L'hostel sarebbe carino, in un affascinante palazzo nel centro storico di Albufeira. Peccato perché abbiamo pernottato nella stanza doppia migliore e l'amica che viaggiava con me si è ritrovata con decine di punture di cimici dei letti (bed bugs). I giorni successivi li abbiamo trascorsi nelle farmacie dell 'Algarve a cercare pomate al cortisone e compresse di cortisone e qualche disinfestante alla permetrina per cercare di disinfestare valigie ed abiti dalla eventuale presenza di questi disgustosi parassiti...

This hostel gets just 1 star because of the really bad service at the reception. We booked a night for 2 people (m+f) in a men's room, cause we booked really late in the evening for the same day and there were no other people in the room+we really needed a place to stay, our tent was broken. So the chance, that a man will book a bed there and will be offended by a woman in his room (the men's room was the only one available) is really really low. The receptionist (an elderly woman of colour) didn't have our names in the list and was really annoyed by getting interrupted watching YouTube or something. We asked if it's possible to stay in the room as m and f cause there was no other booking and it was already 9 but she was really unfriendly, not interested in a solution fine for all (maybe a recommendation for another hostel near or something would be fine) and kicked us out "you can leave now" after I said that she could be a bit friendly. We called the hostel 1 week ago as well for a free place but she was just like "no there's nothing, bye" *click* so this doesn't look like it was an incidence. The hostel has good reviews, so it might be nice, but wenn the staff behaves like that woman it's an absolutely no go and not worth a single cent. 1 star.

Great location, beautiful building. Unfortunately the dorm was very hot at night because of one tiny window only. After check-out we were not even allowed to use the kitchen or even be inside the building.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could! Loveliest staff I've ever met. Due to a double booking we were given the suite and then decided to stay an extra 2 nights afterwards in a dorm. Big breakfast in the mornings, and a bar in the evenings. Would recommend!

O Hostel é lindo! As atendentes são muito simpáticas! A cozinha é toda equipada e nos quartos tem sabonete, toalha, secador de cabelo, etc. Recomendadissímo! Fica bem no centro de Albufeira e do lado de um supermercado!

A casa é espectacular, muito bonita. Boa relação qualidade/localização/preço.Um senão é que se ouve o ruido dos outros quartos e das zonas comuns(Tem 2 salas e uma cozinha que todos podem usar), quem tem sono leve deve ter isto em conta;)

O melhor da rua do Túnel.. A casa com tradição e das mais antigas desta rua.. Em cima da praia..

All'inizio ero perplesso viste alcune recensioni negative ma tutto è andato per il meglio. Ostello pulito e ben organizzato, arredato con lo stile locale. Personale disponibile e gentile. Nota positiva l'ampio spazio disponibile all'aperto. Unica pecca la mancanza della colazione, è però disponibile un'ampia cucina dove poter cucinare

Very good and central location, with both up- and downsides. + Looks good, staff is friendly (even did some laundry for us). +Cozy atmosphere +Nice and big kitchen with an outdoor area. - With only a fan, it got pretty hot at times. - Emergency exit sign just above the door, infront of the bed. Had to cover it with a shirt to get the room all dark. -Party street just outside, so bring your earplugs. Unfortunately there was a sad ending to all of this. I forgot my new electric toothbrush in there bathroom there. We contacted them twice about it, but they didn't find it I suppose. They also said they would call back, but that did not happen. Thing is, I left it right on the bathroom sink. Whomever cleaned our room after us, couldn't possibly have missed it. So sadly they have atleast one thief working there. I wonder what else she or he is capable of stealing. Due to this I cannot recommend this place. If the brush turns up, I might see things differently.

Super emplacement personnel très gentil très beau cadre dans le centre-ville mais assez loin des animations pour être au calme quand on le veut seul petit bémol la salle de bain qui demanderai un peu de rénovation

Un sitio precioso, en el que te sentirás como en casa. Llegué con mi bicicleta y enseguida me preguntaron si quería meterla dentro. La chica de la recepción fue muy servicial con todo, me ofreció una toalla, secador de pelo, cosas normales en una casa, pero no siempre en hostales... Cuando vuelva por esta zona intentaré repetir la experiencia, muchas gracias!

The place is amazing and you feel like in a palace. If you're attentive to details, prepare to spend some hours checking all the decoration there. Great location, very nearby the beach, city center, supermarket, night life. Tatiana, Gisela and all staff are super kind and nice. Breakfast is great too, and we make great fresh orange juice with the machine.

The hostel is just amazing. The receptionist was quite helpful. The hostel is an very old place converted into hostel so it gives a royal feel. The location of the hostel is extremely good.

Fantastic Hostel. Loved our stay in Casa Dos Arcos. Gisela, Tatiana and Tomas were such great hosts. They made our stay even better. The rooms were huge and very comfortable. The breakfast was brilliant and the Casa was like staying in a palace back in history. The garden was my favourite, perfect place to have breakfast. Thanks for a great stay guys

Ostello bellissimo spazioso pulitissimo in pieno centro , personale gentilissimo, colazione giusta per il prezzo che si paga. Ci riandrò sicuramente
