Negatief: "Inclussief ontbijt" wij waren daar een week en er staat "ontbijt in de frigo" (gedeelde keuken) vaak waren de zaken zoals bepaald beleg (kippenwit) al zeer snel op (op 1 dag). 1dag zat er zelfs zo goed als niks meer als ontbijt in de frigo. Ook waren er geen eitjes aanwezig. Ik dacht dat het ontbijt iets uitgebreider zou zijn en een beetje meer zou worden klaargezet. Dat had aangenamer geweest. Ons raam kwam onmiddelijk uit op de keuken. Het was enorm warm waardoor we ons raam vaak openlieten, maar dan was ik steeds op men ongemak als ik iemand in de keuken zag/hoorde. Op die manier ervaarde ik te weinig privacy. Ons lakens en handoeken werden maar 1x na 4 dagen ververst. Als je zo'n warme nachten hebt en veel zweet vond ik dat ook niet aangenaam..

Positive: Super helpful, excellent location, very clean, beautiful fresh croissants n bread for breakfast - highly recommend!!.

Positif: Logement propre. Douche dans la chambre plus accès à la salle de bains commune, dont wc + 1 autre wc séparé. Petit déjeuner correct. Parking gratuit proche. Proximité centre ville à pied. Négatif: Il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, la lumière vient par l'espace douche. Cela ne nous a pas beaucoup gêné, car nous étions sorties en journée..

Positive: Very good location, only few minutes walk from city centre, train station and Lidl. Very clean and silent place. Friendly and helpful staff. If you want to visit other places in Algarve, train is a good choice. I highy recommend Marcantonio Alojamento Local for couples and families!.

Positive: Really friendly young Italian guy came running to the place in 2 mins after I'd called from outside. Nice clean rooms, spacious clean shared bathroom, pleasant little breakfast room.. Negative: The chain door locks were annoying.

Positiva: La cama cómoda.. Negativa: Se escucha todo . Y la limpieza debería ser más tarde para poder dormir . La mujer de limpieza empezó a las 9 de la mañana hablando de voz súper alta por el teléfono y haciendo un ruido increíble . Otra cosa - el cierre de las puertas . Debería ser de esta siglo . El wifi no iba tampoco ..

Positive: The room was big. Negative: The smell in the room was horrendous because of the drain outside in the ‘ out door shower’. I was un able to open the window because of the smell. The room was very hot and uncomfortable at night because of this. I asked to change room but was told I would be un able too. They tried to put some drain cleaner down but it made no difference. They said it was due to the wind but it was not particularly windy and this answer did not help my situation..

Positiv: Marcantonio war super freundlich und seine Unterkunft ist blitzsauber. Die Einrichtung ist modern und funktionell. Wir konnten die Waschmaschine benutzen, was nach zwei Wochen herumreisen natürlich super war. Eine Küche mit allem drum und dran (Abwaschmaschine, Mikrowelle etc. etc.), die wir hätten benutzen können. Jeden Morgen kam Marcantonio mit frischen Croissants und Brötchen, die wir dann im Innhof geniessen konnten Hat uns sehr gefallen.. Negativ: Da wir eher Frühaufsteher sind, war für uns das Frühstück eher etwas spät, aber wenn man dafür frische Brötchen bekommt, dann nimmt man das in Kauf..

Positiva: La ubicación es muy buena, está a 5 minutos del centro en una calle tranquila y con fácil aparcamiento. Las habitaciones y la cocina y baño están muy limpias y todo nuevo. Te puedes hacer de comer allí y tiene un pequeño patio para comer o desayunar. Negativa: El baño es compartido pero ya lo sabíamos antes de reservar. Si vas a una casa es difícil que tengas tu propio baño. En la habitación había una ducha muy coqueta y esa sí era privada..

Horrible. CALOR, MOSQUITOS, INCOMODIDAD DE LAS CAMAS. Muy caro

Positiva: Los colchones de muelles, viejisimos, se te clavaban hasta en la médula, no había aire acondicionado, había un ventilador de los años 20, que no funcionaba. Intimidad cero la habitación en planta baja daba a una acera transitada donde todo el que pasa te veía porque la cortina era minúscula, ni siquiera tapaba las ventanas, y además te comían los mosquitos. La cama cada vez que te novias si habías conseguido dormir a pesar de todo te despertaba de ruido. El desayuno un bote de café soluble y un termo de agua, y unos cuantos croissant .Es un abuso cobrar 80€ por una habitación así. Me había olvidado al no tener sistema de refrigeración alguno la habitación y con el calor tener que tener las ventanas abiertas te comían los mosquitos, aunque se me olvidaba el dueño me mostró una máquina eléctrica de cazar mosquitos que parecía de la segunda guerra mundial.El sistema de cierre del dormitorio era una cadena con un candado atado a las dos manivelas de la puerta.. Negativa: Irnos de allí . Intentamos olvidar nuestro último día de vacaciones..

Positiv: Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (wenn jemand da ist) und trotz der Einfachheit sehr sauber! Die Lage ist auch super.. Negativ: Die Straße ist sehr laut hörbar, wegen den Pflastersteine. Nachtruhe gab es erst ab ca. 1.30. Gegen 4.30 ging der Verkehr schon wieder los..

Positive: Tutto molto sistemato, personale molto gentile. Servizio accurato, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Posizione a due passi dal centro. Negazione: Le camere erano poco insonorizzate, diciamo che in particolare la notte si sentiva il minimo rumore, anche se qualcuno parlava sottovoce.

Positiu: Tant l'habitació com la resta d'espais compartits (cuina i bany) estaven molt nets. L'esmorzar era senzill però suficient. Estava ben ubicat, molt a prop d'on es trobava l'ambient i en una àrea on hi havia zona blanca per poder aparcar. El carrer era tranquil.. Negatiu: La relació qualitat preu d'aquest allotjament és pèssima. El llit de motlles era bastant dur; hi va haver soroll durant la nit i l'esmorzar ens el vam haver de preparar tot nosaltres amb que ens oferia l'allotjament. Hi van haver veïnes que es van quedar sense part de l'esmorzar perquè no n'hi havia suficient per a tots..

Positif: La maison est agréable, bien placé, à 5min du centre de Tavira. Place de parking à proximité non payante. La literie était bonne.. Négatif: La proximité de la route, donc beaucoup de bruits en ayant les fenêtres ouvertes. Et le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de barrières aux fenêtres..

Positiv: Es ist alles sehr sauber. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut und man kann in der Unterkunft waschen.. Negativ: In den Zimmern gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem, man spürt jede Feder. Ausserdem ist es sehr hellhörig..

Positiv: Wi-Fi sehr schnell. Mein Fahrrad konnte ich im Raum abstellen. Frühstück einfach aber Brötchen und Croissant sehr gut.. Negativ: Sehr hellhörig. Das schnarchen der Leute im Nebenzimmer war zu hören..

Positivo: A cama é sim confortável .... Negativo: O que poderia ser melhor é o pequeno almoço ...uma sugestão seria perguntar antes o que preferem comer se o pão de sal ou Croissant...assim não sobra o pão de sal,e ficam todos satisfeitos ...e por uma plaquinha ou avisar aos hóspedes para por a louça na máquina de lavar ,assim facilita o trabalho da senhora que limpa ..
