The staff are amazing and extremely friendly. The place is a bit outdated and needs a bit of an update, the beds are terrible and old so hence not the full 5 stars. They have free bus trips ever 3 hours to the marina and help you all the time. Thanks guys for the incredible assistance.

Excellent. Rooms spacious clean and tidy. Grounds very well maintained. Staff brilliant from maids to reception. Feel like a member of the family. Fiona is a star the heartbeat for the guests. Love it.

We have just returned from our holiday in Vilamoura. The hotel was excellent. The room was very clean and had all you need for self-catering. The location is great too as it is very near to the beach (beautiful beach), which is a walk distance but perhaps not for children, however on the little train, hotel bus or taxi is only about 5 minutes or so and less than 5 euros. The hotel bus is free anyway. The Marina is just about 10 minutes and again you can walk down there too.The service in general was very good too. A special thanks to Jorge at the reception, very helpful and friendly. In case for groceries there are two supermarkets just less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. And the pool was great too....

Adorei a estadia os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis certamente uma experiência que gostaria de repetir.

We had a studio apartment. It was really large and beautifully equipped. We had sheets and towels changed most days. The amount of storage space was excellent. We had a full oven and hob and a large fridge freezer. Shops were local and a fabulous sized pool set in a lawned garden with lots of bed chairs. Staff were friendly. Buffet evening meals were available. Bar prices good. Bar food good. Looking forward to revisiting. We saw Loule, Faro (crossed by ferry from Praia da Faro). A cheap crossing and fascinating to see the land and channels past the airport and loved exploring local restaurants. Recommend O Pirata and A Carpa.

Staff were friendly and helpful and food was good. Tried the cocktails and I would recommend them even though they were not advertised and were very good especially pina colada. Good location to get to the coast or marina

Lovely place, Nice staff always smiling. We took an apartment and it was clean and we had a kitchen with all utensils. Food was OK if you like sea food, Kids complained as there was no sausages at breakfast time. Overall it was a good stay. I would go back.

Truly amazed how this hotel has bad reviews.. Friendly staff, cheap food and superb maid service, they even made up beds and folded kids pyjamas

Everything you need, good accommodation, lovely view overlooking pool and sea in the distance, great weather, supermarket and resturaunt close by and free complementary bus to Marina and beaches. Would come back.
