Really an excellent stay. Check in was pretty smooth and I managed to get in by 11AM which was earlier than their normal check in time. Checkout was painless as well.It was like living in a condo for the 2 nights that I was there.It had washer and dryer to use as well as detergent. It had all the necessities of an apartment, including a kitchen, utensils, plates, cooking supplies (even salt and peper). Bathroom was a bit cramped due to the washer being there, but it was a small inconvenience.The sofa was comfortable and the wifi was pretty fast. There was a lot of room in the apartment!

Unusable toilet due to washing machine and tumble dryer squeezed in next to the toilet. Excess charge of 30 Euro to check out that wasn’t specified in the booking. Front door key didn’t work properly took 15 minutes jiggling the key to get the front door open. Avoid this place.

This hotel was a very short walk down a pedestrian area, lots of great street performers and people watching, wonderful life music during the peak weekend times. Our hosts met us on time and were very thorough and kind. The room was extremely well-maintained, and Everything was new and top of the line. We really enjoyed having a laundry machine to! They stopped the room with everything you need, and more. They even gave us a free bottle of wine and a free bottle of sparkling water. El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado y es amplio y limpio. Le quito una estrella pq la ducha queda algo justa si utilizas las 2 a la vez.

We had a lovely time here. The owner was so kind and showed us around and gave us tips for Lisbon. Fantastic location. Had a washer / dryer, kitchen, fridge, iron, everything you could need. We loved leaving the windows open and hearing the sounds of the street and music performers. Only small downside is the double bed was two twins pushed together which was tough for us as a couple because we prefer sleeping close and the beds drifted apart if you laid on the "seam." Overall I would definitely recommend this place as a great stay and a great value for what you get.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent! The unit had a very comfortable bed and was very clean. There was everything that you may need - fridge, dishwasher, laundry facilities, and all of the small kitchen appliances like toaster, etc.. Negative: As a big coffee drinker, I would have liked to have a different coffeemaker. Either one that takes pods or a drip machine that made more than 4 cups at a time. With two people in the unit we would have to make multiple pots of coffee in the morning. Also, There was a hair salon that was being renovated on the other side of the wall in our unit. The construction noise would frequently go very late into the night. Obviously, this had nothing to do with LV Apartments but nevertheless interefered with our peace and quiet in the evenings and disrupted our sleep almost every night.

Negativa: El baño olía mal. No pudimos abrir en ningún momento la puerta al balcón porqué un problema de humedad había levantado el parquet. El día anterior a la vuelta hubo un problema de escape de agua en la cocina, que notificamos pero ni respondieron el mensaje. Se encarece un 3% al pagar con tarjeta, también para el depósito de 150 euros. Tuve que reclamar dos veces antes que me devolvieran el depósito, que se hizo efectivo sesis días después de marchar.

Positive: appartamenti in ottima posizione, molto belli, puliti e dotati di ogni comfort; cucina attrezzatissima, vino e acqua di benvenuto.. Negazione: troppe persone con cui interfacciarsi (proprietario telefonicamente e gestori presenti in appartamento) con conseguenti problemi di comunicazione. Inoltre non è stato possibile lasciare i bagagli in deposito fino al pomeriggio (è stato molto scomodo trovare posto nelle vicinanze poichè anche in stazione hanno pochissimi alloggiamenti e noi eravamo in 16)

Positiv: Utmärkt läge. Mycket välutrustad lägenhet, allt och lite till finns. Kort promenad till Metro och tåg om man t ex vill åka till Cascais/Estoril och Sintra. Trevlig, hjälpsam värd. Nära till mataffär.. Negativ: Det finns ingen garderob, enbart en byrå och några krokar på ett par dörrar. Man kan alltså tyvärr inte hänga upp några kläder på galgar. Vi saknade också spegel i rummet (finns endast i badrummet). Trevligt att kunna se i en helspegel när man klätt sig.

Positiv: Das Frühstück haben wir selbst hergestellt, es war dazu alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten: Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine und ein großer Kühlschrank. Die Betten waren bequem. Wir waren 7 Personen und hatten genug Platz. Wie man dort 12 Personen unterbringt, kann ich mir nicht vorstellen.

Positiv: Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar; mitten in der Stadt, fast alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Negativ: Die Schlüsselübergabe war etwas kompliziert; da die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt, war es bis spät in die Nacht hinein (obwohl in Fußgängerzone gelegen) relativ laut. Bei der Wohnungsrückgabe war die Vermieterfirma m.E. sehr unflexibel.

Дом в старой части города на очень оживленной улице с магазинами и уличными музыкантами, но звукоизоляция отличная: при закрытых окнах в квартире тишина. Нас встретил Антонио (хотя мы опоздали на два часа от установленного времени из-за рейса и не смогли предупредить), спасибо ему за советы и помощь!. Негативный: Если уж совсем придираться - в нашей квартире в спальне была одна тумбочка у кровати, но это совсем мелочи.

Negativo: Gostaria de manifestar minha indignação pela telefonema do Sr Antonio hoje, após ler meu comentário sobre seu apartamento. Ligou para ofender-me que só podia ser uma brasileira desinformação. Acredito que o Booking.com deverá tomar providências sobre comportamentos desse tipo. Estou no meu direito manifestar meu desagravo. Ele, no mínimo ouvir sem contestar.

Negativo: Localização não permite acesso de automóvel, o que dificultou imenso o desembarque de malas. Deveria informar que a rua era pedonal. Rodamos quase duas horas para encontrarmos. Havia a confirmação de que um dos quartos teria 2 camas e ao chegar a resposta foi negativa. Dormi eme um sofá.
