a new garden room apartment for the next phase. Restaurants are very pricey as is sport options. Could be more child friendly. Games room poor requires work.

Was great. We visited 12 years ago and had got bigger and better. Unfortunately the beach restaurant was being renovated.

Top notch resort offering catering equally to both adults and kids. Spent 8 awesome days at this stunning resort. The list of activities available are endless. Golf..tennis..swimming..water sports...Indoor games...Kids shows... day care...reptile and bird shows...are just a few of them. Add to this 12 restaurants to choose from. We stayed in a fully stocked 2 bedroom residence. The customer service only adds the overall superlative experience. Kudos to the folks managing this property.

Heerlijk hotel, prachtige ligging, schone luxe kamers , grote fitness met binnenzwembad. Voor verwende golfers wat minder, 9 holes par 3/4.

This is one of the best hotels in the region , very child friendly , and lots of ground for children to run . We stayed in a 2 bed town house which had everything we needed as a family , it was fully furnished , we went of peak season so the resort was quiet , how ever it is what we wanted . Staff were friendly and helpful , few local shops on the main rd and a supermarket which came in handy . I would definitely recommend this and can’t wait to get back .

Ótimo, lindo ,espetacular.

This place was amazing! It offered any and everything you could possibly want in a resort. We loved our townhouse and the easy walk down to the beach. Because it was winter, we did use the outdoor pools, but the indoor one was fantastic! The staff was very helpful all the time. We had a great dinner in the cafe and a delicious lunch at the restaurant Zest - all so easy to walk to. The beach was beautiful! We only had a one-night stay, but would have been happy to stay longer!

a fantastic place, with very good facilities and nice people.Just some unpleasant situations : rates of hairdresser, spa and massages and not displayed and it is expensive. This is not fair. Think about asking before booking...Secondly, I had to check twice my notes in a restaurant as there was some over charges, this is not pleasant at this level of price.Finally, in the room, microvawe, heater did not worked and it had not been fixed.

El mejor sitio del mundo. Todo es precioso. Solo mejoraria un poco las bebidas! Quede un poco desepcionada del mojito y el pizco. Todo lo demas increible.

Great golf course for beginners like me and my family. For the rest, this rather detracts from the SPG reputation. Rooms, breakfast, service all far off the Starwood mark and quite a disappointment for a loyal SPG member like myself. Anyway, I will not be fighting with all the other enthusiastic Pine Cliffers out there over who gets to reserve a room. Best restaurant: it's next door, see my review on Al Qimia.

Muito bom. Serviço sete estrelas. Mordomos de várias nacionalidades com formação. Sem falhas. Local aprazível ao nível de outros 5 estrelas no Algarve. Não eram claras as orientações. Trata-se de um resort de grandes dimensões

stayed for a week - great location, nice personal but not really a 5 star hotel (plastic chairs on the beach, had to pay extra for everything such as swimming cap, good internet, bike). unfortunately there was a mc donalds event one evening so we had loud noise until 3am

מתחם ענק, יש כ- 7 בריכות ברחבי המתחם עוד 2 חדרי כושר, מגרש גולף, גני משחקים, ירידה לחוף מהמתחם, ולמרות שהמקום גדול עדין יש אווירה של שקט ורוגע. בתוך המתחם הדברים יקרים לכן מומלץ לאכול ולקנות דברים מחוץ למתחם.

Muito grande e um grande campo de golf e de tennis. Muitas piscinas e muito bom ambiente!!

Das Hotel wird ständig erweitert. Vom einstigen Sheraton Hotel ist nicht viel übrig geblieben. Ich besuche dieses Hotel seit ca. 8 Jahren und habe jetzt beschlossen dort nicht mehr Urlaub zu machen. Nebenbei sind die Preise in den hoteleigenen Restaurants und Bars unakzeptabel in die höhe gestiegen.MfGMichael

Fabulous resort. Great facilities and service. Food in restaurants a bit pricey and wine particularly expensive. Spent a week there with family though and had a wonderful stay.

Se há detalhes de hotel de 5 estrelas, outros há que são lamentáveis. Comecemos pelos primeiros: instalações fantásticas, atendimento e simpatia dos colaboradores ( todos), de nivel superior, enquadramento e opções de restauração adequada. Os segundos, tem mais a haver com processos: reveillon - com 9 graus de temperatura fizeram nos esperar 20 minutos em fila para nos deslocarem para um outro local onde era o reveillon e mais outro tanto para em carrinhas nos trazer de volta ao hotel - o meu filho constipou-se. Ninguem vai preparado para estar ao frio à espera de transporte ,( ridiculo!). Pequeno almoço numa sala minuscula e não adequada ao numero ( que se sabe de antecedência) de hóspedes alojados - conclusão- espera de mais de 30 minutos para ter mesa! Em ambos os casos com pais com bebés e várias pessoas de idade avançada....À noite não há qualquer programa de entretenimento- nem um pianista ( pianos identifiquei dois silenciosos). Preço, como se sabe, o hotel está nos top 5 mais caros do Algarve. Não basta ser bonito e ter instalações interessantes - hoje os clientes precisam de mais...ainda por cima no inverno em que as opções nas redondezas é inexistente. Continuamos a não saber trabalhar hotelaria. É uma pena ,! Basta ir aprender a uma dezena de Km a Espanha. Não posso por isso confirmar as 5 estrelas do Pine Cliffs. Só não reclamei no livro correspondente, porque é mais eficaz partilhar a minha experiência nesta plataforma. Mario Freitas

Tem o melhor spa que alguma vez tive o prazer de frequentar, tudo no Hotel é do maior bom gosto e requinte. Aconselho a estadia e os tratamentos ;)

Very friendly staff, incredible views of the beach, and located a very central location in the Algarve. Brunch was great, too!! You don’t even have to leave the resort because everything is right at your fingertips. 5 stars!!

Great little course. Very busy and slow play during early October visit, but welcoming and forgiving to the average hacker. Will be back.

We like the location.What we dont like: Both bathrooms in our townhouse lacked an outlet for a curling iron, how can that be in 2019.We dont like the fact that the property walkways and lawns are not kept up as they should be for a 5 star property.The rugs in the townhouse need to be replaced or cleaned.

Fantastic setting, beautiful resort, great beach. Townhouse was spacious and adequate, I would describe it as well worn, cracked tiles in bathroom, kitchen units no longer closing correctly etc., was hoping for better.As other reviews have said, the food options on the resort are very expensive.

Pine Cliffs is a wonderful resort with plenty of amenities for all ages. Numerous pools, private beach, two gyms and a host of bars and restaurants. That’s on the plus side. Unfortunately the food in all the restaurants varies from poor to average and is very highly priced. There is little by way of night time live entertainment and what we saw it was of poor quality. In summary, a five star resort of five star quality but unfortunately being run as a four star establishment.

Ik vindt dit een super locatie. 9 holes baan met palmbomen en een cliff om over heen te slaan. Luxe kamers. Met een mooi terras dat uitkijkt over zee. Daar kun je met een trap en een lift naar beneden

This resort seems to have everything. Comfortable rooms, a variety of restaurants, lots of pools including a heated indoor one. The setting is superb, a spectacular range of trees and palms, mingling with flowering shrubs and perennials. I will come again even though it is a bit expensive. Charming and attentive staff.

Der gesamte Sheraton Bereich ist einfach wunderschön. Pine Cliff ist ein Teil davon. Wer einmal dort war, kommt wieder zurück. Hohe Qualität, die etwas kostet, es aber auch wert ist.

Really beautiful property with lots of space! The best festite is the elevator lift that takes you down to a boardwalk path that leads to the beach. Epic!!

My family stayed here for 2 weeks during the quieter winter season. I hear it gets really crowded in the summer, but in the winter it felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves. The rooms are modern in decor(due to recent renovation efforts) and quite spacious. We loved the pool, golf course, private beach and cliffs. Service from the staff definitely has room for improvement.

Een beroemd resort, dat bekend is van de trouwerij van van Gaal en het hotel van de Ned. voetballers. Met een mooi 9 holes golfbaan. Hole 6 gaat daarbij over een ravijn.

Great experience all round, booked 18 holes of golf at the resort. As soon as we walked into reception very friendly, helpful and even got free trolley hire for the day. An amazing course, great layout, grounds staff are hard working and frendly too. We stopped after 9 holes for some lunch, again great service and superb food. One the best burgers I've ever tasted. Well recommended and will be back again.

Sehr schöne Anlage an der Algarve. WunderschönetrGolfplatz mit Atlantikblick. Tolles Ambiente. Ein Aufzug führt zu ein wunderschönen Strand.

A disappointing stay at the Pine Cliffs. Townhouse was dark, dank and cold. They interior was dated and uncomfortable- certainly not five star. It was absolutely freezing inside and even with the heaters on it was difficult to feel warm. The townhouse overlooked a building site for the next development and the building work started at 7am till 8pm; so nit very peaceful either. Facilities and location next to beach are great, but stay away from the townhouses.

A bit pricey for a 9 hole golf course, well manicured. Some really memorable holes, one thing was it wasn't that friendly I went away with the distinct impression that money was God. Couldn't even get a draught lager after the game (at around 5pm?) Although some people ( probably residents) where enjoying drinks outside?

The rooms were very well kept, very clean and spacious, the pools are crystal clear with great areas for sun bathing, the beach is lovely with sun loungers that are free, the golf course is lovely, well kept in vast majority of places, the on site food is nice but quite expensive, there are some great prices restaurants just outside the resort that offer great food

Really love it here, first cane 11 years ago and although its grown in size the location and staff are amazing. Restaurants and bars expensive but plenty of other options in the area.

We had a really great time at Pine Cliffs. We stayed in one of the Golf Suites, 2 bedrooms and living area. Room was very clean and modern furnishings. Kitchen had all major utensils, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The resort itself was beautifully kept. Multiple restaurants (though because of the time of year that we went - first week of April - quite a few of the restaurants were not open yet). Private beach with lift from the cliffs to the beach level was awesome. Beautiful cliff-top, and beach level bar. Resort really well thought out for kids - ramp access everywhere great for pram. Amazing playground with 2 life-size pirate ships, volleyball, basketball, bouncy castle, mini golf. Multiple swimming pools - majority of them outdoors (a bit cold in April as they werent heated), but the indoor pool was heated and beautiful. Other facilities that we didnt use: gym, daycare facilities.Close to Zoomarine theme park, which is also worth a look.We had a great time, and would definitely consider going again.

9 trous dans beaucoup d'intérêt avec beaucoup de monde.

This is the 5th time I have visited Pine Cliffs and it remains one of my favourite holidays. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, the food is good and the grounds and garden are immaculate.

Hotel magnifique dans un cadre trés beau ,trés beaux jardins magnifiquement entretenus.les appartements ne sont pas tous à la hauteur de ce cadre.nous etions dans un appartement pour 4 personnes (on etait 2!!!)lequel etait desuet sentant l humidité et le renfermé le tout trés propre mais avait besoin dun coup de jeune!!!Pas du tout en adéquation avec le site. Trés dommage.Attention aux prix du petit dej et du repas du soir sil nest pas compris dans la reservation

Traumhafter Golfplatz mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf einer Klippe direkt am Meer, sehr nettes Personal, sehr geräumige Appartements, sehr sauber!

Für Diejenigen, die etwas mehr Luxus wollen, ist dieser Ort wie geschaffen. Ein Traum. Das Personal erfüllt alle Wünsche und die Lage am Strand sowie das komplette Resort ist wundervoll. 5 Sterne und gerne wieder!

Wir haben eine Woche Anfang März im Pine Cliff Resort verbracht. Unser Apartment war geräumig um die Küche voll ausgestattet.

Sehr schöne Lage mit eigenem Strand. Anlage etwa 15 Jahre alt und daher nicht mehr ganz frisch. Essen sehr teuer und nicht sonderlich gut.
