Apartment was in an ideal location, very convenient to amenities.The entrance to the apartments was in a narrow alley just round the corner from the front.

It was my second stay at this apartment and I went back because mg first experience with this apartment was okay. Its located at the centre of the city, close to time out market and the water front. The place is relatively clean although you would occasionally find some hairs on bedsheets. Check-in and check-outs are easy and there is AC in the room. However, I would avoid this place during the month of June as there is a music festival going on RIGHT IN FRONT OF apartment. They sing until midnight and it is extremely noisy. It will start from around 6 pm in the evening and there is no way you can rest in your room. It sounded like someone was singing with a microphone by your ear. So, unless you plan to stay outside until midnight, it will not be a pleasant stay. I called the owner to see if they can change the room for me, but they got mad at me saying that its none of their business and I should call a police on my own. So, that wasnt helpful at all.

One of the last working funiculars - when your feet are killing you from walking all day this is a welcomed and necessary shortcut to getting around Bica and the entire neighborhood and for getting to one of the best views in Lisbon for sunset!

Hotel was great. Exactly in the middle of everything. Clean rooms. Ample size. Only cons: no reception desk and no lock on bathroom door. No biggie on both. But when you have your kid that wants to keep opening the door it get a little annoying.

No se informa la dificultad de acceso al edificio pues los vehiculos solo pueden acercarse a 50 metros por debajo de la entrada o a 50 metros por arriba de ls entrada segun donde llegan. Esto significa que tienes que acarrear maletas esa distancia si estas en condicion fisica para hacerlo. Caso contrario que tengas suerte con alguna ayuda. Ocultar esa información se llama estafa y así lo sentimos cada vez que entramos y salimos del edificio.

Property was fine except the blinds did not work and we were on a very busy street first floor. A lot of noise outside the apartment so bring ear plugs if you want to sleep. Warm shower but limited spray. Great location for good restaurants at night. Loved visiting Lisbon

Apartamento bom ... longa escada de acesso a entrada do edificio podem comprometer acessibilidade, sugiro claramente alertar no descritivo. Elevador não funcionou durante estadia, imprevistos acontecem, mas sugjro tambem avisar antecipadamente os hospedes. Localizacao otima para turismo e zona de entretenimento. Recomendo o local. Voltarei sem dúvidas. Parabens.

Man bekommt kostenloses Wasser und am ersten Tag auch Snacks...
Die Sauberkeit ist nicht makellos, jedoch gut.

Grosszügiges, neu renoviertes Apartement an sehr zentraler Lage in Altstadt mit vollständiger Ausstattung. Qualität der Ausstattung im ikea style, teilweise etwas billig und schlecht unterhalten. Für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt aber gut geeignet. Tägliche gute Reinigung. Wohnung war etwas feucht und muffig.

Apartment on 3rd floor directly above the cable car. Car stops at 9pm and starts at 9am so not loud at night. Large bathroom. Easy to get to all the sights from the location. Lots of local shops and restaurants. 10 min walk to station.

There is no check-in desk at this hotel, but there is a virtual check-in rep that is at your service with a phone call. Excellent view outside my room, suite was also very clean. I had a small issue with the safe being locked, but I had a member of staff come over to have it opened for me.

It was wonderful to see this historical infrastructure. We took a ride to the top, but it lasted just a minute or two. I’d suggest walking up! It only you much more time to actually enjoy the hill. The cost seemed unjustified.

La calle muy bonita y el tema del ascensor muy curioso, pero... 3.5€ por un viaje de 2min, y encima se tarda menos en subirlo andando, teníamos el apartamento justo en la esquina y subimos y bajamos como 10 veces y siempre lo hacíamos antes que un ascensor, no por la velocidad sino porque no es continuo

Die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Auch das System der Türcode-Übermittlung per Mail, welches spätes Einchecken ermöglichte lief hervorragend. Leider befindet sich die Unterkunft direkt neben dem Acensor da Bica und über einer Baustelle. Der Acensor beginnt um 7 Uhr morgens den Berg hoch und runter zu fahren und das in einer unerträglichen Lautstärke. Davon hatten wir zuvor keine Kenntnis was uns enttäuschte. Die Hygiene des Bades ist schlecht. Boden und Wände ungepflegt und Fugen voll verschmutzt, Bereich um Toilette sehr unansehnlich.

No está limpio. Caminando del baño a la cama se me llenaron los pies de pelos. Debajo de la cama habían pelusas que les podías poner nombre. En general no me pareció limpio. El carrito del niño no nos entraba bien por la puerta. El acceso era con un código y la puerta de entrada la encontrábamos abierta casi siempre...

Cela aurait pu etre bien .A 15 mn a pieds de la place du commerce. Malheureusement le jour de notre passage il etait en panne. Alors nous sommes montes a pieds et rejoints le quartier baixa pour finir a santa justa e0t la0 montee dans la tour. Finlemnt j y suis retourne pour le olaisir de le prendre. Cout de la montee 3.70euros. Mon forfait transport etajt acheve j ai du payer le voyage sans regret pour cette courte montee

Très bien situé. À deux pas de Cais do Sodré pour les transports. Accès avec code au niveau de l’entrée principale et au niveau du logement. Quartier animé avec quelques bruits festifs le soir et réveillé au son du funiculaire le matin mais rien de vraiment gênant.

Sono molto deluso .......disolito io non sono abituato a lasciare recensioni brutte ,.ma ora mi tocca farla .Prima di tutto l'hotel è situato in un poso che si và solo a piedi per circa 50 /70 metri devi portare le valige in mano o per terra e devi stare molto attento a non calpestare della cacca di cane o gatti che sitrova ad ogni parte fino a lingresso del portone di entrata e di non parlare della puzza di pipi che si curamente qualche umbriaco la fa ogni notte.Quindi immagginate voi come la situazione .Il proprietario si sente solo per telefono o chi fa le veci.Spacciano per appartamento circa 30 0 32 metri quadri e soldi tutti anticipati anche la tassa di soggiorno. Abbiamo dormiti in 3 ed era molto piccolo essendo un solo bagno tocca fare la fila per lavarsi .Ce da dire solo una cosa era pulito e luminoso per questo motivo gli do (1 stella ).Ma almometo che stai perfinire il tuo soggiorno e chiedi un taxi ......loro ti dicono che non ce problema !!! Prima che uno parte le verra chiamato .....ma non è cosi .Quando e arrivato il mio momento per partire loro mi hanno detto che non era loro compito chiamare un taxi ......sono anche falsi e bugiardi. Ho fatto giusto intempo ad arrivare in aerioporto per fortuna .Questo hotel lo sconsiglio vivamente .......soprattutto di come uno viene trattato .Però i soldi subito prima e dopo sei abbandonato da tutto .se non mi credete fate una prova .Dovè e situato l'hotel fa veramente schifo e a questo punto dico anche la Direzione!!!

Visita obligada para instagramers. Un consejo, no paguéis los 3'7€ que cuesta subir ya que dura 2min como mucho. La foto tipica se puede hacer en medio de la calle y es lo que de verdad vale la pena. Podeis aprovechar para tomar algo en alguna terraza ya que no hay mucho turista

Bus/Tram Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Man kann aber auch sehr gut zufuss in die Altstadt. Man ist im nu an der Uferpromenade cais do sodré als auch in der oberstadt bairro alto. Keine 5min zu Fuss bis zum TimeOut Market wo es super Essen gibt!

Gran Hotel, habitación pequeña pero muy completa con cocina incluida. Todo va por códigos y no hay recepción (sólo recepción virtual). En la planta baja hay taquillas para las maletas por 1€. La entrada al Hotel está por la parte trasera del edificio, lo q te obliga a subir una escalera empinada, esa es la única pega.

Unser Appartment war sehr schön, aber wir hatten schwierigkeiten mit unseren grossen Köffern die Treppen hochzulaufen zur Main door. Dort kann leider kein Auto hinfahren also muss man ca. 2 Stockwerke hochlaufen von aussen. Ist ein bisschen versteckt. Wifi hat leider nicht funktioniert. Sehr hübsch und mordern eingerichtet.

We had a flat overlooking the steps to the side door, so didnt get the noise from the trams or road outside. Small windows though. Interesting little kitchenette, quite surprisingly well equipped! In very convenient position for Caise du Sodre station (well worth a trip along the coast by train to Estoril and beyond). Nice to have clean towels every day, well serviced flats.

Lugar interessante para um fim de tarde. Ficam ali várias pessoas bebendo cerveja e ouvindo música (normalmente levam instrumento para tocar la). A parte negativa fica por parte de algumas pessoas que ficam vendendo drogas ao ar livre e a polícia não intervém (mesmo vendo aquilo).

Super emplacement, proche de tout à pieds, centre historique quartiers animés, et gare-métro Cais Do Sodré. On est vraiment dans la carte postale dans le bâtiment historique ascensor da bica. Rapport Qualité-Prix au top! Délogés du 1er étage au 4éme suite à des travaux au rez de chaussée du bâtiment, les appartements avec balconnet sur les toits sont excellents ! On aurait aimé, en hiver, plus deau chaude pour la douche. Sinon au TOP!

The apartment is in a great location. Management are easy to get in touch with although we had limited reasons to do so. The apartment is relatively sparse and smaller than expected, but the small kitchen facilities were indeed sufficient and furniture was adequate for the space. The sofa bed had sheets inside, as requested, and was comfortable. The room is cleaned each day with fresh towels provided. It was a great find and we had a great stay there.

It is in a good location near the river and easy to get to and not far from major sites around Lisbon and many shops nearby. The apartments are cleaned daily and towels are restocked daily as well. I would also highly recommend paying the extra $5 to update to the studio apartment, which is probably twice the size of a standard hotel room. It was a good value for the price I paid. I would definitely stay there again if I ever go back to Lisbon.

We had a good time at this place, which was comfortable, well located, large rooms, a fridge, and a little kitchenette, but somewhat noisy on weekends. You should choose Rua de São Paulo to reach the building, but still be prepared to climb up about 40 steps through Bica Pequena Stairs. This maybe a nuisance if you are not used to stairs, or if you have too much luggage/mobility problem. I appreciated the concept of serviced apartments that provide the guest full independence.

This place is terrible.
We booked the room for 3 nights and is not the one that they shows on the website.
Bathroom and walls are completely dirty, in the ceiling there are even traces of blood, to not talk about mosquitoes which are everywhere even if we kept the window closed.
Don't expect to have someone to help you if you are facing an issue, the answer I had from the virtual reception is that the manager is working only tomorrow so they cannot make any decisions...
Worst experience of my life, don't book, are pirate...

Tolle Lage. Appartement hat die nötige Ausstattung um ein Frühstück und ein kleines Abendsessen vorzubereiten und zu genießen. Es gibt keine Rezeption...man kommuniziert über ein Telefon (Reception virtual), dennoch werden alle Belange erfüllt. Wir benötigten einen Parkplatz für unser Auto und mussten selbstständig in der Nähe in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus einen Stellplatz besorgen...hier ist die Anzeige mit Parkmöglichkeiten... etwas überholt. Sonst können wir es gut empfehlen

Very nice and modern apartment. It was a little hard to fund where the entrance was, as there is a little alley you have to take and go up the stairs to go to the main entrance door. Apt inside is very modern, nice view of the city. Access codes are convenient, also there are lockers to store your staff in the lobby.

Von innen überraschend modernes Appartementhaus zentral mitten in Lissabon. Zum Zugang erhält man einen Pin, der für Haus- und Wohnungstür funktioniert -sehr praktisch. Da wir noch Tourismussteuer zahlen mussten, haben wir in Eingangsbereich etwas gewartet, der ganze Service funktioniert sonst über ein Telefon. Wohnungen sind modern und mit guter Ausstattung (Wasser, kleine Küche, Klimaanlage). Matratze ist mit Plastikbezug geschützt, was grundsätzlich sicher sinnvoll ist, allerdings auch bei jeder Bewegung entsprechende Geräusche macht.

Well situated but extremely difficult to find the entrance. Our entrance was up several flights of stairs in an alley and then down some stairs to a back door. Fortunately there were cleaning staff by the door to let us know we were in the right location. The room could use a bit of an upgrade as it is showing its age.The cleaning staff were pleasant and helpful.

The apartment and building was good, expect that a tram ran from very early morning below the building making a good nights sleep impossible. It was a mistake staying in the old part of Lisbon as every corner had non Portuguese trying to sell drugs. It was everywhere and quite intimidating.

We enjoyed our stay at these newly renovated service apartments. Conveniently located close to train and bus stops, markets and shore activities. The hotel is also above the lower station for the Elevador da Bica, Lisbon's funicular. Service starts around 7.00am and can be a little noisy, but very handy if you need to travel up the hill.

The property is at the same building as one of the famous landmarks of Lisbon - Ascensor da Bica. You are also within walking distance of many attractions and town centres - Barro Alto, Chiado, Rossio, Baixa. The Time Out market within 5 mins walk from the apartment is just ace! Property is very modern and clean. Only negative comment would be that the cleaners would not clean the floor for some reason (everything else they left very clean!) so towards the end of our week stay, the floor was definitely starting to look quite grimy.

Très bel appartement bien équipé avec micro ondes, vaisselle, frigo, écran plat, draps et CLIMATISATION ! Possibilité daccès aux étages avec ascenseur. Bonne situation (à 10mn max. des transports en commun). Le système de code dentrée fonctionne très bien. We were visiting the Nos Alive music festival at Alges, and the apartment was in an ideal location for this with trains running all day and most of the night to get there and back. All the most important things were covered: very comfortable bed, excellent high-pressure rainfall walk-in shower, efficient a/c which wasnt too noisy, roomy fridge, easy-to-use safe and plenty of clothes storage. The location is very close to trams, funicular, metro and suburban mainline station, plus a couple of food shops including a larger supermarket all within a few mins walk. Very easy access to pink street and Barrio Alto for bars, nightlife, a very good, welcoming sports bar nearby too. Plenty of local independent restaurants and cafes, plus a huge and popular food court close by. Daily maid service to make up the room was a nice bonus. Lockers for left luggage at 1E, perfect. For a few days stay for a festival the apartment was good and we would stay again. On the down side there was very little natural light - just one small window in the whole place which gave onto the street so people could look in if the curtains were open. While the bathroom was enormous, the kitchen was absolutely tiny with no prepping space at all: fine if you just want to pick up coffee and refrigerate a bit of fruit or snacks but would have been useless if you wanted to prep any actual meals. As others have mentioned, unpleasant graffiti seems to be a characteristic of this part of Lisbon, so expect that.

The property was self-contained, easy to access and had everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying for a few nights! We initially struggled to find the sofa bed (it unzips and folds out on itself) but we were helped by a receptionist, and the owners are easy to contact if youre locked out. It was strange not having a direct check-in but the process was smooth and easy, thank you for our stay!

Was admittedly a little tricky due to the nature of the streets. Even the uber driver with gps couldnt get right to it. Walking in though it was easy to get to. It is in a bit of a chaotic area but is in a perfect location to explore the different neighborhoods on foot. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Also very easy to check in. They simply emailed me the door codes 2 days before I arrived and it couldnt be easier to get in. If I ever decide to go back to Lisbon I would check this place out again

La habitación nos ha gustado, espaciosa. Teniamos vistas a la ciudad y no se oía el ascensor que está pegando. En la habitación hay nevera, con algún utensilio para cocinar, microondas, cafetera. En el baño hay secador, gel y champu (no son muy buenos pero están bien). Limpian la habitación todos los días. La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, al lado de tren buses. Las calles de alrededor están muy bien para tomar copas.

Das Zimmer bzw Appartment war schön, sauber, zweckmäßig und sehr groß. Der Check - in mit Zahlung der Touristensteuer und Übermittlung der Zugangscodes einfach und ich hatte einen sehr netten telefonischen Kontakt. Der Spaß war nur den Eingang zu finden, eine schmale Treppe zwischen 2 Häusern und ein kleines Hinweisschild, dass wir zunächst übersehen hatten. Wor hatten das Glück in Festas de Lisbon zu geraten und waren mittendrin. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

Das Appartment liegt sehr zentral und ist so der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren einwandfrei. Es gibt eine kleine Kochnische, die gut ausgestattet ist. Frische Tücher liegen bereit, Wifi funktioniert, es ist möglich die Taschen nach dem Check-out in einem Locker zu deponieren. Einziger Nachteil: das Appartment ist sehr ringhörig, die Bahn fährt unten durch und ist laut, aber damit kann man mitten in Lissabon wohl leben.

Удобнее месторасположение, маленький номер, вид из окна - в стену соседнего здания, в номере всё достаточно новое и по ремонту недочётов нет. Полотенца ужасные, серые. В номере 3.14 поломанный сейф. У меня после уборки исчезли 20 € из чемодана. Это очень непорядочно! Связались с администратором, ничего не изменилось от нашего обращения, на последнее письмо ответа нет. Моё ощущение - разочарование. Я бы не вернулась :(.

Situé juste au dessus de départ de l'ascensor da bica, il est en plein quartier touristique mais au calme ( l'ascensor est fermé à partir de 21h). Pour le jour du départ, une consigne est à disposition pour fixer une dernière fois de la ville sans les valises!

Positiva: Lo mejor la ubicación, estaba muy céntrico y fue muy agil funcionar con códigos. No tuvimos problemas.. Negativa: Qué no hubiera wc en la recepción/portería para cuando vas a buscar las maletas el último día, estaría bien poder utilizarlo antes de volver al aeropuerto. Por otro lado el código dejó de funcionar a las 12h. del día de salida pero al volver a buscar las maletas de los armaritos nos encontramos que no podíamos entrar aunque al final el interfono funciono.

Négatif: L'entrée qui se fait en montant une vingtaine de marches depuis la rue de Sao Paulo. Cette rue devrait être indiquée comme adresse pour arriver à l'appartement. J'avais demandé rez de chaussée, j'étais au troisième (ascenseur heureusement). Pas de parking gratuit dans les environs, galère avec une voiture de location.

Great! Perfect for us.
Love that the standards are high in all the rooms, have stayed there several times and love it. This time there was a smell in the room we were assigned, went to the virtual reception and within few minutes we were getting codes to move to another room!
Would have thought that a place without physical staff at the reception wouldn't work but we love it. It's intelligent, no waiting around, simply independent and efficient.
Compared to other rooms in Lisbon, the price is very good for what you get.

Номер большой . Хорошая кровать ( третье спальное место не совсем удобное ).Наличие кухни и кондиционера. улицу не слышно.. Негативный: Несоответствие заявленных условий оплаты на сайте и по факту . договорились исправить это недоразумение - на встречу никто не пришел ( потеряли деньги) В ванной комнате плитка черная матовая очень неопрятно смотрятся ( как будто не мыто - а может и не мыто) и полотенца непонятного цвета ( то ли они были белыми и посерели от грязи ,то ли были серыми и их так сильно отстирали ) ,для комфорта не хватало мелочей : крючков для полотенец вне душевой кабины ,на кухне ( для полотенца ) ,более объемного шкафа для одежды.На фото крючки купленные в китайском магазине под окном за 1евр

bref pour nous c'était compris dans notre forfait transport sinon c'est un peu plus de 5€ et la ça ne les vaut pas.

Gute Unterkunft für Familie mit Kindern, sehr zentral gelegen und die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Es hat viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Appartment ist eher klein, aber sauber und relativ neu mit zweckmässiger Einrichtung. Hier könnten ein paar Dinge verbessert werden: keine Garderobe, kleiner Schrank, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer. Zugangscodes zum Haus und Appartment hat bestens geklappt.

Long queue but worthy :-) . The entrance is 5.15 pp , you will have a one minute journey in a historical elevator that leads you to the top of tower in which you have a panoramic view of the beautiful Lisbon. You can spend lots of time in there and then you can walk down or return by the elevator as well. It is located close to the shopping centre area and Baixa-Chiado quarter.

Positiv: Die Lage ist unbestritten das Beste.. Negativ: Es wurde mal wieder, ich kann mich nicht daran gewöhnen, auf meinem Kreditkartenkonto herum havariert. Es gibt auch eine Authorisationsbuchung um 0,00 € und dagegen hab ich nichts, wenn ich am Ende sowieso zahle. Hier wurde die Endzahlung zwei Tage vor dem Checkout abgebucht. Dann, das Fehlen einer Rezeption mit Mitteilung des Zugangs-Codes zwei Tage vor dem Checkin war für uns ungewohnt. Dazu wurde ich mit zwei verschieden lautenden E-Mails erschreckt, so dass ich telefonisch nachfragen musste. Ohne jemanden, außer den Zimmermädchen, zu Gesicht zu bekommen, kommt man sich am Ende fast wie in in einem oversized Schließfach vor. OK, ich bin schon über 70 Jahre alt. Vielleicht gefällt es der Jugend. Dann war die Sauberkeit des Apartments nicht optimal. So dass wir hier nicht wieder wohnen wollen.

Con la Lisboa card está incluido el elevador da Bica y merece la pena pero sobre todo usarlo para bajar dónde hay mucha menos cola. Es preferible hacer una visita a la Plaza Luis Camões y al café a brasileira para acercarse a unos 200 metros a la parte alta del elevador

Positiv: Zimmer war sehr schön, aber die Toilette nur mit einer Glastür direkt vom Zimmer aus ist nicht so perfekt. Das Licht in der Toilette hat das ganze Zimmer erleuchtet, wenn man dann mal Nachts muss. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Zimmer und die Lage ist super zentral.. Negativ: Siehe oben.

The serviced apartment was rented with a double bed and a double sofa bed. There was only one double bed and no double sofa bed at all. Unfortunately the management didn't refund or book us immediately into a room that fulfilled the booking. They squeezed an incredibly uncomfortable emergency bed into the tiny room instead..As a result he closet door wouldn't open anymore and there was absolutely no more space left and the mattress was a nightmare to sleep on.I would have expected that the management immediately apologized for the mistake and corrected the mistake on the spot and that it wouldn't have taken days and countless calls and emails to at least squeeze in the single "bed" or make an offer for rebooking to a bigger space.So I would not recommend booking an apartment with them. They seem very rude and it felt definitely like fraud.

Положительный: Центр города, легко добраться к туристическим маршрутам, метро и ресторанам, много баров и тусовка вокруг . Негативный: Наш номер был прямо над фуникулером, вы не сможете выспаться так как в 7 утра начинается грохот!!! И так до вечера, окно открыть естественно тоже не выйдет, из за грохота. (Номер 205)
В номере нет батарей даже в ванной, все полотенца ужасно мокрые, после дождя невозможно что либо высушить.
Вентиляция отсутсвует в комнате и есть только в ванной, воздух не поступает в комнату ночью, открыв окно, утром ещё больше грохота от фуникулера, от этого ещё больше стресса. Но есть кондиционер...
В ванной не работает слив воды в душе, вся воды вытекает в комнату!!:) Об этом мы читали ещё до приехала но не могли понять)по итогу вы тратите все полотенца на эту лужу, и полотенца остаются мокрыми пока их не заменит горничная.
Вокруг все орут и бухают до 2-х ночи, прямо в арке с фуникулером разгоняется эхо криков и визгов.

Exista camera cu dulapioare cu cheie pentru lasat bagajele in ultima zi daca aveti zbor mai tarziu decat ora 12 cand trebuie eliberata camera. Camera otata cu frigider, chiuveta, cuptor cu microunde, fierbator de apa, cafea si prajitor de paine si vesela necesara.. Negativ: Ascensorul Bica trece exact pe dedesubtul apartamentelor si face galagie mare dimineata. Prosoapele miroseau tare a clor si aveau o culoare gri dubioasa. Ar trebui altele noi. Pe jos era destul de rece, neapaat aduceti-va papuci de casa. Pernele nu foarte confortabile.

Buena opción de hospedaje, precio razonable porque se eliminan costos regulares de un hotel, como recepción o decorado interior, tiene WiFi, tele y todo lo necesario. Lo mejor sin duda es su ubicación, a un lado de ascensor da bica, con acceso muy fácil a Barrio Alto, Plaza de Luis Camoes, Barrio de Chiado y Plaza de Rossio.

Duży telewizor LCD. Duże lustro. Szerokie wygodne łóżko. Słowem pełene wyposażenie.. Negatywna: Słabe wytłumienie hałasu ze środka obiektu. Woda mocno chlorowana. Dość specyficzny zapach wnętrza. Pokój z widokiem na ścianę sąsiedniego budynku (w odległości ok. 1 metra), co jednak niekoniecznie było wadą, bo z zewnątrz było przez to dość cicho. Dla osób starszych dość trudne dojście - do pokonania dokładnie 27 schodów na zewnątrz budynku plus jedno piętro w środku budynku - dopiero tam pojawia się winda. Zapchany odpływ prysznica.

Those apartments are modern and nice but there is some information that you need before book that place:
There is a big stair to go to the front door, so if you have a big luggage or Wheelchair it going to be a big problem.
All the contact with the company that make your reservation are by mail our call, they send to you the passwords of the doors and then is by yourself. They didn't send to me the number of the place by email, so I spent a pretty time looking for the place and trying to call them. If you don't have credit in your phone, make contact could be a big problem to keep in touch.
The shower is separate to the toilet, and there is a matte glass door so if privacy is something that you care about that could be a problem.
The location is great. you can do everything by walk easily, that is the biggest point here.
There is a storage room in the place what is helpful if you want to leave your luggage after your check-out.

Por poner alguna pega el desagüe de la ducha no tragaba bien el agua.Por otro lado al ir con un bebé y el carrito el camino hasta la entrada se hacía muy complicado ya que hay q subir por una calle estrecha llena de escaleras ya que la entrada no se encuentra en la calle principal. Por lo demás todo perfecto y muy recomendable

Positiv: Central beliggenhed. Gode morgenmadsrestauranter i nærheden, så vi brugte ikke køkkenfaciliteterne. Overraskede over der blev gjort rent hver dag, og at der var fyldt op med snacks og flaskevand. Pænt og rent. Gode senge. Nogen gadestøj. Fungerede fint med kode på døre.

We stayed at Maria's apartment called Bica Lovers via Airbnb and it was a great experience.
The flat was beautiful, the area is very lively with bars and restaurants pretty much everywhere you look.

Pozitív: Minden ok, 27 lépcsőt kell kibirni, nem tudom ez miért negatív másnak! Szállást naponta takarítják és rendbe teszik. A környék hangos, de a nyilászárók jól hangszigetelnek. Közel a metró, sok étterem. A légkondi tökéletes.

Kladný: Pohodlné studio s prostornou koupelnou a slušně vybavenou kuchyní v blízkosti historického centra.. Záporný: Výhled z okna do zdi protějšího domu vzdálené cca 1,5m, nízko nad zemí. Nemožnost otevřít v noci, z důvodu velkého trafiku lidí a neustálým nahlížením procházejících turistů do pokoje.

Laute Gegend, uns hat es aber sehr gut gefallen. Wer günstig Bier oder Sangria trinken möchte ist in diesem Viertel absolut richtig. Auch die Anbindung mit Aufzug und Strassenbahn (Tram) ist perfekt. Das Appartment wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Warum die Putzfrauen bei 3 personen immer ein handtuch vergessen ist uns nicht ganz klar. Auch der Versuch, den Seifenspender aufzufüllen (Putzfrauen) scheiterte, nachdem er danach gebroch war und auslief. Zuvor war es aber noch zur hälfte voll und ausreichend. Die Lockers sind sehr praktisch (am An- und Abreisetag)

Локацията на сградата е върховна, точно над елеватора. В сградата е извършено обновяване, но май доста некачествено. Достъпът до сградата и апартаментите е с код, който се предоставя от хазяите, след плащане на цялата цена. Общуването с тях става само по телефона. При пристигането ни устройството за въвеждане на кода и отваряне на входната врата не работеше. Представете си какъв ужас изпитах при мисълта, че аз и семейството ми ще останем на улицата. Отвори ми един от наемателите, който ми помогна да се настаня. На другата сутрин вратата на банята се откачи от пантите и се стовари върху жена ми. насини й ръката. Обадих се на хазяите по телефона и те обещаха да я поправят. Поправиха я чак на третия ден. Нивото на чистота също не бе от най-високите. Намирах косми от предишни обитатели в спалното бельо.

We stayed in a 2-3 person serviced apartment that is close to the Cais de Sodre metro stop, TimeOuts Market where we ate very well each night, and a short (uphill) walk to Baxia and related areas. Those who dont like walking can use the Ascentador da Bico that is right next door. We looked out to the west and from the afternoon on had the sun coming in through the french doors. It was pretty quiet at night.

Mitten im Partyviertel gelegen, direkt im Haus des Ascensor. Nur einen Katzensprung vom alten Zentrum entfernt.Umgebung leider tagsüber sehr dreckig.Zimmer war leider nicht sauber und die Reinigungskraft hatte keine Lust etwas daran zu ändern.Haare im Bett, Bad nicht wirklich sauber und teilweise abgewohnt. Es fehlte einiges in der Küche.

Habia ruido del ascensor, la ducha no desaguaba bien, sin internet practicamente, no staff para hablar directamente con ellos. Noisy tranvia, shower with problems, no internet, no staff to talk directly with them.

Pozitív: NAgyon modern, ötletes berendezés. Az apartmanház pont az egyik felvonó végállomása felett épült. Metrótól néhány perc sétára.. Negatív: Sok lépcsőn kell felmászni a bejárathoz - házon belül már van lift.

I did not get Any Kode for the door, I hade to go to the hostel and ask the cleaning lady what I should do. The phone Number you should call, did not work. The cleaning lady had call her boss, then I get the doorcode (3 hours before moving in). No reception, so you must have the code.

Positiivinen: Huone siisti ja hyvin toimiva joskin wc-tilat kaipaisivat enemmän yksityisyyttä.. Negatiivinen: Henkilökunta ( siistijät ) tulevat huoneeseen omilla "avaimillaan" koputtamatta ! Respan paikallaolo helpottaisi paikallisten järjestelyjen / matkojen selvittelyssä. Aikaa säästyisi paljon ensimmäistä kertaa Lissabonista vierailevilta.

חיובי: ממוקם במרחק של שש דקות מהמטרו מקום חדש ומסודר במרכז . המארח היה נחמד אבל יש בעיה שאי אפשר לשמור חפצים שם ככה שאם הטיסה שלכם מאוחרת תצטרכו לקחת עוד לילה אפילו שאתם לא נשארים לישון.הכל חדש היה מטבח וכלים מיטה קשה מאוד נוחה.. שלילי: שאין שמירת חפצים ושאין עם מי לדבר כל היום כשאתה שולח מייל למארח הוא לא יודע מי אתה...אין מי שיסביר על טיולים באזור. יום אחד ניקו את החדר ולא החליפו מגבות יום אחר בכלל לא ניקו את החדר.הריצפה מקבלת אבק כל הזמן

Avec la carte de transport, c'est considéré comme un bus/métro, vous ne payerez pas plus cher (soit 1.25€), ça fais parti des réseaux de transport de la ville.

première visite de lisbonne avec mes enfants ( 12 et 16 ans), ils ont adoré, petit moment de répit après la marche, impressionnant mais court.
