A great place to stay. Quiet and on the edge of town, a car is handy, but shops and restaurants are a short walk up the road. Wonderful pool and a place to unwind and relax, with sunbeds for each of the 4 apartments that share it. It's a fair walk to the lovely long sandy beach on a hot day hence the car recommendation. Hosts were helpful unobtrusive and friendly, but German and Portuguese language was spoken. We got round this easily with Google translate and various contractors translated too for example their cleaner whilst on site. There was obvious signage at the street and the journey from Faro airport was about 30 minutes. Google maps directions made it easy to find.
