A atendente Portuguesa Katia, foi atenciosa, pois perguntei várias sobre as opções do cardápio vegetariano, característica que normalmente não vejo. Pedi o menu veggie special, com arroz de tomate (estava extremamente gorduroso, logo se percebe pelo brilho), búrguer de legumes (estava saboroso e sensacional), os bolinhos de falafel estavam muito fritos e secos, o Tahine(pasta de sementes de sésamo) estava padrão, a salada com molho de queijo estava boa. O ice tea de limão e café estavam ótimos. Paguei 9.60euros. Considero um valor alto para a qualidade dos alimentos. O lugar estava limpo e seguindo as novas normas de higiene. Observação, o espaço não é vegano e sim vegetariano, há ingredientes como leite e queijos de origem animal(a atendente fez questão de avisar). Minha porção está desorganizada, por minha culpa, pois andei um pouco.

I came here excited to try their chicken pita. The guy in the kitchen was too busy and distracted cleaning; I waited 10 minutes for him to come take my order or for someone else of the staff to come up to me and nothing. I finally walked away, but then I returned to take down the information to make an official complaint. It is unacceptable and the worst thing for a restaurant to ignore a customer, especially on that was starving at that point. The manager lady at that moment returned from the back to apologise and inform me that she was on the phone. The guy that was there the whole time claimed to have said "Hello" to me to try and take my order. I never heard him, and besides, to take a customer's order from the kitchen 12 feet away from the counter is not correct procedure. I left saddened, angry and hungry from this establishment. It was a very unfortunate experience here. The staff needs to be more attentive and considerate of their customers!

Chicken salad was tasty and lean, big serving. Sunday’s though they run out of ingredients. Looking forward to coming again on a weekday to try other dishes on the menu

Tastes like they made this food a week ago and just served it like this. Didn’t even reheat it. Salad wasn’t awful.

El Tahine me lo pusieron el la puntita de arriba del wrap y no repartido. Las patatas fritas estaban muy insípidas. Por lo demás todo rico.

Ótimas opções vegetarianas, ainda que um pouco mais caro que outras cadeias se fast food, proporciona alimentos frescos e de ótima qualidade com opção se sumos feitos no dia e bona molhos.

Há uns anos atrás o atendimento era excelente mas está cada vez pior. Hoje acho que foi a última vez que lá fui, depois de ter sido uma cliente de 10 anos. Pedi pita de peito de frango sem salada para levar, o pedido veio errado e eu chamei a atenção. O cozinheiro em vez de refazer começou a catar os bocados de carne no meio da salada e eu dissr que não ia levar aquilo e que queria que ele refizesse e ele atirou com tudo e foi refazer. Entretanto as minhas batatas arrefeceram, a coca-cola ficou sem gás com o gelo a derreter dentro do copo e a rapariga que me atendeu ainda se mostrou visivelmente chateada por eu ter reclamado só da questão da pita, imagine-se se eu tivesse reclamado do resto!

In the mall food court, 7th level. Only in Lisbon for two days and walked 15 minutes to get here. I'm an American and used to love in Holland where I got addicted to Shoarma. I can tell you that Joshua's is GOOD STUFF. Good service, fast food like booth.

Every time I am in Lisbon I eat at least two times and I have never experienced the things other people complained about. The food is more than decent for the money. Even when the staff did not speak English they tried to get me what I wanted.

Variedad en la elección del relleno, para mi gusto me falta alguna salsa picante, pero en general rico. Lo malo la pasividad y lentitud del personal 20min para atenderte entre cliente y cliente.

Hola estuve hace poco en Lisboa y de casualidad un día comí en este sitio, me pareció calidad precio bastante aceptable, sobre todo si quieres comer un plato vegetariano que no es fácil si no quieres solo ensalada.

Cuisine sans saveur et personnel désagréable

Food is decent, don't appreciate being overcharged - friend and I were charged an extra two and one euros each by the girl working at the front, only realized once we sat down that receipt and menu was different than what she asked us to pay.
