I enjoyed the breakfast buffet with my family, delicious selections, extra fresh , atmosphere is wonderful the staff is super friendly .. this is 5 star hotel with 5 star review for sure ..

Sans aucun doute un des meilleurs restaurants gastronomique de Lisbonne. Un chef d'oeuvre, des mélanges de saveurs incroyables, tout en harmonie, le chef Pascal Meynard est d'une justesse incroyable ! Le service était parfait, dans un cadre magnifique , j'ai passé une soirée mémorable autours d'un repas extraordinaire, pour tous les amoureux de la cuisine fine, à tester absolument !!!

Without any doubt, one of the best gourmet restaurants in Lisbon. A masterpiece, incredible mixes of flavors, all in harmony, the chef Pascal Meynard is incredibly accurate! The service was perfect, in a beautiful setting, I had a memorable evening around an extraordinary meal, for all lovers of fine cuisine, to test absolutely!

Na verdade as 5 estrelas vão para todo o serviço do Hotel, muito profissional, muito atento e acima de tudo muito humano. Fizemos aqui o nosso casamento e provámos o menu no Restaurante Varanda. O jantar estava perfeito e irrepreensível. Para nosso espanto, no nosso casamento ainda foi melhor. Parabéns!

Fui pela primeira vez ao brunch de domingo do Ritz. É espectacular! Recomendo vivamente que experimentem e eu já decidi que tenho de ir pelo menos todos os anos. Marisco super fresco desde ostras a camarão, sushi do melhor, queijos e enchidos, exterior (menu de verão) com grelhados do melhor, entre outros. E claro, as espectaculares sobremesas! É um luxo que deveria experimentar! Este vale mais do que 5 estrelas, é uma experiência gastronómica!

Estive neste Restaurante do Hotel Ritz de Lisboa, por duas vezes há cerca de 40 anos, na altura era um jovem, mas já nesse tempo fiquei impressionado com o Glamour desta sala . Hoje, a convite de Amigos, voltei a impressionar-me com esta obra de arte, que não deixa ninguém indiferente.. Quanto ao serviço é de Excelência, Top. Menu do Melhor Nível.

Wanting to go somewhere special to eat for dinner with a friend in Lisbon, we decided to make a reservation at Varanda in the Four Seasons hotel. This is synonymous with style and quality and we were not disappointed. Sitting in this fabulous location, with an absolutely luxurious decor, we soaked it all up before ordering.
Looking to get the most of the food, we each chose the Signature Menu as it looked like the best way to enjoy the gastronomic talent in the kitchen. The starters of Pan seared scallops, ginger, lemon confit and voatsiperifery pepper and red mullet, braised fennel with lemon thyme just sat so well together. Both were well-cooked, and the skill of the chef was evident in every mouthful.
The Mallard duck roasted with pecans and cranberry, smoked salsify and liquorice sounded so good that we just had to go for this. We are both fans of duck, and this was excellent. The balance of flavours was pretty much perfect. If you want to eat well in Lisbon then this could well be the choice for you.
After chatting for a while in the beautiful surroundings, we decided that we still had room for a dessert. There was a great selection of petit fours, but the main dessert of the Sudachi with Pennyroyal Granita was an absolute taste sensation! It was sweet enough to be a treat but it wasn’t overwhelming. A great way to end a fantastic meal. Recommended.

Só dou 5 porque não dá para dar mais... Já fui a muitos Brunch, em Hotéis, Restaurantes de Chef... Mas este Brunch devia ser uma marca registada. Absolutamente Fantástico... A melhor prova disso é não me sair da cabeça por mais anos que passem... Desde a apresentação, aos sabores, passando pela variedade... Nada será igual. É caro, mas vale cada cêntimo. Em resumo... Não é um Brunch... É uma experiência de vida.

A must-go in Lisbon. Dinner menu surprisingly cheap when quality is considered.
Much better than those Michelin hypes which charge even higher with poor food, poor service poor and poor environment.

Too expensive for what it offers: A mediocre international breakfast that simply ignores the local amazing fresh products. We were unable to find any local cheese or fruits and the orange juice tastes artificial. Great view

We really enjoyed the Sunday brunch. The mix of a classic setting, excellent service and wonderful cuisine made for a memorable (and romantic) last meal in Lisbon, and even gave us a chance to sample several local foods that we had previously missed.
