Absolutely Fabulous! An oasis in amongst the tourist trap restaurants. Warm, cosy, homemade lunches, fabulous coffee, great service and most of all coffee made as it should be made, especially in Portugal.

Lugar aconchegante, acolhedor, ótimo atendimento , porém muito caro pelo que se vende.

Riquisimos pasteles, buen té y café. Todo a precios razonables. Atención amable. WiFi. Aseos muy limpios. Ambiente con muy linda decoración.

Postres muy ricos. Lugar acogedor, un poco caro, pero hay que tener en cuenta que es un lugar para turistas.

Pour un petit déjeuner avec d'excellentes pâtisseries ou un dîner Sandwich ou quiches. Notez qu'il ne prenne que l'argent comptant.

Arrêt au hasard de cette magnifique ville pour s'accorder une pause Pastei. Ce sont les Pastei les plus chères que nous ayons acheté et sans motif réel puisque ce n'ont pas été les meilleures. Aucun prix affichés, j'ai un peu le sentiment de m'être fait pigeonner

I always love eating in this place, warm and friendly staff. They promptly attend you and their pastries are really good! They have the best coffee.

Personal molt simpatic i café molt agradable per descansar de una jornada de turista. Tenen els dolços de la pastisseria Piriquita. Per recomenació del noi de la botiga vaig provar el Travesseiro, molt bo!

It's not easy to find a good, quiet and affordable café in Sintra. Maybe I was lucky that day but it was just perfect, excellent espresso and pastry.

Very slow service. A grilled cheese sandwich took about 5 times what it should have to be made. It was very greasy.

I stopped in here fairly late in the afternoon for a quick bite to eat on my way about town. I had the vegetarian quiche which was microwaved with little fuss and brought to the table. The quiche itself was approaching alright with plenty of spinach and a bit of garlic. The establishment itself is decorated taverna style but when I was there it had the added bonus of a swarm of flies at the door. Sometimes you're hungry and you just need something to eat. Menus were available in English and it is very centrally located in Sintra. Compared to nearby alternatives it is quite cheap as well - two quiche and two cokes came to twelve euros.
