We had a fabulous stay in Lisbon. The location was terrific for walking old Lisbon and taking advantage of trams and seeing the sights. Just be aware that the cab/transport cannot get to your door so you will have to get you and your luggage the last 500 yards to the apartment.

Pozytywna: Lokalizacja - cicho i spokojnie, a jednocześnie bardzo blisko centrum (do Rua Augusta kilka minut pieszo).

Positive: La sua posizione ad un passo dai luoghi d’interesse e con diversi ristoranti e market intorno. L’appartamento è carino e completo, ma un po’ troppo piccolo.. Negazione: Le stoviglie sporche al nostro arrivo. Pochi punti di appoggio nell’appartamento. L’inclusione di una mensola o di qualche appendi abiti farebbe la differenza..

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage! Freudlichkeit! Jede war sehr hilfsreich! Flexibilität!. Negativ: Das Zimmer war etwas laut und schwer zu entlüften. Wenn das Fenster offen ist, kann jede hineinschauen..

Positif: L accueil et les conseils à notre arrivée. Les photos du site correspondent vraiment avec l appartement. Proche de tout. Place sans voiture dans un quartier typique entre la place Rossi et le château saint Georges. A 10 min a pied de la place du commerce..

Положительный: Прилетели в Лиссабон в полночь. Встретили у апартаментов. Номер очень небольшого размера, очень компактный, что для исторического центра вполне нормально. Хорошее расположение.. Негативный: Кровать ощутимо продавлена с левой стороны. Не было уборки ни разу за 4 ночи. Скрипел потолок от соседей сверху. Номер ощутимо меньше, чем на фото - учитывайте это..

Положительный: Нас очень радушно встретили, все объяснили-показали на карте, номер малюсенький, но очень опрятный и уютный (и хорошо оборудованный). Апартаменты находится на маленькой площади в самом центре (и остановка конечная 28 трамвая в пяти минутах, метро /даже два/ рядом). Также в шаговой доступности несколько ресторанчиков и продуктовый магазин. Каждые 15 минут отбивает колокол на соседней церквухе, где то с восьми утра до восьми вечера, возможно кому то покажется это минусом, но нам это показалось очень атмосферным.. Негативный: не хватило прищепок, чтобы сушить белье на веревочках за окном как местные жители))) хозяйка сказала - обязательно приобретет для будущих постояльцев.

Positive: Monolocale fresco, giovane ed accogliente, dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno in città. Particolare la location in una piazzetta persa tra i vicoli del quartiere mouraria ma a due passi da tutto. Caratteristici le scalinate ed i vicoli da percorrere per raggiungerla. Nonostante la fervida movida dei giovani portoghesi a pochi metri, l’appartamento risulta abbastanza silenzioso .. Negazione: Un po’ piccolo per essere considerato un appartamento, in due quasi si fatica a muoversi; il lavabo del bagno è di dimensioni ridottissime.

Positive: Ottima posizione. Negazione: Stanza davvero troppo piccola, non può essere spacciata per monolocale. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo passato 6 giorni in questa stanza senza armadi e con un bagno piccolissimo. Non avendo altro spazio, siamo stati costretti a lasciare le valigie tutto il tempo sul tavolo della cucina senza poterlo usare per mangiare! Il bagno, senza finestre o ventole, invece aveva un lavandino piccolissimo e io, che sono bassa e magra, non riuscivo a lavarmi i denti....dovevo aprire la porta per riuscire a piegarmi....il costo, per un monolocale così, mi è sembrato eccessivo!.

Positiv: Eine sehr zentrale und gemütliche Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt von Lissabon. Man konnte alles zu Fuß machen und hatte genug Restaurants und Geschäfte direkt um die Ecke. Das Appartement ist zwar sehr klein aber es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Küchenzeile bot alles was man so brauchte. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und man hat uns noch eine ausführliche Beschreibung über Lissabon gegeben. Das war super. Alles in allem: Eine kleine, süße Unterkunft in die ich wieder fahren würde!. Negativ: Das Badezimmer war nur mit einer Glasschiebetür vom restlichen Appartement getrennt..

Positiva: El apartamento es genial. La ubicación es inmejorable, a cinco minutos del centro, así como de múltiples opciones de transporte público (metro, bus, tranvía, tren). La recepción fue muy fácil y nos explicaron todo perfectamente. La habitación no es muy grande, pero tiene de todo, perfecta para pasar unos días muy agradables en el centro de Lisboa!.

Positive: Struttura un po'piccola,ma in due ci si sta bene. Pulita.Situata in una posizione eccellente xké basta scendere pochi scalini e ci trova nel cuore di Lisbona, praticamente a Praca de Figueras da dove si diramano tutte le belle strade piene di negozi e ristoranti e da dove si possono prendere tutti i mezzi,dal tram,alla metro,al tuk tuk,caratteristico taxi di Lisbona. La ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata gentilissima.La camera calda xké c'è il condizionatore che con 2 minuti scalda facilmente.In camera poi c'è la cucina che è dotata di ogni confort x chi volesse fare colazione o mangiare a casa. Quindi consiglio vivamente questo piccolo monolocale,a prezzi modici. Noi abbiamo pagato 200 euro x 4 notti,in due. Se dovessi tornare a Lisbona, nn esiterei a prenotarlo di nuovo. Negazione: L'odore un po' di umidità.

Positief: Klein, maar fijn. Alles wat ik nodig had was in dit appartement aanwezig.. Negatief: Matras was voor mij iets te zacht.

Negative: Stairs ,the bathroom way to small ridiculous too small it’s joke ,bedroom a loft ,can’t stand up have to bend to get in room ,ridiculously over priced for crawling in a bedroom,very noisy at night outside ,transports can’t reach property to far to walk with your luggage up hill ,carrying luggage up stairs,stairs far to narrow,never again worse stay ever.

Positive: La struttura è in ottima posizione, su una piazzetta silenziosa, nel centro antico della città e con facilità di spostamenti a piedi o coi mezzi pubblici.. Negazione: La struttura è piacevole e molto pulita, ma purtroppo, il bagnetto è talmente microscopico che risulta complicato muovercisi. Sarebbe bastato che fosse stato leggermente più grande, almeno come quello della stanza sottostante..

Positive: The location was very great and safe for 2 girls. They provided almost everything!. Negative: It will be better if they provide more towels. And the room is quite small and no elevators..

Positif: L'accueil souriant de notre réceptionniste et l'emplacement du logement dans la ville. Négatif: logement un peu contigu.

Positif: La situation de l'appartement dans le quartier historique, possibilité de tout faire à pied, proche des transports (bus et métro 15 mn à pied), une supérette à proximité. Les renseignements donnés par la gérante très utiles pour se rendre au logement.. Négatif: Le duplex n'est pas conçu pour des personnes de forte corpulence, une salle d'eau très étroite douche de 60x60, et un petit lave-mains, ainsi qu'à des personnes assez grandes dans la chambre qui est une mezzanine. Impossible de se mettre debout, une personne est obligée de ramper sur le lit pour se coucher..

Positiva: La ubicación era buena, y el personal muy atento y agradable. Si bien es cierto que no estaba en la Baixa, se encontraba a escasos minutos andando y al lado de dos elevadores públicos.. Negativa: Un punto en contra es que era diminuto, no sé si llamarlo apartamento sería lo más apropiado... Pero lo peor de todo fue que en nuestro caso nos asignaron el “apartamento” del bajo, con lo cual si querías tener privacidad no podías abrir las ventanas, lo que hacía que fuera aún más agobiante. Para solo dormir y estar muy pocas noches, aceptable, pero no más..

Positive: great location, service, key provisioning and information sharing. The host was very responsive to each question. Really a great service. And the place is very quiet.. Negative: hmm difficult to say. Actually we hardly can mention something to better. Ok, one I've got. The bathroom wasn't very big, but it had all the facilities needed, clean and cosy as well..

Positiva: Ubicación, amabilidad, nos explicaron que ver y nos dieron un mapa.. Negativa: Insistieron mucho en la hora del check in días antes y no sabíamos exacta la hora xq íbamos sin ruta...

Positiva: Estupenda ubicación, trato muy amable, todo muy limpio, gran y cómoda cama, muy bien equipado.. Negativa: La tostadora no funcionaba muy bien y un poco estrechos los pasillos..

Positif: L’emplacement avec les commodités et transport. Quartier calme et agréable. Disponibilité de Filipa, avec des bonnes adresses. L’appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Idéal pour couple le dernier étage en duplex! On recommande sans hésitation. Négatif: pas adapté pour les personnes de grandes tailles et de forte corpulences (salle d’eau et escalier étroits). Cloisons pas très épais, vous entendez les voisins. Mais Filipa sera réactivé si une personne fait trop de bruit, car l’immeuble de trois appartements appartient à la même société de location. Il serait bien en supplément, de changer les serviettes de bains pour les personnes qui reste une semaine..

Positive: Great location.. Negative: Stayed for 5 nights towels wasn't changed once. Very thin walls could hear neighbors opening a tap..

Room 2 had a leaky shower head but the room in general was great! The wooden interior shutters kept out the light and any noise (we were worried about the church bells but they were no problem.) It was really convenient to restaurants, a supermercado, metro and train station to Sintra.

The room was small but every effort was made to to ensure it was quiet (a pad under the sliding entry door and wooden interior shutters to keep thins quiet and dark when needed). A tiny but serviceable kitchenette. Great location. The only complaint is that the showerhead in room 2 squirted everywhere so it made showering a bit unpleasant.

Positiv: Lage ist überragend. Zwar sagt ,an dem Taxifahrer besser die christavo aber für einen Städte-Trip optimal. Von der Unterkunft sind alle Punkte zu Fuß erreichbar. Tollr Restaurants mit Kultfaktor direkt um die Ecke. Auf jedenfall zu empfehlen. Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und super sauber. Alles frisch renoviert und gepflegt. Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos und umkompliziert. Beim nächsten Lissabon Besuch auf jedenfall wieder.. Negativ: -

Super lokalizacja. Lokum czyste i przyjazne, choć niewielkie. Wszystkie udogodnienia.

Pozytywna: Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce szczególnie dla tych którzy chcą Lizbonę poznać od prawdziwej strony. Nowoczesne lokum w niewielkiej kamieniczce w starej części miasta wśród krętych uliczek i małych knajpek.Wszedzie blisko. Przyjazna wlascicielka. Doskonały kontakt -dzieki!. Negatywna: Jeśli nie dbasz o linię łazienka ci o tym przypomni, ale przecież nie przyjeżdżasz po to, by czas spędzać pod prysznicem

Positive: Vicina al centro, microonde , disponibilità dello staff. Negazione: Non ha mensole o appendiabiti a sufficienza

Positiva: La ubicación al lado del castillo de São Jorge y al lado de la plaza de Figueires. Hay muy buenos restaurantes cerca y baratos. Pudimos hacer bastante cosa a pie.. Negativa: Habitación un poco pequeña.

Положительный: В комнате студии есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи (плита, микроволновка, тостер, посуда). Очень удобная кровать, мягкая как бабушкина перина, много подушек разного размера и плотности. Дверь на улицу на кодовом замке, дверь в номер на ключе. Соседей почти не слышно, только когда заходят с улицы, т.к. номер у нас был прямо у выхода. Хозяйка Филиппа всегда на связи и быстро отвечает на все запросы и звонки. Буквально за углом, чуть ниже уровнем хороший супермаркет pingo doce, в том же здании большой многоэтажный паркинг, хотя машину можно оставить и рядом с апартаментами, если будет свободное место и сможете въехать вверх по крутому подъему и узкой улочке, а также в этом же здании второй лифт к замку Св. Георгия. За углом хороший недорогой ресторан местной кухни, куда вечером выстраивается целая очередь.. Негативный: Местоположение. По карте кажется, что апартаменты рядом с площадью Россиу и метро, но по факту нужно очень высоко в гору подниматься в несколько этапов по крутым лестницам, с чемоданами очень тяжело, даже без них устаешь постоянно туда-сюда по лестницам ходить. Есть уличный лифт, о котором хозяева почему-то заранее не сообщают, это бы спасло при приезде, чтобы не тащить чемоданы в гору, но до него тоже нужно дойти, он как бы в стороне находится. В конце марта в комнате было холодно, не спасал даже включенный на полную мощность обогреватель. Комната очень маленькая, просто крошечная, домик для гномиков, даже вдвоем тесно, душевая кабина тоже крошечная, особенно не развернешься. На фото кажется, что комната больше. В общем, самое большие неудобства - это крутые лестницы, маленький размер комнаты и холодно.

Positivo: espaço acolhedor. Pequenino, mas com tudo o que é necessário para umas férias curtas ou longas. Excelente localização. Negativo: os canais por cabo raramente funcionavam, ou seja, não conseguimos, em momento algum, ver televisão por mais de 10 minutos.

Positiva: Fueron muy amables al recibirnos y nos dieron un mapa indicándonos los sitios más interesantes para visitar en lisboa.. Negativa: las almohadas muy malas y la cama regular

Pozytywna: Bardzo miła osoba wynajmująca - dużo emaili i smsów z informacjami o obiekcie, odpowiadała na wszystkie pytania, bez problemu można było odebrać klucze w środku nocy. Pokój świeżo odnowiony, wszystko nowe. Bardzo czysto. Pokój zgadzał się z opisem na stronie.. Negatywna: Pokój w starej części miasta, gdzie na uliczkach nie jest za czysto i chodzi dużo bezdomnych.

Positief: een rustige plek om te verblijven in een aparte wijk.. Negatief: heel kleine studio met een piepkleine douche.

COMO EN CASA. GENIAL! MUY LIMPIO, SUPER BIEN SITUADO Y FUE TODO MUY FÁCIL TANTO AL ENTRAR COMO AL SALIR.

Positive: Picturesque location, all the basic facilities, recently refurbished, clean.. Negative: Wi-fi painfully slow and weak, it doesn't reach certain spots in the house. Not so comfortable bed pillows. I had to call and wait for the keys once there. A bit too much selling-related messages from the owner.

Pozytywna: Okolica mega klimatyczna, kręte zaułki, sporo schodów i stromych podejść. Świetne mieszkanie dla pary, bardzo przytulne z ładnym widokiem z okien na placyk. Spokojnie. Choć urokliwe - wąskie schodki niestety nie nadają się na większą walizkę i można w nich utknąć. Bardzo pomocni gospodarze.

Positief: Fantastische locatie in het (oude) centrum van Lissabon. Het appartement ligt aan een rustig plein, in de buurt is een winkeltje en overal in de wijk zijn restaurantjes te vinden (ontdekken). De hostes nam uitgebreid de tijd om te vertellen over de bezienswaardigheden in Lissabon daar waren we erg blij mee. De kamer (studio) was klein maar goed te doen voor een paar dagen. Complimenten voor de goede communicatie van Rent4rest, zelfs een SMS met google maps locatie op de dag van aankomst, erg handig.. Negatief: Het bed had beter gekund, het matras was wat slap.

Positive: The location was very central - close to many tourist attractions, as well as various transport means. The host was helpful and easy to reach on the phone when needed. An internet site with useful information, tips and car service was provided, which also helped us plan our stay better.. Negative: The bathroom was uncomfortable to use because it was very narrow (60cm). The wi-fi signal was weak.

Positiv: Sehr guter, flexibler Service. Zentrale Lage. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Hervorragende Kommunikation mit Vermieter (E-Mail-Service mit allen Ansprechpartner, Adressen, Zeiten, Erinnerungen etc.), hervorragender Shuttleservice. Negativ: Extreme Enge. Feuchte Wand. Enorme Geräuschkulisse in der Umgebung (Müllabfuhr jede Nacht, vor dem Fenster rauchende und laut unterhaltende Nachbarn und Restaurantgäste)

Positiv: Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Ansprechpartner. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns das umliegende Viertel gezeigt und uns Sightseeing- sowie Essens-Tipps gegeben. Das Apartment ist etwas eng, liegt aber sehr zentral, war super ausgestattet und ausgesprochen sauber.
