Un apartamento con increibles vistas y todo muy limpio y acogedor. Te ofrecen jabones y productos de desayuno, cosa q nos ahorro una compra. La dueña es una señora emcantadora y muy atenta. Sin duda lo recomiendo calidad-precio y ademas es facil llegar al centro. No olvidar probar el restaurante italiano que hay al lado y el restaurante raizes q tambien esta en la misma calle, ambos deliciosos!

Tolle Unterkunft. Miguel und seine Mutter waren schon beim ersten Email Kontakt sehr nett und informativ. Bei der Ankunft haben sie uns alles erklärt. Wir waren, aufgrund unseres Fluges einige Stunden vor normalen Checkin da. Problemlos haben Sie unsere Koffer angenommen und wir sind solange die Gegend erkunden können. Schon kam eine Nachricht, dass wir früher als geplant in die Wohnung könnten. Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles sehr sauber und all die Dinge, die man benötigt waren vorhanden. Miguel hat uns Restaurants empfohlen, die beide sehr sehr gut waren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn das Haus etwas hellhörig ist. Bei Check out war Miguel's Mutter da. Keine Probleme wegen der Kaution. Eine ganz ganz liebe Dame. Sollten wir wieder nach Lissabon kommen, dann kommen wir sofort in diese Unterkunft.

Muy mala experiencia! No te puedes fiar de que te quieran devolver la fianza y de que cuando no estás en casa entren, ya que lo hicieron durante nuestra estancia. Los encargados de la casa son Miguel y su madre, el primer día fueron muy simpáticos. Pero todo empezó a cambiar cuándo su madre decidió bajar a nuestra casa mientras estábamos cenando a las 22:30 y comenzar a gritarnos, porque decía que hacíamos mucho ruido 6 personas cenando... lo peor fue que al día siguiente durante el check.out tuvimos que llamar a la Policía ya que comenzó a gritarnos de nuevo y se.negaba a devolvernos ni un solo euro de la fianZa!! Cómo si la casa tuviese enormes desperfectos cuando tenía únicamente una pequeña mancha en un mantel ( que se lava) y el horno se había utilizAdo, en un uso normal ( hacer dos pizzas). Dado que no llegábamos a un acuerdo, decidimos ceder y a pesar de decirle que se quedase con parte de la fianza para comprar un mantel, se negó e insistía en quedarse con los 200 euros. Finalmente tuvimos que llamar a la Policía para que interviniese ya que el estado de alteración de la señora nos tenía asustados y era imposible hablar con ella y entender por qué quería quedarse con nuestro dinero. La Policía no pudo obligarle a devolvernos el dinero ya que es labor de booking, pero nos dijeron que la.casa estaba en perfecto estado y que pensaban que la señora únicamente quería quedarse con los 200 euros, al final era su palabra contra la nuestra, y que el dinero lo tenía ella en su bolsillo. Una pena, porque fue un fin de semana estupendo si no llega a ser por la malísima experiencia en esta casa!

중심가에서 조금 떨어져 있어 조용하고 좋았음 버스로 관광지를 이동가능하며 집에 식기들이 깨끗하여 너무 좋았음^^

Положительный: Отличные 3-х комнатные апартаменты, расположенные на 4 этаже с небольшой, но полностью укомплектованной кухней и совместным санузлом. В квартире очень чисто, довольно комфортно, комнаты просторные, из каждой открывается шикарный вид на реку. Также имеется балкон. До центра минут 20-25 пешком, можно доехать на автобусе или трамвае. Рядом с домом 2 небольших магазина, супермаркет находится в 15 мин. пешком. Мигель - отличный хозяин, при заселении все рассказал и показал, при выезде помог заказать минивэн до аэропорта.

Positiva: Me gusto mucho la comodidad del apartamento su funcionalidad y la limpieza, la vista, la tranquilidad de la calle.. Negativa: No sabría decir.. Con eso lo digo todo

Precioso lugar para alojarse. Es un amplio apartamento en el centro de Lisboa. Todo limpio y confortable. Los dueños muy amables. Está bien comunicado.

好意的: 全てが最高、もちろん建物はすこし老朽化しているが、清潔で内装も素敵だった。　ちかくに食料品店もあるし、窓から海に伝統建築の街並みも見える。のんびり滞在をたのしめる場所だった。. 否定的: お湯の温度が低くて、せっかくのバスタブに湯をはれなかった。

Positiva: El Apartamento es enorme, eramos 10 y hemos estado muy comodos. Se nota que ha sido reformado recientemente y da gusto encontar cosas casi nuevas. Estaba todo muy limpio y el trato y la comunicación fantantico, si les escribia sobre dudas me contestaban a los pocos minutos. Desde luego lo recomendaría, a cualquier persona y un precio buenisimo. Negativa: Nada

Positive: Wonderful stay, we got two appartments and where able to have breakfast with 12 persons in the big appartment. We realy enjoyed our stay for five days at this place. Easy access to the city by tram.. Negative: Nothing

Pozytywna: Polecam obiekt Olival! Super lokalizacja - dwa przystanki autobusem/ tramwajem i jesteśmy w centrum! Bardzo pomocny gospodarz. Łóżka mega wygodne! Bardzo czysto. Znakomite wyposażenie apartamentu. No i ta przestrzeń! Można się zgubić :) polecam w 200% Rewelacja!

Positive: Everything was great. The apartment is big, the beds very comfortable, the view is amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped. We walked to the city center every day, it´s not very close but it´s a nice walk. there are also a few supermarkets nearby which helps if you prefer to get some basic things for a longer stay. The host was very nice and helpful, gave us very good suggestion of where to go and what to see. All in all, I highly recommend the Apartment.

Positief: De ontvangst was uiterst hartelijk. Het appartement was zeer schoon, goed uitgerust voor een verblijf met gezin van 4 personen. De inrichting is modern en adequaat. De bedden zijn van goede kwaliteit. Ook lange mensen kunnen hier prima slapen. Het appartement ligt in een relatief rustige wijk van de grote stad, een kwartiertje max per taxi / uber vanaf het stadscentrum (zo'n ritje kost ongeveer 5 euro). Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend. Mini supermarktjes en bakker vlakbij. Thank you Miguel, we had a great stay! Will book again when visiting Lisbon.. Negatief: Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn is dit geen handige locatie, want het is 3 hoog, zonder lift.

Positive: The place was fantastic, Miguel and his mom were super accommodating, they let us in and helped us carry our bags in. They left us tea, coffee and cookies !. Negative: Only thing was the toilet was loud when refilling.. but very clean !

Positif: Grand appartement très propre avec une bonne literie. Les photos sur le site correspondent à l'appartement. Endroit calme à deux pas du centre ville mais attention, les camions poubelles passent vers minuit ce qui cause du bruit. Très bon accueil fait par la maman de Miguel, grande disponibilité. Je conseille vivement cet appartement.. Négatif: Une des chambre est assez bruyante car elle se trouve à côté de la cage d'escalier.

Positief: De bedden . Negatief: De locatie, je moet geld uitgeven om in het centrum te komen, bussen rijden onregelmatig en kost veel tijd. Het beste is om een taxi te nemen of de Uber app te downloaden, snel en goedkoop.Nog zeker 50 euro extra uitgegeven aan reiskosten. Lopen kan maar Lissabon is heuvelachtig. Bovendien is het al 3 hoog met trappen,er is geen airco of ventilator, geen goed sluitende blindering dus vroeg wakker. Wij waren er begin oktober ,31 graden en alleen maar zweten in het appartement want de hele dag staat de zon erop.Kun je nagaan in de zomer. Uitzicht is ook overdreven, rivier is ver weg, recht tegenover wordt een kerk gerenoveerd, elke dag boor geluiden. De eigenaar pretendeert luxe maar dat is enkel D.M.V. een pakje koekjes en koffie. Oude badkamer, zeker voor 4 personen. Geen plankjes om iets op te zetten, moet op de vloer. Wij waren vrij teleurgesteld gezien het hoge cijfer dat verwachtingen schept. De buurt is wel leuk maar daar hoef je niet te zijn als je toerist bent.

Pozytywna: Super położony, czysty, przestronny apartament. Negatywna: Apartament położony jest w bardzo dobrym miejscu. Łatwy dojazd z lotniska, w miarek iskierka do większości atrakcji turystycznych Lizbony. Właściciel przygotował mini przewodnik po okolicy z mapką, który bardzo ułatwił nam orientacje w terenie i poruszanie się po mieście. Wyposażenie jest bardzo proste, ascetyczne, ale jest wszystko czego potrzeba w czasie kilkudniowego pobytu.

Positiv: Es ist eine wirklich schöne Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung findet man einen kleinen Laden fürs nötigste, ein paar kleine Lokale und Cafés findet man auch. In der nächsten Straße fahren Busse ins Zentrum; die Nutzung ist allerdings nur bedingt empfehlenswert, da sie meist überfüllt sind. Mit einem Taxi oder uber kommt man deutlich entspannter ans Ziel.

Pozytywna: Czysto, dobre wyposażenie. Negatywna: Brak czajnika -wodę trzeba gotować w garnku, w sumie to drobiazg. Dojazd z lotniska taxi - 35 EUR! Więc chyba lepiej dotrzeć metrem z przesiadką + kilka przystanków (1,7km) tramwajem.

Positivo: As instalações são novas, confortáveis e limpas. Localização boa e os anfitriões disponíveis.. Negativo: Escadas
