We stayed 4 nights at Casa Laranja at the beginning of September.The house is beautiful. A statement in modern design and architecture. The service is impeccable. The hosts Maria and Carlos are very welcoming and caring. A truly luxurious experience for all the senses. We enjoyed every moment and looking forward to our next stay there.

Casa Laranja Guest House was the perfect spot in Cascais for my husband and me! We stayed in the Applesin room and found it light, bright, and comfortable for us. The entire home is beautifully appointed inside and out. Indoors the open entertaining area, breakfast bar, and fireplace are cozy and inviting. The lawn and pool is absolutely stunning and a great place to stop and relax. There is convenient on-site parking and use of bicycles. The breakfast was divine with plenty of fresh fruits, cured meats, yogurts, and cheeses. Carlos is an excellent host who offered us a warm welcome and made wonderful recommendations for things to do. Casa Laranja is a must book if you need a place in Cascais or near Lisbon.

Ma femme et moi avons passé un agréable séjour et que dire de l'accueil de Carlos et sa femme qui sont à nos petits soins. L'endroit est calme et paisible pour passer un bon moment de détente. Tout est à proximité : restaurant, ville, stade, musée. Le top pour celui où celle qui veut découvrir lisboa.

Great place to stay in Cascais. The property is spectacular and is made even better by the kindness of the hosts. I wish we stayed longer!

This place is just amazing. One of my best experiences in Portugal. Its like a Top-Design-Hotel but smaller, more intimate, more service oriented, more quiet. Where to start? The Design is conducted from the door until the roof. You really can see that they invested a lot of thoughts and quality in each part. Its amazing. I have been to a lot of places, they look like "Design-Places", they look like "Wow" on the pictures and on the first look, but if you arrive or spent more time you see, its just the surface. Here its different. Again, just impressive. The same to tell about the service, the welcoming charm of the owners and the stuff. I really felt like they really care: Something which you will never feel in a regular Hotel. And what really surprised me, how they are able to provide you in such a small place with such a amazing breakfast. Fresh, tasty und a big number of different fruits like if you are in 5 Star Hotel or Restaurant, tasty selection of ham, cheese and bakery things. And how cool, they even have bicycles for free to rent. With them you can reach the best beaches like Guincho Beach in just some minutes without having the stress finding parking spaces for your car. This way or that way, don´t hesitate to ask the owners for recommendations, especially for restaurants and beaches, they know the things really well. So, what to tell more? Be aware that you a little bit outside of Cascais, but this also means, you are in silent, you are in a chilled area and away from the masses which you will find in this town too, if don´t know the places to be. So, go and enjoy, i did and i really want to go back on time.

Carlos and his crew hit a GRAND SLAM on this one. Excellent Communication before during and after the trip . This place was immaculately clean . The rooms were very very big and spacious and had all the amenities a traveler would need . The swimming pool was fantastic the kids had a blast lots of grass area to play the bicycles were a fantastic plus. Carlos communicated with Us on what to do what not to do where to go where to eat he is very smart and knowledgeable. The custom breakfast was very scrumptious. The place is very quiet and extremely private. It is very close to Sintra and the Beach and Lisbon. For a small fee he gave us extra water and laundered our clothes. Carlos was probably the best part of the trip we love his personality and his dedication to his business and his clients. We look forward to coming back in the near future .
