Great value for money, receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. We did go during the off peak season so it was very quiet and there wasn't much going on.
But the apartment was clean, very spacious and modern. Would recommend

Lovely little place for a cheap getaway. The villas are much bigger than I expected, with a garden, balcony and roof terrace. Villas had reasonable wifi.
Staff were always friendly and helpful. My only gripe was most things required a taxi. You could walk to the strip in 25 minutes, but lidl, aldi and the old town were all a can ride away.
Lovely place to visit.

I would highly recommend these villas. They were clean, spacious and homely. There is a small shop on site to buy food and drink and a small restaurant. The pool area was nice. If you are staying here, it is a long walk to restaurants and shops. We took Uber’s back and forth to the town and beaches.

Beautiful clean and spacious villas. Pool area is perfect and plenty of sun loungers. Restaurant is lovely with 5 star food and great prices. The waiting staff are very polite and friendly. One of the waiters Rui soares was amazing and become a forever friend. Receptionists are very polite and always there to help. Cleaners do a perfect job. All round 5 star. A must go place for couples and families all year round. I'm hoping to go in 2020 with the kids. New town is walking distance 15 minutes. I used Uber to old town around €4.30 perfect location away from the busy streets

Nice clean villas but beds were awfully hard and springs poked through on beds and sofa beds. Had to lay duvets down onto the matress to sleep. Would have liked sun loungers in the gardens to make full use of the private garden.

Wasn’t sure what to expect. We had a horrible experience at the airport, once we got to the hotel they told us “well your holiday begins now”. All the staff were fantastic, all polite and always had a smile. Reception organized everything we needed to make our villa toddler friendly and would organize taxis or trips to wherever we wished. Comfortable villas with lots of space and air conditioners in each room. Nice pool area and the splash pool was perfect for our toddler. The restaurant/bar stays open late(ish), staff were excellent, food was nice and reasonably priced, cocktails were tasty and on quiet nights the staff were a good laugh to chat to. We original only expected this to be a base to crash and a place to plan our days. We got to see a lot of Albufeira but spent more time relaxing here than we expected. Will definitely come back here again and would hesitate to recommend this place.

This complex was amazing great quality appartments lovely size there was 4 in our group with room for 6 there's a great little pool bar and small resteraunt food is of a good quality lovely staff and rooms cleaned daily . Will be back

Stayed 10 days over the October half term. Accommodation was very clean with good facilities (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc). Spread across 4 floors with a garage in the basement (good as we had hired a car), ground floor kitchen and living area with small private garden, two bedrooms on first floor (one with balcony) and a fabulous roof terrace. Two swimming pools, one baby and other about 20 meters in length, and a pool side bar and eatery. Prices very reasonable although on site ship a little expensive. Would definitely come back.

Der ganzen Familie hat es sehr gefallen. Wir waren vom Appartement begeistert. Einige Gegenstände waren allerdings - wohl weil es Ende Saison ist - defekt. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört, da das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis noch immer sehr gut war.

Great experience at the pinheiros hotel, people there were amazing and helpful at all times. The place itself was large and clean and the pool was awesome. Only thing we didn’t like was the smell in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Otherwise an A+ experience.

Die Bungalow Anlage war absolut klasse.... gross sauber sehr luxuriös. Küche komplett mit allem was man braucht echt toll. Das Personal ganz super lieb. Das Restaurant in der Pool Anlage mit seinen Mitarbeitern und dem Essen Spitze. Auch dort alle super lieb. Das ganze Paket ist uns 5 Sterne wert. Würden immer wieder kommen.

Good rooms, good value for money. You will need a car. The pool area is small. However, despitw staying here in August, the pool wasn't too crowded and loungers were always available without having to get to the pool at the crack of dawn, we didn't go to the pool most days before 11am and always got loungers.

Myself my husband and two daughters, 17 & 14, had 14 nights here. The villa was beautiful it had everything you could possibly need. The staff are amazing and so helpful, they helped and advised us on booking trips to zoomarine, the old town and a boat trip to the caves. Cleaners came daily, food was excellent and great base to explore Alberferia. Highly recommend.

My family enjoyed 2 weeks here in August 2018. We rented two villas and my sister and her family joined us and rented a third. My wife and I and our three boys (10, 5, 3) felt the villa was perfectly comfortable with everything we needed. We all enjoyed the pool area, the restaurant was amazing (easily the best "pool side" restaurant quality food we've ever had and we've been around the world) with amazing staff, cold beer, excellent mojitos, and very friendly and attentive. My kids met several other kids and they all had a blast. The ladies at front desk were super super helpful going above and beyond their duties to make sure we had a great time. Irene knows all the best restaurants in the Algarve and can hook up reservations and taxis. We are hoping to come back next year.

Very nice but I could make a few complaints cleaner's haven changed the bed thw whole time we stayed we were there for 1 full week sinks or worktops weren't cleaned all the done was sweep the floor that's it apart from the cleaners it 100% lovely food people etc.

We had to wait one hour for starters, which were not what we ordered. It tasted fine tho. Also they don't come to you when u finish your drink, to ask for a refill.

Nette huizen, zijn goed bijgehouden. Dagelijkse schoonmaak. Basis supermarktje bij de receptie voor als je gauw iets nodig hebt. Tip: Het park er naast (Quinta de Balaia) heeft een iets groter supermartkje. Verder is alles wel verder weg. Je kunt gebruik maken van de bus (elk half uur ongeveer, €1,40 enkeltje richting de stad of richting Albufeira) rechts van de rotonde. Transfer bij de receptie of gewoon iets langer lopen (ongeveer 25 minuten lopen).

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd beleefd op dit park.
We waren met acht personen, verdeeld over twee 6-persoons villa's naast elkaar.
In de tuintjes hebben we fijn gebruik kunnen maken van onze BBQ.
Het ontvangst in het restaurant bij het zwembad was voor ons een warm welkom !! Het team is behulpzaam en zeer gastvrij. We hebben hier nieuwe vrienden gemaakt.
De keuken is fantastisch en absoluut één van de beste in de omgeving.
Er staat genoeg te kiezen op de menukaart.
De dagelijkse service in de villa's is top georganiseerd, dit vonden wij heel fijn.
Het is hier gelukkig niet te druk en er is altijd voldoende plek bij het heerlijke zoutwater zwembad.
Bij de receptie wordt je altijd direct geholpen, deze is dag en nacht geopend.
Het uitzicht vanaf het park en het koele briesje vanaf de oceaan zijn geweldig.
Wij komen zeker terug.

We are a family of 5 & just couldn’t fault this place, it was big enough, spotless clean, everything about it was fab. The staff in reception were very welcoming & the restaurant was lovely for breakfast, lunch & dinner. They had everything we needed. Loved the pool area, kids had a great time. It’s about 20 minutes walk to the new town or around 40 minutes to old town or if lazy like us you can get a taxi from reception. Would highly recommend this place, especially if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle Of the town.

Nos robaron y además no recibimos un trato adecuado por parte del hotel. La puerta del garaje que conectaba con el interior De la Villa no estaba cerrada (el primer día si lo estaba) entrando seguramente por ahí quien nos robó. Además, no teníamos coche con lo cual fue imposible que alguien olvidara cerrarla. Por otro lado, encontramos muchos desperfectos: se rompió un desagüe del grifo de la cocina, la nevera soltaba agua, había un pomo roto ... Cabe mencionar también la lejanía de los apartamentos y su mala comunicación con el centro de albufeira; de hecho tardábamos media hora andando en ir a la playa y unos 35-40 minutos en ir a la zona de los pubs.

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Reihenhaus inkl. Spül- und Waschmaschine, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, schöne Poolanlage und vor allem ruhig, zumindest im Mai. Nur der Weg zum Strand ist etwas mühsam, sowohl mit dem Auto als auch zu Fuß, ist aber machbar in zu Fuß ca. 25 min

Helpful staff with a cleaning service every day to change the towels, make the beds and empty the bins etc. Lovely pool area with a nice bar and restaurant on site. Our rental included a garage which was great and the complex is only a short drive from the main part of Albufeira. There are lots of beaches within a short drive but for families with young children there is also a really great playground nearby called the parque public Albufeira.

High quality and well equipped 2 bed accommodation ideal for 4-6 people. The pool area is an ample size for the complex and the snack bar is very welcoming. The only draw back is the distance from the resort centre however it only costs between 4 and 6 Euros in a taxi to the bars or beach.

I've been coming every summer for 5 years (since opening). Great for families and away from the fuss of Albufeira city centre.
Needs minor improvements (bbq has to be replaced, fridge misses some parts and TV has very limited choice of channels), but nothing to worry about.
If you want to relax this is your place.

Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit wohl und es gab nichts auszusetzen. Vielleicht hätte das Putzpersonal ein paar mal mehr die Bettwäsche wechseln können, es wurde in 14 Tagen nur einmal gemacht. Dafür wurden die Handtücher so gut wie jeden Tag ausgewechselt. Das personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine Dame spricht sogar Deutsch.Als unser Gepäck am Flughafen abhanden gekommen war hat das Personal uns beim telefonieren geholfen bis alles geregelt war. Toll!

Lovely stay, great service all round. I would recommend a car as its a little out of town but not far at all, but they have parking spots under the villas so you can park in safety and works out cheap for getting out and about.. Watching the sunset on the roof terrace at night was lovely, really nice feature of the properties.Its lovely and clean from the rooms to the pool - we really couldnt fault out stay.

This is a very nice resort just outside the main area of Albufeira (five minute drive or 15-20 minute walk). It is also close to the less commercial areas of Olhos dAgua and Acoteias (10 minute drive). While the resort has a view of the ocean, to get to a beach requires a short drive or a bit of a walk (20-25 minutes), however, the beaches we visited were quite beautiful and worth the effort. The location and amenities will appeal to couples and families.The rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean. Hard surface flooring, for us, added to the feeling of cleanliness, and the cleaning staff came in daily. The rooms have all the necessary amenities such as cooktop, oven microwave, dishwasher and clothes washer, as well as small countertop appliances.The grounds are well maintained and attractive, and there is a pool with a restaurant and bar. The food in the restaurant is quite good, though a bit more expensive than some of the local restaurants and the food is generic rather than local in nature.The staff were friendly and helpful and made an effort to ensure our stay was pleasant. This location was a good base for us to explore the Algarve area with day trips by car. There are also coach tours of the area available which can be arranged by the resort staff.We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely go back.

Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Strand ist nur mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Was in der Anzeige mit 300 m angegeben war entsprach nicht den Fußweg. Die Appartements sind gepflegt und funktional ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage ist für die Kälte nicht sehr geeignet. Es gab auch kein SAT-TV, sondern DVBT mit überschaubaren Kanälen

Lovely villas plenty of space , ours had roof terrace which got very warm , we stayed in E which was very quiet at the back . The food is all freshly cooked and the pizzas are delicious. The only down side is the walk to or taxi to everything. If you hire a car your fine it's even got a garage .

Lovely villa, clean, comfortable and has all amenities. TV channels poor, and had a few maintenance issues, but these were sorted immediately. Its a bit of a walk, 30 mins to beach and bars but taxis cheap.

Apartment was good overall for the money but there was penny pinching all around. Money to hire a safe, one bathroom (with shower over bath) small TV with hardly any UK channels, no sun loungers and nothing on bedroom balcony. Also a price list of items broken or missing seems excessive. Kitchen equipment not great with no mugs but a rolling pin (20 Euros if it goes missing/broken!) Reasonably clean but examples of disrepair such as plugs coming off wall, handles coming off doors and dishwasher leaking. Unable to use jacuzzi due to the amount of dirt in it. Didnt help having noisy neighbours smoking directly into our apartment. Also not sure about security of the place as was not contained in a secure perimeter fence and anyone could walk in off the road. If using this place I would recommend a car as a good 15-20 minute walk to most facilities and not within reach of a beach. Staff were good at reception

Stayed at this location with my wife and young daughter. Found the accommodation to be good size with all the mod-cons. Good location for travelling in to the towns. The accommodation itself has a very nice pool and great pool side bar / restaurant. Would stay here again for another family holiday.

Fabulous apartments in a beautiful location - near enough to walk to the strip but far enough to be peaceful. Excellent service by reception and in the restaurant and bar. Would recommend and will definately re book this accommodation in the future.

Beware if driving to this location, the hotels.com pin map takes you to the wrong location, worrying start. Make sure to use Balaia as the destination. Bit out of the way, but that gives a peaceful setting. Great accommodation with all first class facilities. Couple of minor omissions, could do with a couple of Sun loungers in the individual villa gardens and the second bedroom really could do with an a/c unit.Used the bbq a few times, theres some great markets within easy reach. Food and drink in the pool bar is good and reasonably priced. Only 7€ taxi to/from old town for action seekers. All in all we would recommend and return again.

There are many positives and only found a couple of negatives which are not detrimental for a great stay. The villas are sparkling new, clean, very well equipped, underground car park linked directly to villa via stairs, everything you need in the kitchen down to the ice scream scoop or nut cracker, you will not need anything else, lovely small garden with BBQ, roof terrace, very nice bathroom and very comfy beds. Only stayed 3 nights but felt like a home away from home. Reception staff very helpful and friendly, if you need info, just ask. Location is fine if you want a pool and beach holiday, if not or if with small cnhildren you need a car, we only wanted the beach which is 10 mins walk via a small path thru trees at back of villa. Beach is stunnning! Pool is also lovely and peaceful, really good music, not too loud so you can tune in or out, we had a wonderful stay. As for the negative, it didnt bother us particularly but I would put the air con (very good aircon!) in both rooms not just the master bedroom, as well as the wardrobe only in one bedroom (it is huge but would still want my own). Book in confidence, it is lovely.
