I came here to compare with the place I usually go to because the prices are more accessible here and I was a bit disappointed. Not very experienced esteticians. She kept touching the bin with her hands to throw away the wax as she was waxing my privates. She was using plastic gloves so the wax wouldn't stick and so it took so much longer than I am used to. Also when I got home I realised that I still had some hair left. The wax heater is disgusting! So dirty! Like they haven't cleaned that in a year!! The space is nice and the esteticians are nice as well but definitely a bad surprise. I'm going back to my normal estetician even if it's a little more costly. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
