The hearing aid is superb, however I can't say the same about the latest update. It is regrettable that users are not advised of the updates, and the latest doesn't work as well as the previous one. For instance, previously there were no interferences with the TV sound when I used the app to watch TV. Now I have to switch off bluetooth if I want to listen to the TV without losing the sound every time there's a notification on the iPhone. Very frustrating

Empresa sem interesse pelos clientes e em resolver os seus problemas. Equipamentos de má qualidade e assistência técnica inexistente. Nem sequer respondem ás reclamações apresentadas. Não recomendo.
