Nettes, sehr persönliches kleines Hotel im vierten Stock eines typischen Stadthauses. Der Aufstieg (96 oder 97 Stufen, da gingen die Zählungen auseinander)ist herausfordernd. Passt aber zur Stadt auf den sieben Hügeln. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man erreicht alles sehr gut fußläufig. Inkl. U-Bahnstation, falls man weiter raus möchte. Oder für 1,50 Euro mit einmal Umsteigen zum Flughafen. Im Moment (Juni 2019) wird allerdings das Nebengebäude entkernt und umgebaut. Also aktuell nichts für Langschläfer.

The hotel staff was really kind and attencious. The room was comfortable and the bathroom clean and beautiful. For us, the only downside were the stairs! Not the one inside the hotel, but the one in the building!

Je partage l'avis des précedent post sur le personnel,cepandant nous avons eu un petit désagrément concernant la suite de luxe à 150€ ou forcement vous n'aurez pas le balcon ! Apres s'être un peu énervé d'être remisé dans une simple chambre avec petite fenêtre barrée par une grosse poutre en béton à l'horizontale, on nous a dit que sur les 4 chambres de luxe que 2 avaient le balcon! Quel désapointement! De plus il n'y a aucunes différence de prix.La direction nous a péniblement accordé 10% de remise sur les deux premiéres nuit mais n'avait pas donné la consigne au personnel,1 heure d'attente dans le couloir avant de partir le dernier.C'est dommage cat le personnel est trés sympa la direction leur met la pression cela c'est sentit quand il y'a eu ce probléme .Dernier point un moteur s'enclenche à chaque ouverture de robinet ou de douche dans les deux chambres ''luxe ''que nous avons eu ,impossible de fermer l'oeil ,et personne ne parle de ce désagrement!Bizarre...
Sinon literie et menage + petit dejeuner impeccable.Dommage.

Muy céntrico. Excelente relación calidad precio. Habitaciones grandes. El personal muy amable. Cómo pega los cuatro pisos sin ascensor. Sin duda, volvería.

I wanted others to know the inflexibility of this hotel. When I first inquired they told me to make a booking if I wanted to book. Then I did on-line and they told me that I did it incorrectly. That if I wanted the 'better rate' which was a savings of 30 Euro then I had to do it through them. I did and then they said it was wrong. After much disagreement, they allowed it saying it was non-refundable. Which I understood. Then one night before I was to travel my son got in a terrible ski accident which required me to go directly to be with him. His injury was so severe it will take him at least 1 year to recover. I informed them (3) days before even through al the trauma and they refused. They were the only hotel/airline through this whole ordeal that refused. We need more understanding and kind people and places in the world. Just based on this experience I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. It might have a nice place to lay your head and lacks the true compassion as humans.

Super tolles Bed & Breakfast, alles bestens!!
Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.
Das Zimmer war sauber und stylisch eingerichtet.
Tolles Frühstück, Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und Kleinigkeiten zum Essen standen den ganzen Tag kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Top Lage: ruhig aber trotzdem nah an vielen guten Restaurants und Bars, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Absolute Weiterempfehlung!
Perfekt für einen Städtetrip nach Lissabon.

ottimo hotel, molto centrale, a due passi dalla metropolitan. camere comode e silenziose, colazione ricca, ben curate. I proprietari sono molto disponibili ed ospitali, danno consigli e suggerimenti agli ospiti. unica piccolo pecca, l'assenza di ascensore per raggiungere l'ultimo piano del palazzo.

We were only here for 1 night in transit and wished we could have stayed longer. The location is excellent, close to everything whilst still being quiet and cozy at night. The staff went above and beyond for us, even packing a breakfast to take with us to the airport early the next morning! We were sad to leave and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Gorgeous hotel. The service is awesome, and they even packed us a little breakfast to go with fresh orange juice. We had the deluxe room and everything was great. Would happily stay again!

Excellent and extraordinary service! If I can give them more than five stars, I definitely would do. All staffs were very welcoming and introduce themselves with their name, always said, “Please let me know if you need anything”. Spotless clean, convenient location, and reasonable price as well. Highly recommended and I will definitely go back when I visit Lisbon again. Thank you for the great hospitality and wonderful memories at Feeling Chiado 15.

Super accueillant et chaleureux , au centre de la ville, dans les quartiers où ça bouge. Petit-déjeuner copieux et complet. Toutes les après midi et le soir, petits concerts sur la place avec musique brésilienne. Superbe vue sur la ville. Je recommande fortement. Et les personnes à l'accueil sont très sympas.

Tem uma escadaria linda,porem subir 4 andares nela se torna cansativa.
O ambiente é bem retrô,limpo e calmo.

wegen Corona Krise war es nicht möglich nach Lissabon zu reisen. Über booking.com war eine Buchung nur ohne Storno möglich. Buchung wurde schon 4 Monate vorher getätigt.
Trotz mehrerer Anschreiben an das Hotel mussten wir den vollen Preis zahlen. Keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Die Reise sollte Mitte März sein. Ach ja, booking.com hat so gut wie nicht geholfen

Muy buen trato de los chicos que allí trabajan! Nos tocó una habitación muy cómoda, todo estupendo. Único detalle, estaban en reparaciones y no podíamos usar el ascensor

Super recomendo. O staff excepcional. O lado triste é a ausência de elevador, no entanto, vc trauma de subir de escadas é infinitamente compensado e abstraido pelo carinho e a atenção dos profissionais que lá trabalham. Vc se sente tão acolhido!

96 escaleras no es suficiente excusa para no conocer este lugar. Increíble todo, la ubicación, el trato, la limpieza y el bizcocho de cada tarde :)
Nos hemos sentido como en casa.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The location is really great, it’s located on a square in the centre of the city within easy walking distance of most of the sites.

Beautiful rooms and reception. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing they don’t mention well is that they are located on the 5th (or 6th) fl, and don’t have anyone to help with luggage, so if you are traveling heavy, don’t bother. Other then that, the location is spectacular. The breakfast was delicious and the beds comfortable.

La suite deluxe no coincidía con la descripción de la misma en Booking. (Ni balcón, ni zona de estar). El alojamiento no me ofreció ninguna solución.

Muy buena ubicación frente a la plaza del convento de carmo. Aún así no tiene ascensor y está ubicado en el último piso de un edificio antiguo por lo que se hace incómodo. Nuestra habitación no fue muy cómoda, no tenía vistas y tenía un baño muy pequeño e incómodo. El personal muy atento y servicial y el desayuno simple pero rico con zumo de naranja natural. Cada día te dejaban algo de comer o beber en la habitación: manzanas, vino de oporto, ovos moules de Aveiro...

Excepcional pelo atendimento localização e facilidade de mobilidade com estações de metrô e comboio pertos. Fácil para visitar outros locais como Sintra Cascais Estoril pagando uns 3 euros pelas passagens....E o hotel é excelente pela limpeza atendimento e breakfast

C'est plus une pension qu'un hôtel à proprement parler. Les personnes qui tiennent l'hôtel sont très aimables et attentionnées, un buffet est disponible à toutes heures avec gâteaux café, thé etc et c'est très appréciable! De plus des petites attentions nous ont été apportées tous les jours! Attention toutefois l'hôtel est au 4ème étage sans ascenseur!

Just absolutely lovely! The location is perfect and the staff is ever so friendly. Perfect stay for couples. Don't recommend for families with young children - quite a lot of stairs! Great daily exercise tho!

Estive no hotel em novembro para o evento Web Summit. Estava sozinha e o hotel fez tudo para eu me sentir em casa. Atendimento maravilhoso, todos os dias que cheguei no quarto tinha algum presentinho (chocolate,pastel de Belém, vinho e até cerveja no último dia). Quarto super confortável, limpo e com um chuveiro maravilhoso. Ótima localização. Realmente amei minha experiência. Se um dia voltar para Lisboa, ficarei certo no Feeling Chiado 15. Muito obrigada, Fátima e equipe pela ótima recepção.

Lovely, friendly boutique hotel occupying the top two floors of an historic apartment building in Lisbon. Round the corner from the metro station, across the square from the elevador da santa justa, next to a bunch of nice restaurants, I would heartily recommend this hotel.
Lovely comfy beds, very welcoming staff, wonderful lounge with snacks and a tasty but simple breakfast.
Just to comment though - we loved it - but I would note that you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get there (no lift), and it's in an old building where noise can travel (although the double glazed windows kept noise from outside away). Not ideal for families with small kids etc. Great for couples or groups of friends though.
It is a small, boutique hotel in a charming building and great location. If that's what you want, you'll love it.

Maravilhoso, atendimento impecável, acolhedor, ambiente familiar.
A preocupação personalíssima o desejo de conhecer os gostos de cada um, sempre tentando o melhor agradar..Fátima foi incansável.
O prédio histórico inviabiliza o conforto de um elevador, mas não diminui a excelência do atendimento. além do mais o Chiado é tudo de bom.

Уютное, тихое, недорогое место с прекрасным видом на Лиссабон. Расположение рядом с метро и вокзалом. Прекрасная база для прогулок по центру и поездок по побережью и в Синтру. Персонал выше всяких похвал. Романтичные завтраки на балконе, бесплатный чай и кофе с печеньем в любое время суток, продуманный, лаконичный интерьер, бесплатный интернет с хорошей скоростью...все чудесно... Только одно "но". Здесь нет лифта и нужно быть готовым тащить весь ваш багаж на руках на 4 этаж. Однако стоит добавить к этой лестнице приставку "фитнес" и все меняется. Смело налегайте на санкционные продукты, а потом пару раз вверх-вниз и "хамон-выйди вон" за 10 минут. Рекомендую!

Tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem, aussergewöhnlichem Service. Überragende Lage direkt im Zentrum..Das Personal betreut die Gäste wie Freunde. Frühstück ist gut, Schinken, Käse frisches Obst, Marmelade, Eier nach Wunsch, frisch gepresster OSaft. Kuchen Wasser, Tee Kaffee kostenlos rund um die Uhr. Reservierung von Restaurants. Einziges Manko. Das Hotel beginnt im 4. OG, ohne Aufzug. Wenn Lissabon dann wieder hier.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit et avons apprécié cette nuit. Très beau cadre, le personnel est très accueillant, chaleureux et a l'écoute du client. Ils nous ont préparé un box pour le petit déjeuner car nous avons pris l'avion très tôt. La petite dégustation de porto était très sympa :) eau, thé, café et biscuit a disposition gratuitement. Par contre difficile d'accès pour les personnes invalide ou en difficulté, l'entrée se trouve au 4eme étage sans ascenseur. La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite , très proche du centre , a côté d'une jolie place et proche d'un point de vue en hauteur de la ville.

Gran ubicación, pero mejor trato y servicio. Excelente. El único pero es que es un cuarto sin ascensor, pero el servicio fue tan bueno por parte de Ricardo (con quien más tratamos en el puente) que ese detalle no importa.

The amazing location, the awesome staff, the decoration, the piece and quiet, the cake, the well preserved old building.
Two relevant points: if you're not able to climb 4 flights of stairs this hotel is not for you and the air conditioning is portable (usually noisier) which can be an issue if you're the type of person who likes to keep it always on. For me it it wasn't an issue and I really enjoyed my stay and hope to get back!

L'hôtel Feeling Chiado 15 est un lieu incontournable si vous venez à Lisbonne. Idéalement situé sur la place Largo do Carmo, vous serez au cœur d'un quartier privilégié à deux pas du Bairo Alto. Ricardo et Olga sont soucieux de vous assurer le meilleur accueil dans leur établissement. Leurs petits cadeaux le soir quand vous revenez dans votre chambre sont autant d'attention qui vous touchent directement. Le concept convivial mais jamais intrusif est unique. Quant aux chambres, ce sont huit petits bijoux décorés avec soin et élégance. Le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel. Bref, tout est pensé et réalisé pour faire de votre séjour un moment privilégié.

Espetacular hospedagem com um diferencial único chamado tratamento e hospitalidade especiais das funcionárias. Ambiente e conforto proporcionam a sensação de estar em casa. Ótima localização na Praça do Carmo próximo de comércio, restaurantes e transportes. Recomendo demais para todos os turistas.
