Varuni Vanderpoorten: First the good things: - The apartment is centrally located and is walking distance from the tram, bus and train stations. - It's great if you want to avoid crowds as the area is not very congested like Alfama. - Super close to the Belem Tower, the monastery and a few other sights. - You can walk along the peer to watch the sunset and sunrise. - They have all the basics including Tupperware if you want to pack food for a picnic. - there's a supermarket in walking distance - there's some nice restaurants around and good food options Now the bad stuff, - the bedroom right at the end smells of sardines by evening as there is a restaurant next door. The window is not insulated. Don't get me wrong, I do love my seafood, but after a few days of this smell, I have now been put off sardines for some time!!! - no air-conditioning. It was fine for us because we went in early autumn. But this would be a massive problem in summer. Specially when you can't keep windows open due to the sardine smell. - the bathroom and shower is super small. If you are a big made person it will be impossible to sit on the toilet seat. Unless you sit sideways. I'm 5'5" and 56Kg and even I found it hard. - the lock to the apartment is messed up and is a bit difficult to open. They did tell us this when we checked in. - the hot water ran out in the last day as its heated with a gas canister. One day of cold water. - there's a splinter sticking out on the floorboord near the bathroom. It jammed in to my foot and now there's a piece of skin missing. - I had scheduled my check-in for 5pm but they were not there and told me I had asked for 5.30. Which is incorrect. I did show them my email confirmation and the guy said it might be a system issue. Please get a confirmation for your check-in time, coz there's nowhere to wait depending on the time of day.

Julien Tournier: We had a great stay at the Lisbon-way apartment. We stayed in Mongedo apartment with our baby. The apartment was super clean and even nicer than in the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped. The wooden floor is lovely. Goncalo provided a baby bed and a blender at our request. We even had the surprise to find a baby chair in the apartment, which was very handy. We needed a babysitter and Goncalo found us one who was wonderful and reliable. We would definitely stay again in the apartment.

Não compre aparelhos a partir daqui. Você acha que está recebendo um bom negócio, mas não há cobertura warrenty quando ele quebra. Comprei-lhes uma máquina de lavar e secar roupa há menos de um ano. Acabei de gastar 400 em reparações e ainda não funciona. Agora estão a dizer-me que preciso de uma parte de 360 dólares em cima dos 400 que já gastei. A empresa chama estas máquinas de referência. Elas não são apenas arranhões e amolgadelas.

Comprei um secador de gás, entreguei um secador elétrico, então a loja me ligou dizendo que o secador de gás não está mais em estoque. Eu discuti com eles e eles disseram palavrões e desligaram a minha chamada. Cancelaram o meu pedido e disseram que me dariam o reembolso total. Já passou 1 mês e ainda não me reembolsaram. Evitem este lugar. U merece algo melhor.

O pior serviço ao cliente de sempre. Nunca mais vou comprar nada na melhor das hipóteses, devido à forma como eles próprios se trataram. Foi entregue um secador avariado e pago para a instalação. Continuei a tentar contactar o melhor serviço de apoio ao cliente para lidar apenas com o mal-educado David, que acabou por desligar a chamada. Depois fui ao local de Oswego para resolver isto pessoalmente, para que nos dissessem que tínhamos de ligar para o número de telefone. Ligou para o número de telefone que nos foi dado apenas para sermos, você adivinhou, desligou novamente. Agora estou ao telefone pela terceira vez em um dia sobre o mesmo assunto. Funcionários rudes, produtos defeituosos, não obrigado, a partir de agora vou gastar o meu dinheiro noutro lugar.
