Ambiente e atendimento Excelentes, Profissionais Qualificados... Recomendo!

We spent 5000 EUROS with this company. They left a huge mess during the installation of the plants and plant boxes. My mother spent hours cleaning it up. The roses were dying and the plants they recommended were dying. We watered, trimmed them, and used fertilizers. We spent hours taking care of the plants. I even got poison ivy from the weeds. I emailed them about why the plants are not growing well even when we followed their instructions, and they said it's not their problem. They said they're a certified company and their services and plants are excellent. They are quick to take your money but slow to offer any additional customer support, as you can see in their response below. They can at least offer to remove the bad dying plants from our home. A truly good business would offer support and even compensation to the customer's satisfaction, considering we spent 5000 EUR for something that would have probably cost a lot less with another company. We hired them because we falsely believed they would be professional and handle customer support well. We were wrong.
