Einfach super. Empfehlungswert.

Wir haben zu zweit 4 Nächte in Lissabon verbracht und uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Für uns perfekt war die Lage, wobei zu sagen ist, dass wir gerne zu Fuß eine Stadt erkunden und vom Appartment bis nach Alfama bzw. Belem spaziert sind. Zudem kam uns die Nähe zum Cais do Sodré entgegen (Metro zum Airport, Fähre nach Casilhas, Rückfahrt von Belem).Die Ausstattung des Zimmers im 1. Stock war gut (moderner Ikea Stil), prima Bett, moderne Küche und Bad. Leider kaum Tageslicht. Kompliziert fanden wir die Bedienung der Klimaanlage. Top dafür das Klingelsystem mit Kamera (!!) und der Fernseher.In der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt (Minipreco), viele Cafés und "alternative" Bars (Green Street).Sehr kritisch bleibt uns jedoch der Checkin in Erinnerung. Wir wussten zwar, dass keine Rezeption vorhanden ist, hatten aber zum Zeitpunkt der gewünschten Uhrzeit noch keine Zugangsdaten (Code fürs Haus bzw. Zimmer) vorliegen. Und das, obwohl wir uns 1 Tag im Voraus gemeldet hatten. Es kam lediglich ein Hinweis, das wir erst die Codes erhalten, wenn wir die Touri Steuer bezahlt haben. Im Ernst jetzt? Über 200 EUR prepaid überwiesen und dann gibt's keinen Access Code, und am Ende kann man froh sein, dass das Reinigungspersonal noch da war, um zu öffnen?? Die Mail kam dann ca. 3 Stunden verspätet. Fazit: alle anderen Hotels unserer Reise haben das Thema deutlich besser koordiniert!

Very nice place and in a perfect area. Just a 10 min nice walk to the main attractions ( praca da figueira, lake shore) The place is very modern, high end appliances and cleaning is very gd!

The apartment has been completely renovated and is very comfortable, attractive and modern! The area of Santos (Cais do Sodre) is a perfect walk to Lisbon's historic downtown area (Baixa), and the staff from booking to cleaning are 100% accommodating and most importantly friendly and sincere!

I love the location. Very clean and newly renovated Studio. Comfy bed, bright and airy (I was on the top floor).

Great location, comfortable bed and fresh sheets and towels. Daily housecleaning was nice! A perfect little kitchen for small meals and a nice balcony with 3 windows for natural sunlight. Would definitely stay again. It could get a tiny bit noisy so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper!

Appartement "quasiment neuf", entretenu, propre et calme. A proximité des transports variés (bus, tram, taxis), il permet de rejoindre la Place du Commerce en 15/20 minutes. Le personnel est discret, aimable et souriant. Les relations de communications sont claires, rapides : pas d'inquiétude à avoir. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Mon épouse et moi recommandons cet AppartHôtel !

We loved staying here, it was super bright and modern. It was convenient to receive all the entry information and WiFi password before hand and checking in and out was easy. I wish we stayed longer!

very new and cosy appartment, small but you get everything you need. suitable for people who like cooking. The location is also good, you have bu and tram lines nearby. it is just strange to be charged 1 euro for the payment process of the city tax just because they do not have a reception desk.

Quartier animé même avec le double vitrage plutôt bruyant le soir. Près du centre ville donc pas besoin de voiture. Tout à proximité. Beaucoup de restaurants il y a du choix. Appartement avec tous les équipements nécessaires

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und direkt im Stadtzentrum, ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Altstadt. Wir können die nur empfehlen.

Nice, convenient and affordable. The only drawback is that there is no reception desk and you will have to figure out how to get around yourself.

Had a great time. The apartment has a nice layout, everything is new and modern, the WIFI is probably the fastest I have experienced in a hotel/apartment and its in the centre of Lisbon.Only difficult thing is parking as there is nothing free near by, with that said, the parking is cheap.

New holiday flat within a very central locationLiving room is quiet dark with view on a small courtyard with not so comfortable layout. You have to move the sofa if you want to seat comfortably and watch tv. Nice balcony in the bathroom and very narrow windows in the living room with open kitchenLovely and bright bedroom with no tv No complaint at all and we enjoyed our stay there

Wir waren wirklich super zufrieden! Die Wohnungen sind ganz neu und super ausgestattet. Auch das Bad war sehr modern und die Dusche super! Am ersten Tag haben wir gemerkt, dass der Herd nicht funktioniert. Daraufhin haben wir uns bei der virtuellen Rezeption gemeldet und uns wurde sofort super geholfen und wir konnten in eine andere Wohnung ziehen! Der Service war total unkompliziert. Man kriegt Codes für die Türen die einwandfrei funktionieren. Insgesamt hatten wir wirklich eine schöne Zeit und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!

This property was in its first day of operation when we checked in. It was a complete apartment set up with great amenities. The property is still under renovation and is effected by building dust at this time. It was a very comfortable space and will be a fantastic property to stay in. The area has many dining options and is close to public transport.
