very good location between the beach and the town centre. Spacious rooms but furniture seems outdated and it is not so quiet if you try to sleep before midnight. The best feature of the hotel is swimming pool which is miles better than on the photos. Friendly atmosphere.

Boa localização, piscina boa e funcionários simpáticos... tudo o resto é muito mau! Desde a limpeza (os cortinados deixam cair um pó branco), ao conforto (camas pequenas com colchões rijos e cadeirões da sala sem o mínimo de conforto), á própria qualidade do apartamento (as janelas deixavam passar todo o barulho da rua). Tudo mostra que não há nenhuma atenção ao cliente.

Very well situated. Close to beach and town. Clean. Nice pubs and restaraunts on site. Big pool and well maintained.

Apartamento só com um quarto mas muito espaçoso serviu-nos aos 4 pena termos ficado só 2dias pois ficaria mais e ainda tinha acesso a piscina espectacular. O sítio e envolvente socessegado com praia a +-500m enfim uma experiência a repetir certamente

Excellent place to stay! Short walk to beach, restaurants, bars , supermarket and shops. Very central to everything.

We had a very spacious apartment. Nice and quite. Great location for everything. Would go back again.

Positive: Location was very good - easy walk to the beaches and boardwalks, and to local shops and restaurants.. Negative: Turning on the heat in advance of our arrival would have been greatly appreciated. Check in was difficult - English speaking owner was not available, so we could not get answers to our questions.

Positive: Great apartment, friendly host and perfect location. Negative: If I was to be super critical the apartment was very dusty however generally clean throughout, this did not bother us too much

Positive: Dumas apartments are ideally located for town and beach.. Negative: A better wi-fi would be a good addition as would some decent satellite channels on the TV. With self catering accommodation both of the previously mentioned would boost the attraction for off peak bookings as Alvor is rather quiet at these times. I speak as someone who is a frequent visitor and have been to Alvor four times this year.

Staff are polite but are only available physically for certain times of the day (others by phone) the apartments are spacious and clean. The area is quiet and feels safe. Cons - I'm not a snob but they do not inform you that you have to replace the toilet roll (but they provide maid service which replaces the towels), no air conditioning in the rooms just a stand alone fan to share, family room was 2 single beds and 2 sofa type beds, not a double and 2 singles. Only one fob for the pool which believe me is a pain. Needs more sun beds. Food is good in the cafe downstairs but no entertainment or much to do in the complex. The supermarket onsite closes around the same time as the intermarche (missing a trick there) the other reviews shows pictures of a beach view this is incorrect the beach is a 10 min walk away

Positivo: Tudo!! Foi a primeira vez que estive no Alvor e certamente será o meu próximo destino de férias de verão.. Negativo: Gostaria de ter podido ficar mais tempo mas o orçamento familiar não permitiu.

Positiva: Está muy bien situado. Negativa: La entrada/salida garaje no es buena para coche grande. (rocé el coche al salir )

Positiva: la amplitud del apartamento y la tranquilidad del lugar. Negativa: esperaba una habitación más

Positivo: Excelente localização e óptimas áreas. Negativo: A limpeza dos utensílios de cozinha poderia ter sido mais cuidada
