Positief: De locatie is top, dicht bij de zee met zijn prachtige stranden. Appartement is ruim en heel schoon. Het contact met de verhuurder was excellent. Wij komen zeker terug .

Positive: this location was the best i have ever had i had the ground floor appartement with a very nice terrace i was there in february, the weather was great. sitting outside in the sun drinking my cofee and listening to the waves breaking. fantastic location i wil be back. Negative: i did not like the stairs going to the roof terace no english telivision.

Positiv: Super Lage und Aussicht! Tolle Dachterrasse! Komplett eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. WLAN meist prima. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sprache auch Englisch und teilweise Deutsch. Mit Leihwagen idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Algarve zu erkunden!. Negativ: Wir sind beide zur Zeit gehbehindert. Deshalb vielen uns die 52 Stufen (insgesamt hoch und runter) zum Appartment vom Parkplatz aus und die 119 Stufen bis zum Strand doch schon schwer. Die Stufen im Haus sind von 1. Stock zum zweiten höher als normal. Trotzdem würden wir das Appartment gerne wieder buchen!.

Positiv: die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. In der Nachsaison sehr ruhig mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Atlantik, Jedoch nicht barrierefrei, da nur über Treppen erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend geräumig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschäfte wie Bäckerei und Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar.. Negativ: etwas hellhöriges Haus..

Kladný: Krásné prostředí s výhledem na oceán. Prostě super idilka.. Záporný: Žádné nedostatky jsme neshledali..

Positif: Séjour plus que parfait. Magnifique vue et accès direct à la plage. Hôtes très sympathiques et à l'écoute. Propreté et confort exceptionnel. L'appartement était au delà de nos attentes et il ne manquait rien. Stationnement gratuit sur place. Nous serions restés là-bas beaucoup plus longtemps que 4 jours. Je recommande sans hésiter. La terrasse commune avec les 3 autres appartements de l'immeuble sur le toit avec relax et barbecue est sympa .. Négatif: Difficile d'accès avec une voiture et quand on ne connait pas on ne peut pas se fier au simple GPS. Ce serait bien de donner le nom de la petite rue qui donne accès à l'escalier qui donne sur l'entrée de l'immeuble . Le demander au propriétaire..

Positiva: La atención de los hermanos que se encargan de los apartamentos es espectacular, una llamada o un mensaje y te solucionan todo. GENIALES. Negativa: El wifi fallaba mucho pero lo solucionaron con rapidez..

Positivo: Casa pequena mas muito limpa e bem localizada , a vista da varanda é fenomenal , o proprietário sempre disponível !!! Muito perto da praia , umas escadas de madeira levam-nos diretamente pra praia !!!. Negativo: Precisa trocar os colchões de cama ! Um dos quartos tem umas claraboias que ao nascer do sol fica logo tudo claro quase como lá fora , é um aspecto a melhorar rapidamente a meu ver ... A praia é hiper povoada , nada a ver com a casa mas diretamente relacionada !.

Positiva: La ubicación perfecta , la cosa está en perfectas condiciones y tenía de todo para vivir una semana.Tranquilidad a la hora de dormir.. Negativa: 2 cosas importantes: -El colchón de la cama estaba en condiciones pésimas y para mí el descanso es imprescindible para unas buenas vacaciones . -El propietario entró en el apartamento con su llave mientras nosotros descansábamos sin avisar, asustándonos y sin respetar en ningún momento nuestra privacidad..

Positive: The Location was perfect, steps down to beach and bars and restaurants . Amazing view to beach and ocean from both sides of apartment. Very peaceful.Nice clean adequately equipped apartment. lovely people to deal with.. Negative: Although in a perfect position, if you have any mobility issues, then this apartment is not for you. Stairs leading to top 2 apartments are steep and a strain on the knees. Steps to the beach and restaurants are awkward if you have a pram or buggy. Check out location on Google maps before considering booking.

Positief: Appartement op de 1e verdieping met een fantastisch uitzicht. Prima balkon om hiervan te genieten. Dakterras is prettig om in de ochtend te ontbijten in het zonnetje. Locatie is prima, diverse restaurants op loopafstand net zoals de supermarkt. Leuk plekje om nog een keer heen te gaan. Obrigado.

Positif: Pas de surprise...ce n'est pas Notre 1er séjour....l'emplacement est exceptionnel Ce qui a motivé notre choix. Appartement simple mais sympathique. Notre hôte agréable. La vue reste Le point fort.la terrasse sur Le toit, typique des maisons d'Algarve , rustique mais avec un charme fou.. Négatif: Un peu froid en cette période, surtout Les jours sans Soleil. Équipement cuisine un peu sommaire pour qui veut préparer ses repas, Mais tant de restaurants bons Et pas chers Que ce n'est pas indispensable....

Positive: Superb location. Amazing view from the apartment. Quiet, despite being within a few minutes walk from several restaurants. We did do some travelling, easy considering the number of tours and other options to get around to eg the waterparks, but really our favourite days were spent in Olhos de Agua. So beautiful, no need to go anywhere else!. Negative: The second bedroom (with the double bed) was a bit small, and had no opening window. However for the price paid, this was still way better than the usual alternative of a sofa bed in the living room, so we have no complaint. The swimming pool we had access to was very nice, but a short 3 minute walk away.

Положительный: Потрясающий вид из окна на океан! Восходы и закаты - ваши! Большой балкон, на котором можно посидеть, полюбоваться морем, выпить бокал вина. Полностью оснащенная кухня. Есть все, даже блендер, соковыжималка и гейзерная кофеварка (и не только гейзерная). Апартаменты очень просторные. Пляж совсем рядом. Лестница ведущая на пляж у дверей. Но сам пляжик очень маленький, хотя и живописный. Если хотите простора, то нужно перевалить через пару горок на Фелисию. А там... бесконечность.... Негативный: Старый, разваливающийся шкаф в спальне, который портит всю обстановку. Очень, очень узкая и покатая кровать. Спать на ней вдвоем невозможно. Хорошо, что есть раскладной диван в гостиной

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage, schöne Aussicht. 5 min. Bis zum Strand. . Negativ: Etwas helhörige Wohnungen, und die Spüllung war wirklich sehr laut.

Positiv: Ein sehr schöner Ausblick und nah zum Strand. Lage perfekt! Die Bucht ist sehr schön und man kann auch sehr einfach zur nächsten Bucht gelangen. Sehr gutes nicht ganz günstiges Restaurant seitlich am Strand. Wir haben uns super erholt. Eine kleine Markhalle gibt es auch im Ort.. Negativ: Ein Schlafzimmer ohne richtiges Fenster und die Matratzen waren wirklich nicht sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt auch ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Scharfes Messer besser selbst mitbringen.

Pozytywna: Położenie obiektu nad samym morzem. Bardzo miły i kontaktowy właściciel, do tego słowny i punktualny( odbierał nas z lotniska i odwoził). Mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie na dole więc trochę przeszkadzały nam odgłosy spłukiwanej z góry wody. Poza tym ok. Piękny widok przed wejściem na ocean. Polecam. Bardzo urokliwe miejsce w pobliżu trzy plaże do wyboru.

Positiv: Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief völlig unkompliziert, dafür mussten wir den Vermieter anrufen. Allgemein ist die Lage der Appartements mit Meerblick optimal. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. WLAN funktioniert gut.. Negativ: Leider waren Bad, Schlafzimmer und der Kühlschrank komplett verschimmelt. Wir konnten in dem Appartement nur ein einziges Fenster öffnen, wodurch sich das Appartement kaum lüften lässt und es immer feucht unf kalt ist. Die Heizung/Klimaanlage befindet sich direkt neben der Eingangstür, deshalb ließen sich Bad und Schlafzimmer auch nicht heizen. Insgsamt rochen Wohnung und Schränke auch sehr muffig. Wir bekamen das Appartement im Erdgeschoss, deshalb hatten wir eine Terrasse. Leider lag diese auch im allgemeinen Eingangsbereich, weswegen wir diese dann gar nicht genutzt haben Den Kühlschank haben wir versucht notdüftig auszuwischen, damit wenigstens ein Teil der Ablageflächen benutzbar waren. Leider haben wir diese Probleme nicht direkt bei Ankunft bemerkt , da es bereits dunkel war und wir von der Anreise sehr ermüdet waren. Den Zustand der anderen Appartements in den höheren Etagen kennen wir nicht. Wir haben das Appartement aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertungen gebucht . leider sind diese nicht nachvollziehbar.

Positief: Ligging van het apartment, geweldig uitzicht. Goed uitgeruste keuken.. Negatief: Airco/verwarming in woonkamer was lekker geweest in wintertijd.
