Positif: Chouette endroit! Super logement et piscine couverte très appréciable en hiver. Hôte très sympa et serviable, même à distance! Un grand merci pour sa disponibilité. Je recommande!!!!!. Négatif: Convient plus particulièrement pour 2 adultes + 1 enfant maximum.

Attention aux arnaques et annonces mensongères ! Logement insalubre, matériel désuet donc inutilisable, moutons de poussière... Propriétaire très désagréable, manipulateur et arnaqueur ! A fuir de toute urgence ! Sachant que c'est moins cher et PROPRE de louer un appartement semblable à l'hôtel golden club ressort !

Positief: Prima appartement, groot genoeg met noodzakelijke apparatuur. Host is vriendelijk en gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Weet snel dingen te regelen. Fijn dat er een overdekt zwembad is.. Negatief: Eind november is duidelijk laagseizoen in deze plaats. Van de ca. 50 appartementen in het gebouw, waren er twee in gebruik. We zaten als enige op de bovenste verdieping en dat is dan wel erg spooky. Wel lekker rustig natuurlijk. Lift deed het niet en gezien beperkte aanwezigheid van gasten werd die ook niet gemaakt..

Positive: - We had the indoor pool to ourselves most of the time. - The little playground was great for the kids. - Really short walk into Cabanas, though not much open at this time of year (early Feb). Negative: The shower couldn't be used when hooked onto the wall as it just dripped onto the shelf underneath and soaked the bathroom. No problem if you don't mind holding the shower head though..

Positive: Host was very responsive! The check-in with the code system is great as you don't have to carry the keys around. I had time to take a short trip to the beach and the boat shuttle is lovely! in less than 10 minutes I was with my feet in the ocean, and no need for the car. The the indoor pool with jacuzzi, is great, specially in the winter! Lovely resort and lovely village - will definitely come back!.

Positiv: Man kann die Anlage des Golden Club Cabanas mitbenutzen: Pool, Whirlpool, Sauna und Dampfbad haben unseren Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht. Dafür muss man auch nicht weit laufen: es liegt gleich ums Eck. Die Golden Massage bei Ines ist super, der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt und angemessen. Die Massage war das absolute Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes. Die Wohnung ist relativ groß und Fahrräder sind vorhanden. Der Zahlencode statt Schlüssel ist eine gute Idee, somit muss man nie einen Schlüssel mit sich herumtragen Die Lage ist sehr gut: man hat keinen Durchfahrtsverkehr, man ist gleich im Ort zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen, Pools etc. sind gleich in der Nähe und am Strand ist man auch gleich. Negativ: Das Dauergeräusch des Stromkastens nervt. Das Heizungsgebläse hat nur im Schlafzimmer funktioniert. Reparatur der Heizung im Wohnzimmer wäre während unseres Aufenthaltes möglich gewesen, wir wollten aber keine Arbeiten am letzten Aufenthaltstag in der Wohnung haben. Der WLAN Router ist direkt neben dem Kopf Bereich am Bett. Das WLAN ist sehr langsam und Empfang hat man nur im Schlafzimmer..

Positiva: Las instalaciones deportivas.. Negativa: Para acceder a la playa tienes que ir en barca, el aire acondicionado del salón no funcionaba, la batidora no funcionaba, el wifi un fracaso, no hay secador de pelo..

Positief: Wat mijn zoontje Het meest beviel aan de accommodatie is de bedstee alleen de matrassen waren hard en deden zelfs zeer bij een vier jarig kind. Verder hebben we erg genoten van de plaatsen er om heen.. Negatief: De vriezer was vies de WiFi werkte niet gelukkig hadden we onze eigen WiFi mee. Erg gehorig weinig handdoeken die hadden we gelukkig ook mee. Airco werkte niet ook niet om te verwarmen. Ventilator in de douche erg vies. Daar door ook erg vochtig in huis als je niet genoeg ventileerde. Schimmel plekken op de muur. We zijn elke dag uit eten gegaan omdat we het koken niet aan durfde meer dan eieren koken deden we niet omdat het er smoezelig uitzag en of het was er niet. Geen vaatdoeken hadden we ook zelf mee. Weinig serviesgoed veel bestek en weinig verschillende glazen. Het park is erg oud en een beetje vergane glorie. Sorry kan het niet mooier maken dan het is. Het is dat mijn zoontje het erg naar zijn zin had dat maakt een hoop goed maar ja hij is vier en zwembad strand is altijd goed voor hem..

Positive: It was very spacious and well equipped. The beds were very comfy too and it was perfectly located for easy access to the facilities, as well as not being too noisy..

Positive: Nice set up of apartment. Location perfect.. Negative: Missing a oven in the kitchen. Bed small for a couple.

Positiv: Die Handhabung mit dem Schlüsselcode. Sehr praktisch. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön, hell, gemütlich mit Blick auf das Meer.. Negativ: Manchmal laut durch die Animation, teils bis nach 23h..

Positive: Manuel was a great host! All the information provided was clear and he helped to make our holidays perfect. The house is really well decorated and beautiful. The rooftop terrace view is breathtaking - over the sea. doesnt get any better!! The resort is amazing, and the free shuttle boat to the beach is quite unique! Both the indoor and outdoor pools were great too. The village of Cabanas is really pretty and has amazing restaurants - try Noélia! Self check in is really convenient!.

Positivo: Apartamento muito agradável com vista para a Ria. Achei tudo muito bem, desde a decoração à localização.. Negativo: Poderiam colocar um Aparelho de ar condicionado no quarto de casal. É muito abafado, mesmo dormindo com as janelas abertas. Os acessos ao apartamento necessitam de obras. Nas zonas comuns, nomeadamente as piscinas, são caóticas em agosto..

Positif: Le calme au mois de mars et la taille de l'appartement. Spa, sauna,piscine.... Négatif: Pas de changement serviette au bout de 3 jours. Pas assez papier toilette.

Positive: Manuel was such a great host, and really easy to communicate! He gave us all the advise we needed to make our holidays perfect. The house is really beautiful, well decorated, with plenty of sun light and in a great location. The resort is truly amazing, and definitely the free boat to the beach was an highlight in our stay. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were great too. The village of Cabanas is really pretty and has amazing restaurants! I will definitely be back!

Positivo: A comunicação foi sempre muito fácil e esclarecedora; fomos recebidos com simpatia, disponibilidade e notou-se que existia uma extrema atenção a todos os detalhes. Adoramos a vila de Cabanas de Tavira e a Ria Formosa. O aldeamento tem uma excelente localização e o acesso privado à praia, de barco, foi sem dúvida uma agradável surpresa. A casa tem uma óptima localização dentro do aldeamento e estava impecavelmente limpa, bem decorada, encontrando-se equipada com tudo o que é necessário. Pontos extra pelo facto de ter máquina de lavar loiça e roupa. A máquina de café também foi um detalhe simpático. Correu tudo lindamente. A repetir!. Negativo: não tenho pontos negativos a apontar... apenas a curta duração da nossa estadia!

Positive: Very spacious apartment, clean and in a very good location.. Negative: We had 2 major problems during our stay at Beautiful Seaside Apartment which did impact quite significantly on our holiday : 1. There were several power outages caused just by having Heating operating in 1 room and boiling a kettle at the same time ! It was only when we got assistance from the SAP Office that we were shown the trip switch box and advised to turn it back on whenever it did trip.. which was about 6 times, some of which plunged us into darkness.. not good. 2. Access to the apartment was very difficult as we really struggled to open the door with the key we were given. On 1 occasion we had to get someone to assist us gain entry and at other times we spent anything from 5 minutes up to 30 minutes attempting to get in ! It was only when we complained that Mrs Irene ( the local keyholder ), came to provide us with another key which allowed easier access. This is an issue that needs sorting out !
