A pastelaria deste terminal tem o pior atendimento que alguma vez vi. Recusaram fazer uma sandes de fiambre porque “dava trabalho”. Põe pessoas de leste a atender que são super antipaticas e porcas. Muito pouca higiene.

O terminal de ônibus (que em Portugal chamam de autocarro) é simples e pequeno mas bem por isso deixa de fazer bem o seu papel. Os Ônibus sempre pontuais (padrão Europeu) funcionários que passam as informações solicitadas e um pequeno café com várias opções para lanches.

Do not eat at the cafe inside. I paid for food and sat at a table to eat. Understandably as most travelers, people with disabilities, or people concerned about health do, I had a bottle with my drink I carry around with me. I was humiliated and viciously screamed at by the crazy old women here because I took a sip of my personal drink even though I gave them money to sit down and eat a meal I just purchased from them. The stress made me want to vomit and I set the food I just paid for on the counter, was not refunded, and had to leave outside. It's understandable if someone brought a bunch of their own food and sat at the tables without paying -- to ask them not to do that, but I was a paying customer who bought food and sat down to eat it. If someone can buy food and then ask for a glass of water or something it makes no sense why I couldn't buy food and then take a sip of liquid especially if someone has a disability and needed to take medication or whatever like I do. Maybe if someone was sitting there drinking alcohol and eating their own food then this would be acceptable behavior to treat them like a criminal but I was just innocently taking a sip of a common beverage. This was really crazy and a bunch of customers had to get involved to try and explain it to them. I will never buy anything from here again and don't suggest it to anyone.

In zona collinare di Albufeira con 2 biglietterie e un bar all'interno.Bus per molte destinazioni portoghesi tra le quali Lisbona,Evora,Faro,Lagos,etc nonché terminal di tutte le linee urbane della città(si chiamano GIro e sono di colori diversi in base al tragitto.Parcheggi nei dintorni e panchine per sedersi.

Used the bus terminus daily for our day trips to Silves, Lagos, Faro etc. Busses largely run on time, and are clean and comfortable. Bus drivers are friendly and helpful in terms of where to get off, return trip info etc. The terminus has a small cafe and toilet facility. Some days the toilets were clean, other days not. The only damper was one of the rude, unhelpful and indifferent ticket attendants at the terminus. She being the only unpleasant person we came across in our 2 week visit to Portugal

Attention plus de bus Giro après 22h . Nous sommes arrivés du centre ville jusque bus station. Plus de bus pour Oura. Nous avons eu la chance de voir arriver un taxi qui nous a reconduit jusque notre appartement.
Départ d ici pour Faro, Lisbonne et toutes les grandes villes du Portugal. Aussi les Giro qui font tous les villages des environs d Albufeira .

This bus garage not only serves the city of Albufeira well with an urban bus service which covers most of the city. It provides great service to the old town and Oura where lots of nightlife, restaurants bars and beaches are.
The other aspect is it serves as a hub for transport to other places in Portugal and a service into Espagne.

A functional bus station with service to Lisbon as well as other locations.
It's not located in the main tourist area so you will have to get a cab to the station.
It's very sparse with limited seating especially outside. There could be more signage though we were able to work it all out. The ticket office is happy to talk to you in English.

Nous partions de Lisbonne (gare d'oriente) pour aller à Faro. La "correspondance" à Albufeira n'est pas top. Très peu d'information seul les conducteurs sont disponibles et prennent le temps de nous informer. Malgré ça les deux trajets se sont bien passés, les cars sont propres.

Albufeira's main bus station is a fairly modern out of town 'transport interchange' 1.6km (1 mile) from the old town centre.
The bus station is functional, with no frills. Signage and general information availability could be improved.
There are two ticket offices, one for long distance travel and a different one for local and regional buses, although this is not immediately obvious. On Sundays and holidays only one is open. Except for the urban 'GIRO' buses, tickets for all journeys must be purchased at the ticket office before boarding. The queues (lines) can cause people to miss buses! Some drivers are very strict about this and will refuse to take your money.
There is a large indoor waiting area with plenty of seats, although they are hard metal. There is an electronic panel showing long distance bus (coach) departures but nothing for local buses.
There are no maps to tell where buses go, except for the town's own GIRO routes. Timetables are posted on the wall by the main ticket office window. Paper copies can be obtained from the ticket office or downloaded from official websites. Once you have your ticket, the clerk will tell you from which stop (there are 19) your bus will leave. These are signposted each with their main destinations.
Buses to other towns do not have route (line) numbers as in most of Europe.
There is a small café/bar at the bus station, an ATM by the toilets, but no shops and little else within 500 metres. There is a taxi rank outside. Local 'GIRO' buses run at 30 minute intervals on weekdays to and from other parts of the town on five different overlapping routes seven days a week, holidays included.
Saturday afternoon, Sunday and Holiday service is only every 60 minutes.
These buses start at 0700 every day, with last buses leaving at 1900 during the winter, 2100 during summer. Tickets for these buses are purchased on board, pre paid discounted 10 trip tickets can be obtained at the ticket office.

Gostei do terminal mas passei por 2 locais antes de descobrir que o verdadeiro era este. Parece que pouca gente sabe o de é e qual é o terminal de autocarros. Apaguem os outros dois do maps, por favor. Caso contrário vão continuar a parecer maluquinhos que têm 3 terminais, onde em 2 é só asfalto, e ninguém sabe onde é o correcto.

Pésima experiencia en la cafetería. Las dos señoras que estaban en el turno de mañana del día 22/08/2019 fueron muy groseras. No querían entender y acabamos por ser ignorados. No entendían lo que era un simple café y leche, y quisieron ponernos un capuchino, más caro. Sobre las TOSTADAS, nos ofrecían dos tipos de pan, pan casero y otro tipo que jamás nos enseñaron para poder llegar a comprenderlas, y querían cobrarnos 7, 50 euros por dos tostadas y dos cafés. No sonrieron en ningún momento y acabaron murmurando entre ellas sobre nosotros. No se como personas así pueden estar trabajando en un negocio de cara al público. Deberían corregir su comportamiento.

No TOSTADAS, eles nos ofereceram dois tipos de pão, pão caseiro e outro tipo que eles nunca nos ensinaram a ser capazes de entendê-los, e eles queriam nos cobrar 7, 50 euros por dois brindes e dois cafés. Eles não sorriam a qualquer momento e acabavam resmungando entre nós sobre nós. Eu não sei como as pessoas gostam disso podem estar trabalhando em um negócio para o público. Eles devem corrigir seu comportamento.

Terrible customer experience in the cafeteria. The two ladies who were running the place, in the morning date 08/22/2019 were very rude. They did not want to understand us and we ended up being ignored. They did not understand what a simple coffee and milk was, and they wanted to give us a cappuccino, more expensive instead. We asked for a couple of TOSTADAS (torradas) and they offered us two types of bread, homemade bread and another type that they never showed us to be able to chose in between them, therefore they wanted to charge us 7, 50 euros for two toasts and two coffees. They didn't smile at any time and ended up muttering among themselves about us. I don't know how people like that may be working in a business for the public. They should correct their behavior.

Albufeira Bus Station is one of the most modern bus stations along the Algarve and I feel it deserves the highest 5 star compare to the other Algarve bus stations .
From here you can take 1)any of the local " Giro" buses( Green, blue, red-1 or 2, & orange-Train station), 2)Regional Eva buses to other towns, villages along the Algarve + Lisbon & Spain( Seville), 3) as well the Giro "orange" bus connects you to the Train station ( approx.2-3 Kms away) in the small industrial sister town of Ferreiras.. Albufeira is the seaside tourist town while Ferreiras is the more industrial town located just north ...

It was well run and all my transport was on time. The staff were helpful and spoke English which makes finding places so much easier. It was well serviced as transportation was available to many destinations. I found the town circular route around Albufeira very good.

On arrival the place was open but we did not see any staff until 07h00. The place to board our bus was clearly indicated. There is an information board and announcements were made.
The waiting area was clean but the bathrooms were not.

Small. Bathrooms are clean. There is a very good food stand with yummy sweet and savoury pastries. More than just chips and pop. Most of the employees at the ticket sales speak English.

Não usei o de Albufeira, mas o guichê de Vilamoura, onde trabalha uma senhora, há pelo menos dois anos. A pouca delicadeza para lidar com o público continua a mesma. Acho que pensa que os estrangeiros, incluindo brasileiros, são surdos ou débeis mentais. O uso foi na semana passada por duas vezes.

Bad experience! Bus didn't show, noone knew what happened, told us to go on the next one, which we did, but unfortunately final destination wasn't the same that I had bought! Never again!

The Albufeira bus station is a couple of kilometers from the town centre. It has a cafeteria and a ticket office as well as a large waiting room.

Acho mal ter de apanhar dois autocarros para ir da estação de comboio de Albufeira até ao centro. No entanto o bilhete é barato e serve para as duas viagens

Trochę daleko od centrum miasta. Rozkład jazdy autobusów mało zrozumiały i tylko w języku portugalskim. Jest toaleta.

Muito afastado do centro de Albufeira, é muito difícil de encontrar dada a escassez de indicações.
O edifício é normal com um grande parque para partidas e chegadas, um pequeno var com esplanada e algumas pequenas lojas.

Don't expect anyone at the bus station to know which buses are coming at what time. There's an info board but ...
However, buses come and buses go - so it does the job I guess.

Pas mal de destinations pour visiter l'Algarve. C'est ici que vous pouvez prendre un bus direct pour Faro. Un peu excentré du centre d'Albufeira. Vous devez prendre un transport local pour rejoindre cette gare routière

Great little Bus Station, you can get all over Portugal from here, and also into Spain. The local Giro buses are excellent. If yo purchase a bus card for €5 and then top up another €8 it reduces your fare to about half price the normal fare, and also you can use your ticket for one hour on other Giro buses. Pay Austin to the cafe, excellent value and the coffee is good

We came to buy a senior discount bus ticket. Waited 45 minutes. No communication. And at the end, she charged full price tickets. Frustrating.
