This is a nice and clean place. The owner is friendly and polite. White clean towels and sheets, white plates and clean kettle. The toaster could be fix and few more things. I would be happy to give 5 stars to this amazing place! But... the hitters is noisy, when it’s +3 Celsius outside it’s cold to sleep without and to noisy to sleep with. But the main problem is the smell. The smell of sewage to strong.

Positive: Excellent, convenient location with lots of public transport connections. Great café nearby and plenty of restaurants in the area as well.

Positif: Bel appartement, très bien situé, très propre et bien équipé, hôte très arrangeant, bonne bouteille de vin offerte à l'arrivée.. Négatif: Odeurs d’égouts dans l'appartement (certainement dues aux pluies torrentielles), vue arrière très désagréable: vue sur une "décharge" par contre beau panorama plus haut mais caché par deux arbres. Renseigné comme appartement avec jardin mais ce n'est pas le cas, pas possibilité de s'arranger avec le propriétaire.

Positive: The neighbourhood is very lovely, lots of culture in a walking distance. We loved the interior design and smart solutions in renovation.. Negative: We would have liked one extra blanket.

Positiva: Un apartamento muy cómodo y bien equipado, y la ubicación fantástica, una zona muy tranquila cercana a los monumentos y museos de Belem y muy bien comunicada con el centro.. Negativa: Todo fue muy bien.

Positivo: Apartamento acolhedor com uma excelente localização. Foram super atenciosos durante a estadia.

Positif: immeuble très joli de 2 étages ,comprenant les 3 appartements loués sur booking nous sommes tombés sur l'appartement du 1 er étage il est très bien situé proche des beaux sites de belem et des transports trains (cascais: mer et cais do sodre :lisbonne ) ,bus (738) et tram (15) , lits confortables ,cuisine agréable et bien équipée accueil très sympathique par pedro. Négatif: appartement sombre contrairement à nos attentes , odeur d'humidité et d'égout venant de la salle de bain (moisissure importante au plafond de la douche),appartement bruyant on entend beaucoup les bruits de pas de l'appartement du dessus et chauffage très bruyant également (obligé de les éteindre pour dormir)

Positif: La grandeur de l'appartement est idéale pour une famille de 4 ou 5 personnes. Par contre l'escalier qui mène à la mezzanine est très raide et peut être dangereux pour des enfants en bas âge. L'appartement est bien équipé : ustensiles complets pour la cuisine, machine à laver la vaisselle et le linge, sèche-cheveux, chauffage électrique dans toutes les pièces sauf dans la salle de bain (ce qui est un peu désagréable en hiver). Bien situé dans un quartier calme à côté des transports publics pour Lisbonne (train - tram - bus). Pedro nous a très bien accueilli (en français) à notre arrivée et a pris le temps de bien nous conseiller sur ce qu'il fallait voir tant à Belem qu'à Lisbonne.. Négatif: L'appartement est situé au 2ème étage sans ascenseur ce qui peut poser problème pour certains (pas notre cas)

Positivo: nosso anfitriao Pedro foi excepcional, muito gentil. O apartamento fica ao lado da torre de Belem e do museu dos coches. Gostei muito. Negativo: nao possui ar condicionado cuidado com os taxistas em portugal, estão aplicando golpes descaradamente (desligar taximetro, dizer que nao tem troco) - se possível use o Uber. Em caso de problemas anote o numero verde na lateral do taxi e o denunceie para a POLICIA TURISTICA

Positiv: Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, da hat jemand Geschmack ...! Tolle Küche, haben wir oft auch zum Kochen genutzt. Bus/Straßenbahn/Zug ganz in der Nähe, aber trotzdem ruhige Lage.

Bom local. Pena que a Cama de casal seja tão estreita e dura, tem também um cheiro de esgoto que não sei se é do predio.

Pozitív: Elhelyezkedès, a gondos fogadtatás, a felszereltség, a hangulat. Negatív: Csatornaszag a fürdőszobában. Lehet, hogy ez mãshol is így van Lisszabonban.

Positief: Prachtig tuintje. Wasmachine. Zeer mooie inrichting. Goed onderhouden.. Negatief: Veel lawaai van bovenburen.

Positive: Molto gentile la persona che ci ha accolto. Negazione: La scala per raggiungere il soppalco un po' pericolosa per i bambini

Positief: Heerlijk comfortabel appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Heel dichtbij voorzieningen en toch in een rustige ongeving.

Me encanto el trato y el apartamento precioso. Una pena que la luz se fuese tantas veces.

Positiv: Sehr netter Empfang, es wurden viele Tipps gegeben. Um die Ecke fährt gleich die Straßenbahn. Einige wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der WLAN- Empfang war sehr gut. Und in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man braucht.. Negativ: Sehr hellhörig. Aktuell Baustelle auf der Straße, direkt Anfahrt nicht möglich.

Pozytywna: Dobra lokalizacja -centrum Belem. Wygodnie i czysto. Duża powierzchnia apartamentu.. Negatywna: Brak jakiejkolwiek szafy. Nie ma gdzie powiesić kurtek. Łazienka bez wentylacji - typowe dla starej Lizbony.

Positiu: Apartament molt ampli i net . El tracte personal inmillorable . Molt bona comunicació pel transport .. Negatiu: Per dir algna cosa , que estigués una mica més a prop del centre

Geweldig mooi, schoon en ruim appartement. Locatie is ideaal. Net rustig buiten het centrum maar dichtbij de trein en een hoop bezienswaardigheden in de buurt....en heel dichtbij de Pasteis del Belém...heerlijk!

Положительный: Остальное всё понравилось.. Негативный: Запах канолизации. Парковка вечером не запаркуешся.

Pozytywna: Świetna lokalizacja w najładniejszej dzielnicy Lizbony, rewelacyjny, czysty, przestronny i bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament ( kawa, wszystkie środki czystości w kuchni i łazience). Wino i ciastka na powitanie. Niezwykle sympatyczny personel w osobie Pedro, który w najdrobniejszej sprawie zawsze służył pomocą. Szczerze polecam!. Negatywna: Brak
