Very nice guesthouse, renovated with keeping the charm of zur building, right in the center of Setubal. Harbor with ferry to the holiday region Tróia, old town, good restaurants and nature park within walking distance. Each room is decorated differently. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during my stay.

Nice guesthouse/hotel, great location within easy walking distance of sites, dining, waterfront. Welcoming and helpful staff. Clean room with modern decor. Only drawback was lack of storage space and minmal amenities.

Sehr stylisches Hotel mit nettem Service. Alles ist bis zum letzten Teil aufeinander abgestimmt und wirklich gemütlich. Die drei Frauen am Empfang geben sich große Mühe und sind extrem freundlich. Das Hotel liegt ideal zwischen Altstadt und Fähre. Das einzig merkwürdige ist dass nach der kostenlosen Flasche Wasser die nächste gleich 10€ Kosten soll.

A arte de bem receber é directamente proporcional à enorme qualidade da Guest House.A decoração é de um enorme bom gosto.A localização e tranquilidade é total. A Suite onde ficámos é muito espaçosa com uma cama kingsize perfeita.Muito bem conseguida a implantação da casa de banho. Conforto Conforto é a palavra de ordem. Staff irrepreensível com avaliação 5 estrelas. Pequeno almoço diversificado e de Excelência. Parabéns RM.Obrigado.

Fomos simpaticamente recebidos e a estadia apesar de curta foi muito boa! Quarto muito simpático, confortável e mto bem insonorizado! O pequeno almoço é servido no "museu do choco" e foi muito completo. Mais uma nota positiva para as bicicletas disponibilizadas! Só faltou nesmo aparcamento reservado para o carro que teve de ficar nos "arredores". Acima de tudo, recomendo a jovens casais!

Honesty bar is a great touch as it shows respect for the guests rather than like other hotels I have stayed at who required signed contracts that you would not steal.Bang on location, promenade, beach, theater, restaurants all within 2 minutes walk.No on site parking but again two minutes from a public cat park.

As we were going to the theatre, my husband looked for a hotel near it. He found a boutique hotel but was unsure as the one we stayed at in Lisbon (AlmaLusa Baixa/Chiado,) was a disaster. But we were wonderfully surprised at the quality of the place, the layout and the staff were wonderful! The breakfast was very good and the staff asked what we wanted. Recommend it to anyone who wants a lovely clean room, good breakfast and very near the harbour. They had Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom! My favourite.

Delightful, bijou boutique hotel with very welcoming staff in central position in Setubal.Very comfortable bed, good quality linens, toiletries, breakfast at adjoining restaurant. Complimentary wine, water and Nespresso machine....a very friendly ambience.

We really enjoyed our stay and found the hosts very helpful and friendly. When we had lazily missed (an already generously late) breakfast time slot we were kindly offered an alternative at a nearby restaurant at no expense which we were accompanied to. The hosts provided recommendations as for dinner restaurants to visit and these proved to be excellent.The hotel itself is chic and stylish with every luxury and facility efficiently positioned, including an honesty bar.

The hotel was great. The ladies running it are fantastic and extremely helpful. I strongly recommend a stay with them.

Para o tipo de hotel em que se insere é fantástico. Atendimento muito bom e bastante simpático.

Comfortable rooms and super friendly and helpful hosts. Rooms are nicely furnished with a bit of a posh touch to the décor. The rooms are also quite cool, so there's no need to use the (very silent) airco too much. The beds are very comfortable. Bathroom is completely open, making it a very bonding experience to go to the toilet. With a €10 bottle of Armani Acqua available in the room, in theory you can enjoy your partner's nr.2 while sipping on some incredibly expensive water. We were very enthusiastic about the level of service. Bookings at restaurants were made for us, directions to some nice spots were given and when we had a power outage, electricians were on the premises withing 15 mins after our notification to solve the problem. So you could barely call it a disturbance. Nevertheless we were given a pair of beach towels at our check out, as a gesture to make up for the little disturbance. Would recommend for sure.

Very modern boutique guest house. Beautiful design. Sometimes comfort is sacrificed for the sake of design. Overall very good experience. Rita and Anna go out of their way to make you feel at home. Highly recommended
