I was there for lunch and had one of the menus. Soup, salad bar, main dish and the desert bar, all were very good and with quality. Environment is modern and comfortable. Staff is very friendly..

We were looking for a restaurant that catered for gluten-free and vegetarian, as my wife is coeliac, and also vegetarian. This restaurant did not disappoint. Francisco and his team were exceptional, explaining that whilst some menu dishes were marked as gf, most could be adapted. Highly recommended.

Comida y trato excelente (especialmente Carolina) y sobre todo con las personas celiacas pues nosotros tenemos a nuestro hijo.

Food was very good, establishment was nice and open (haha) - definitely on the “this feels like a hotel restaurant” side. Service was very good and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with regards to celiac friendly/gluten free food, which is the reason we came.

Awesome place, even though it wasn't what we expected, the experience was great. The staff was kind and fluent in (at least) Spanish, English and Portuguese. The food was great, specially the main dish and the desserts. The buffet food wasn't as good, but it was nice nonetheless. The driks, bread and desserts were incuded in the buffut. Yea. I gained more weight than I should have. The place was quiet, but that was because we entered late, with just enough time to eat before they close. Overall it was a good experience, highly recommend.

I feel bad writing this review because our meal was essentially free, we only paid for beverages as the attached hotel offered us a complimentary meal. I ordered an organic vegetable salad. the veggies were overcooked into sloppiness, what a waste. i had the duck as the main course. It was OLD. i was served very old duck. i ordered it medium... the piece was so old that the middle wasn't even pink, it was blueish. i told our server that it was my pregnancy hormones but the truth was it was terrible. my husband's meal was slightly better but not by much.

The food was as beautifully presented as it was delicious. This is a great option for gluten free diners as everything is fresh and can be customized.

This is an excellent restaurant especially if anyone in your party has a gluten-free requirement. They completely understand that Celiac disease is a health condition not a Hollywood lifestyle. We were very impressed with the way the staff handled, prepared and served food to avoid cross-contamination....and by the way, the food is fantastic and the service is warm and friendly!

Bonjour, restaurant introuvable, par contre je suis tombée à la place sur une pizzeria excellente, clientèle locale, en +, des touristes, un personnel pro et très gentil, j ai pris une pizza avec oignons caramélisés et jambon, la pâte très fine, un demi de bière et en dessert une ganache au caramel au beurre salé avec une boule de glace, le seul bémol, c'est que le chocolat soit trop fort donc prend le dessus sur le caramel. 17 € le tout svp

Experimentei por ser um dos poucos restaurantes certificados pela APC e nesse contexto tem opções interessantes. O ambiente é bastante agradável. Os funcionários são acessíveis e simpáticos q.b. . A comida é boa mas não excepcional, por isso em termos de preço considero exagerado.

Un excellent restaurant pour un dîner dans un cadre raffiné et calme, avec un personnel attentionné, plats équilibrés et très bon vin. J'y ai passé deux soirées très agréables et je n'hésiterai pas à y revenir lors d'un prochain voyage à Lisbonne.

Came here specifically for their gluten-free friendliness and WOW did not disappoint. The waiters (especially Fabio) were extremely knowledgable and helpful in identifying which items were gluten free, and they even had gluten free bread available. The wine was delicious, the shrimp risotto was phenomenal and the ambiance was incredible. Would definitely come back again and have told everyone I know passing through Lisbon to do so as well.

Service very slow, no ambiance in the place, food mediocre and like the wine very overpriced. Wouldn't rush back!

Integrado no Hotel Inspira Santa Marta. Estacionamento no local. Espaço muito agradável. Menu de almoço a preço razoável e bastante bom. Serviço a melhorar.

Un sitio para comer normal sin mas ...nada especial

We were on our way to a Portuguese restaurant recommended by our hotel but stopped at Open to confirm that we were headed in the right direction. Marco graciously provided directions but saucily stated that Open was better. When my husband didn't like the menu at our destination, we returned to Open and Marco expertly served us. The menu was varied and the food was delicious. My husband had duck and I had the veal which Marco recommended. Zagat reviewers would rate Open a high four!

VAlue for money!!! For 15 euros you enjoy lovely main course, small buffet, a glass of wine and tasty desserts!!! Very very nice ;)

Fantastic experience! Food was delicious, but service most of all was impeccable. Young but highly professional, considerate and kind staff who are amazingly pleasant, especially our waiter, Marco. Great price for what you get, bread was not an extra charge nor was tap water. We also got a small but yummy mackerel dish complimentary of the chef! Absolutely lovely.

A true gem and a great find. The dinning area is airy. Open kitchen look is appealing. Reasonable prices. The service was impeccable. They have free and fast WiFi. Menu selection is not vast but highly select and exquisitely prepared with lots of attention to detail. Great wine selection. If you are looking for a nice dining experience at reasonable prices, this place is it!

I'll make it simple. They are not fast but that gives you the pleasure of having a nice conversation with your friends because once the food comes you just want that silent moment just to enjoy the flavors and exquisite aromas in your mouth. This place is an absolute A++. If I lived in Lisbon I would definitely come here over and over and over again.

Um almoço de aniversário levou-me ao Open Brasserie localizado na mítica rua de Santa Marta (a rua rainha das tascas e restaurantes) onde surge como uma lufada de ar fresco no interior do Hotel de Santa Marta. O espaço é bastante amplo e moderno, com umas mesas bastante largas e cadeiras confortáveis, a meu ver um espaço bastante bonito. Ao fundo a cozinha aberta dá para ver os chefs atarefados. Para o almoço as opções são Buffet de saladas e sobremesas ou prato principal por 9.5 euros ou então uma opção que tem tudo isto e mais vinho por 13:80. O buffet de saladas é bastante variado, com tabuleiros com salada de alface, tomate, beringela, courgette, crepes de atum, quiches, salada de frango, etc..chega perfeitamente como refeição principal. O buffet de sobremesas é constituído por fruta (manga, ananás, uvas, kiwi, etc) e doces (papos de anjo, cheesecake, mousse, etc). Estas variedades devem mudar consoante o dia. Como prato principal a maioria era rissotos e hamburgers. Eu comi hamburger de frango com batata e estava bom, as batatas estavam perfeitas mas o hamburger estava um pouco seco (sendo de frango não fiquei muito admirado.) Provei o rissoto de camarão e rissoto de farinheira e estavam no ponto, bem cremosos e ricos. O serviço foi sempre impecável e simpático o único senão foi os pratos terem demorado um pouco a sair, mas como éramos um grupo de 10 pessoas acho normal. Saí de lá bastante cheio e satisfeito, achei uma excelente qualidade preço e uma bela opção para o almoço, tanto pelo espaço em si como pela comida, com qualidade e bastante variedade. Gostava de voltar ao jantar para experimentar o menu à carta.
