Positive: Buona posizione pulita . Negazione: Il tavolo piccolo x 9 persone le scale x accedere forse il cliente dovrebbe saperlo io non ho avuto difficoltà ma .....

Positif: Franchement rien à dire, notre hôte nous attendait à notre arrivée, l’appartement correspondait à nos attentes et très bien équipé.

Positif: En plein centre ville et proche des transports et des commodités. Négatif: Le bruit des tramways le soir peut perturber ceux qui ont le sommeil léger.

Positif: Nous avons aimé l'accueil de notre hôtesse, ses informations, ses conseils - les petits restaurants sympathiques - et sa disponibilité. L'appartement était très confortable et bien situé dans la ville.. Négatif: Un petit bémol sur les 4 étages à grimper mais on y parvient.

Positiva: Muy limpio todo el apartamento. Las camas comodísimas para un buen descanso. Ubicación perfecta. Parada de autobús y tranvía debajo del apartamento. Negativa: Por poner un pero, las sillas no estaban en muy buen estado

Negativa: Los vecinos del piso de arriba. Todas las noches hasta altas horas de la madrugada haciendo muchísimo ruido y voces y con la música muy alta.

Positiva: QUE ES TAL Y COMO LO HABIAMOS VISTO.. Negativa: LAS SILLAS. Y ME SORPRENDIO NO OBTENER UN RECIBO, AL PAGO EN EFECTIVO A LA LLEGADA AL APARTAMENTO. SE ME ENVIARA UNA FACTURA LA SEMANA PROXIMA. ? ? EL RESTO GENIAL.

Nos alojamos dos familias con niños ( en total 9 personas). Apartamento espacioso y con todas las comodidades. Muy ceeca del centro para ir andando y tambien bien comunicado por bus y carries. El único inconveniente es que era un 4° piso sin ascensor, pero es insifnificante al lado de lo a gusto q hemos estado. Justo debajo del bloque hay un restaurante de cocina tipica portuguesa ( Os baroes) que se come estupendamente bien y muy barato.

La estancia es molt agradable. una zona d'estar ampla, dues habitacions amples però sense armari, (només amb estantería). Un bany de grandaria suficient. Tot amb parquet preciós. I situat perfectament per estar prop del centre, del riu i dels transports públics. El nostre era un tercer sense ascensor.

Positive: Al nostro arrivo la cortesia dell host è stata magnifica. Personale molto preparato, molto disponibile. Gli appartamenti sono molto confortevoli, spaziosi, pulizia eccellente. Le camere da letto molto grandi e i letti sono comodissimi...insomma, valuto il nostro soggiorno 10 e lode...grazie. Negazione: Nulla da commentare

Positive: It is very nice, comfortable and clean apartment with a lot of space for 6 people. There was everything what we needed: dishwasher, washing machine, stove with oven, hair dryer.

Positiv: Alles bestens, nachdem der Flug über 4 Std. Verspätung hatte, wurden wir morgens um 2:30h herzlich empfangen.
Die Lage ist sehr urban, auch nebst dem normalen Stadtlärm in der Nacht haben wir sehr gut geschlafen.
Jeronymo zum Breakfast und Alis Kebapladen waren gute Alternativen. Gerne wieder :-). Negativ: Die schräge Treppe in den 3. Stock :-/

Negativ: In aproprierea locatiei sunt multe baruri care sunt f zgomotoase pana la ora 03
Locatia este dispusa pe 3 niveluri, iar urcarea se face pe scari care sunt destul de incomode Scara nu dispune de sistem de aerisire si este un miros de gunoi -acolo sunt si pubelele.
Lenjeria nu se schimba pe tot parcursul sejurului Nu exista servicii de curatenie. Wi-fi f slab
Strazile din jur sunt f vechi, foarte multe cladiri parasite

A good spot to visit Lisboa. You can reach the center with the bus or a lift: the bus stop is in front of the apartment, the lift 5 minutes to walk.
The apartment is modern and very cleaned.

Positivo: A localização do apartamento. O tamanho do apartamento.. Negativo: O barulho por causa das obras na rua e à noite por causa do café a funcionar nas traseiras do prédio.

Positiv: Das Apartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet gewesen. Die nächste U-Bahn Station war nur etwa 7-10 Gehminuten entfernt.
