Condomínio lindo, com piscina e lavanderia, ótima opção de hospedagem. Estão reformando todos os apartamentos, pois alguns eram um pouco antigos, mas ainda muito bons. Se puder, opte pelos mais altos, terá uma bela vista do mar e da cidade.

I will start of by saying this place is exactly what you pay for. It is clean, beds are comfy, and it had all the cutlery etc that you will need for a place to rest your head. It was 10 minute walk away from the old town. And yes, the walk is steep and hilly, but that is Albufeira! The room we were in was yet to be renovated so could do with some tlc and modernisation but as a place to rest our heads the apartment was perfect!

Was beautiful here by the pool and lovely staff x really enjoyed my holiday x some apartments were a bit dated but mine was modern and they are working on them all lovely grounds around it too

Stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist von 1980 Fernbedienung für TV gibt es nur gegen Pfand. Keine Klimaanlage. Die Pool Anlage sollte häufiger sauber gemacht werden. Das Frühstück sollte man vermeiden.

We have had a great time still here but midway superior apartments are nice but they could improve some aspects. They are up a cobbled pathway or stairs. Not suitable for disabled. Flats are still being renovated in places but not beside us. It is a large complex. Pool would be better heated as it is cold even when temp is warm outside.

Sporcizia nelle stanze che non vi dico piastra della cucina su tre ne funzionava una e se stava accesa anche un luce scattava il contatore un arredamento di trent’anni fa e in una palazzina di 6 appartamenti ne stavano ristrutturando 4 con rumori che iniziavano alle 8 e finivano alle 20 Wi-Fi che ti dicono che era presente nelle stanze non esisteva nemmeno lontanamente per farci cambiare di camera abbiamo dovuto minacciare di chiamare la polizia abbiamo chiamato un operatore di agota e non vi per nulla professionale e con tono superficiale mi ha chiesto se volevo fare il check-aut prima del previsto senza dirmi che poteva trovarmi un altra soluzione abbiamo cambiato camera ma l’unica cosa positiva era che aveva le lampadine funzionanti per il resto era uguale all’altra Morale 5 giorni di rumore nelle orecchie e una piattaforma come Agoda deludente non sceglierò mai più Agoda per qualsiasi altra meta perché come assistenza è inesistente

Nice pool area and bar, rooms a little dated but was having building work done while we stayed, only downside was it's at the top of a steep cobblestone hill and lots of stairs, with even steeper hill to get to old town.

Only couple in a nine block of appartments. Major building work in all areas of complex, Starting at 8am and lasting all day 6pm. Cement mixers, full wheelbarrows and power tools left unattended. Noisy,dusty and strong smell of solvents.

Apesar de estar em obras, o que é normal porque fui em época não balnear (Fevereiro), espaços super amplos, staff muito atencioso, preços em conta comparando a qualidade de quartos que nos são apresentados. Visita que tenciono repetir.

We got everything what we expected for. We stayed there last week of March, weather was warm and sunny: 18-20°C.
Stuff was super helpful and friendly. We were happy and satisfied. Btw, you can use Wi-Fi just next to reception in sitting room.

We stay a few days at the end of March , the balcony overlook the whole of Albufira. Quiet and easy access to the beach and town center. The property is a little dated but you cant complain because the price was so reasonably cheap.

Hotel en travaux, commencement du boucan de 9h du matin à 17h. Chambre en travaux à côté de ma chambre . Personne nous à prévenue de l'inconvénient. Propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer, eau qui sort du robinet et douche de couleur jaune, évidement si il sont en travaux.. Personnel pas aimable, non compréhensible. Bon séjours ☺

It was very noisy due to building work, of which we where not advised about. And the restaurant etc was not open so we had to eat out most of the time . Staff are lovely and it's not their fault regards the negative points in this case.

Em Setembro de 2018 fiz uma reserva de um T1 por 376€ que depois modifiquei dentro dos prazos por um T0 por 260€, cobraram-me 376€ por engano que foi reconhecido e disseram que me devolviam, mas a assistente de direção Dona Cátia Rodrigues diz que não tem obrigação de devolver o pagamento em excesso. Paguei um T1 e deram-me um T0.

Son apartahoteles distribuidos, escalonadamente, en un cerro. De manera, que las lomas están distribuidas alfanuméricamente de menos a mayor. p.e. A1, A2..., B4,... Las letras E son parecidos a Bungalows, y están junto a recepción.
CONSEJOS
-La recepción también está cerca de la loma A1, así que si queréis señal WiFi, no pediros una posición alta.
-Canales de TV internacionales, TVE no tenía voz.TV sin mando, hay que solicitarlo en recepción.
-Zona no céntrica, aunque hay algún bar y una tienda de alimentación
Supongo que en verano, habría más ambiente. En diciembre, nada.
-Existen calefactores en las habitaciones y en un baño, pero no hay aire acondicionado.
-En limpieza, es suficiente, nos cambiaron toallas y barrieron, pero no hicieron las camas. Las mantas se veían muy castigadas por el uso, pero cumplieron su función con el calefactor encendido.
-Los sofás son camas también. En total estancia para cuatro personas.
-La zona de piscina, al aire libre, se ve amplia y con varias piscinas, pero no funcional en invierno.
CONCLUSIÓN
Por lo que pagamos, esta bien, nos esperábamos algo peor, según valoraciones, pero es un sitio tranquilo y con seguridad. No destaca por nada en especial.

Leuke en vriendelijk personeel. Bij aankomst gevraagd of we misschien ergens een pizza konden bestellen. We kregen meteen een menukaart, en de jongen achter de receptie belde het door naar de pizzeria. Deze kwam ook zeer snel.

Apartamentos completamente degradados. Falta de higiene na roupa da cama. Colchões já com pouca qualidade. Lençóis gastos. Pouca luz. Portas e janelas sem vedantes. Não recomendo a ninguém!

I loved it but it was quiet there. Basic but clean, old fashioned but perfect. Friendly staff and always on hand to answer any queries and help 24 hours a day. Albufeira is hilly so unless you are in the town all accommodation is on a hill. You can either walk down the steep path or take the main entrance path. Reception will also phone you a taxi if you find it hard walking, cost about 5 euros.

We spent 10 days in the Algarve and our wonderful accomodation was at the Albefeira Jardim Apartments for Tourists. We had everything we needed & if we required anything else, we were provided with it immediately! All of the employees were very friendly and very helpful in answering any of our questions. This was our first visit to Portugal and we look forward to returning and staying with the Albefeira Jardim Apartments on our next visit!

May not be holiday from hell but not far off. Still accepting holiday makers when no facilities open cannot get food drink. Older staff absolutely obnoxious in dire need of customer relations classes when we complained about no facilities or water was told if we didn't like it to leave. Rooms very dated but clean. Most staff (not all) very rude would NEVA EVA recommend staying there even if u was on low budget especially with children disgusting treatment and can not even bring myself to award 1star rating but had to to leave review

It was nice the decor is very dated but there is signs of that being rectified so hopefully in the future.
it was very clean and the serving staff were very friendly the pool area is great with the bar in the centre of the pools free wifi at the bar unfortunately this doesn't reach all the room's again hopefully this will be rectified. it's a good bit up from the old town and it took a few days to find the best way to walk down but if you like walking and exploring it's great. I would recommend it but don't go expecting 5star you do get what you pay for and for the money they charge you will find very few places better

Very dissatisfied. Room was a cold shell and ugly. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, hard and kept moving due to being 2 single beds pushed together. Pillows were awful, thin and lumpy. Woke up with bad back and neck every morning. Freezing cold at night, heater does not work. Hot water runs out after running half a bath. TV picks up 2 channels the rest are blurry. Hotel at the very top of steep hill with hundreds of steps to get to hotel room. Staff are unhelpful and rude apart from 2 of them. There was builders in the apartment underneath us which were loud from 7am. Bar was empty as it is rubbish. And to top it all off 100 euros went missing from our room. Terrible we will never return

Cheap place. Apartment is comfortable, but the lighting in the kitchen is poor.
You need to bring your liquid and sponge for dishes (shampoo etc. for your hygiene as well).
The bathroom smells almost always.

Very cheap and cheerful. Friendly staff and good facilities. Very close to the old town which is great going down not so good coming back unless you like hill walking. I wouldn't recommend it to the elderly unless you were using taxis. Depending on your block also theyre could be a lot if stairs

Went here with my partner and 2 friends in Sept 2018, was disgusted with the room ants every where, the room is very outdated, no air con & sink fell off the wall in the bathroom. People in the room next door trashed the room early hours in the morning, one couple had thier belongings and money stolen by the cleaner! Only plus side was the pool area which wasn't too bad and the car staff was friendly. Will not be staying here again.

Facilities not great. Rooms in need of a good clean.
Hotel is situated up a hill which is great for guests that are fit but not so good for elderly or unfit people.
Albufeira is beautiful though and will definitely return.

El peor hotel en el que he estado y me he recorrido unos cuantos. Las fotos ni se aproximan a la realidad, sucio, deacuidado, mala atención en recepción...lleno de guiris borrachos...
En fin, mejor pagar un poco más y buscar otro sitio mejor.

The apartment it's self is terrible. The beds are like prison beds . Only been here 3 nights and my back is in half. It all needs a good update . Not even a kettle to make a cup off tea. The pool and the surroundings are spotless and the staff are lovely. It's a shame the apartments are so bad .

You get what you pay for, as a budget holiday accommodation it's ok, no frills but serves a purpose. Nice pools (3 of), snack foods for lunch are good and there's plenty of decent sun loungers many with fixed parasols offering much needed shade. Lots of steps and steep slopes everywhere though so not appropriate for the less able person. Pictures show view from apartment.

Apartment basic would recommend they get new maids as not the cleanest.. About a million steps to the apartment but manageable if you have no mobility issues . A small walk to the town centre of albefuria which is beautiful and the beach is also lovely! Pool in the hotel is very clean and nice to lounge around! Entertainment not for the English but plenty in the town centre I wouldn't come again but can't complain on the price and enjoyed our holiday!

Was a bit wary after reading some past reviews but other than a bit of repainting our apartment was fine, spacious with 2 bathrooms and the staff were always helpful and polite, wouldn't bother me if I was to stay there again and it's situated well for the old town square

The absolute worst experience I have ever encountered in accommodation ever. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. There was 16 golfers staying for 4 night's and within minutes of us entering our rooms @ 8pm we were all searching for new accommodation. The only way yo describe it was dirty, smelly, unsafe overall a nightmare. Needless to say we left the very next morning for a new place to stay. DO NOT SYAY HERE. Unfortunately it wouldn't let me give -10 stars

La habitación que nos han dado no es la misma que aparecía en las Fotos cuando reservamos el alojamiento. Es mucho más vieja y fea, además la Habitación está sucia, con mal holor y muchas hormigas.
El agua caliente no funciona, en definitiva, una mala experiencia.

En stjerne for pool og en stjerne for beliggenhed. Det er et misligholdt hotel uden for standard. Det er normeret til 3 stjerner, men rangerer væsentligt lavere end det. Der er ikke aircon på værelserne og det er ikke muligt at leje det heller. Hvis du er heldig kan du låne en propelblæser. Men så heldige var vi ikke. Interiøret er gammelt og slidt. Fliser er flækkede og rengøringen er dårlig. Der var en ram lugt på vores værelse hvilket vi klagede over. Der kom en håndværker og skruede lidt på vandet og tætnede toilettet ved gulvet. Lugten er her stadig. Sengene er sten hårde.

Cómo empezar.... Nada más llegar...A esperar!!! Porque nuestra habitación no está lista y solo hay una recepcionista para mas de 100 apartamentos. Después de esperar 30min nos dan otra y al llegar encontramos que esta sucia ( cama sin hacer, papelera llena de basura, comida en la mesa)!!! Otra vez de vuelta a recepción cargados con las maletas para quejarnos y que nos den otra decente. Decente por decir algo porque los apartamentos son MUY VIEJOS!! Apenas hay cuberteria, 2 vasos, 2 tenedores, 1 mini nevera que pierde agua... Todo antiquísimo.
Poquísima seguridad, la cerradura de mi buzón de casa es más segura que la que tiene la puerta...
Hay parking pero tienes que subir por una rampa llena de baches y agujeros. Si no tienes un 4x4 tienes que subir por otro lado.
La playa queda un poco retirada para ir andando y la subida a la vuelta es fuerte.
Si estuviese reformado ganaría muchísimo porque la zona es bonita, el pueblo encantador y hay buen ambiente.
Por supuesto no volveremos aqui.

Absolument insatisfaits ! Un scandale pour les prix élevés qui sont en moyenne moins cher dans d'autres locations. Un personnel incompétent qui ne sait même pas répondre à la demande du nettoyage de la chambre et oui car quand nous sommes arriver la chambre été bâclé toute sale, les femmes de ménages n'avait pas fait la moitié de leur travail. Puis la chambre mal isolé nous entendions toute la nuit les gens ivrognes rentrer et gueuler.La literie été inconfortable et c'est un petit mot si vous avez des problèmes de dos n'y aller pas .. Je suis rentrer avec le dos en compote. Ils n'ont pas de lit double non plus ! Nous étions y aller en couple alors c'est pour dire que nous étions déçus ! Et le matin c'était au tour des femmes de ménage mal polies de se mettre à gueuler en racontant leur vie et avec un langage de Chartier (et oui je parle portugais je suis portugaise ). Sans parler de la piscine qui été sale des mégots flotter à la surface et je ne citerais pas d'autres choses .. dommage pour tout ça car le cadre est superbe et on ne dirais pas en arrivant aux résidences que c'est aussi piteux .. nous avons été profondément déçus car c'était une promo alors le prix été encore plus extravagant pour un lieu qui n'en vaut pas plus de la moitié. Je vous déconseille vivement !!

EL PEOR HOTEL DE MI VIDA.
UNA PESADILLA.
- Quiero dejar constancia de la situación tan DEPRIMENTE del apartamento.
- Manifestar la ESCASA higiene del mismo, sin siquiera disponer de útiles de limpieza (balleta, escoba, fregona,...)
- Suelos MANCHADOS e incluso un chicle pegado en el suelo de una de las habitaciones.
- Toallas SUCIAS.
- Poquísimo surtido de menaje de cocina, sin poder disponer de suficientes cubiertos.
- OLOR nauseabundo en los baños y apartamento.
- Entraron en la habitación y nos robaron.
- La CERRADURA de la puerta de entrada no ofrecía seguridad, ya que es igual que cualquier puerta de paso (baños).
- La puerta de acceso al edificio (bloque) NO CIERRA por lo que permanece abierta todo el día y la noche.
- El hotel no se hizo responsable de nada.
- Perdimos todo el día por el robo y consiguiente denuncia a la policía y hoja de reclamaciones al hotel. Adjunto fotos.

Li muitas coisas negativas ainda estou a meio da estadia e sinceramente acho.os funcionarios muito prestaveis a piscina limps mas sem nadador mas boa os apartamentos sao jeitosos um.pouco antigos mas com tudo, nao tem wifi e a tv é antiga....sinceramente quem vem.pra férias para ver tv???? Em alguns ouve se barulho de bares e discotecas, musica alta mas se se quer sossego váo para outro sitio. Estou habituada a sitios mais caros e acho este muito agradável....tem um.monte atrás normal que apareçam abelhas ou se ouça cigarras mas nada é perfeito....estou a gostar muito

It is a really nice place if you don't want to spend lots of money. It is pretty basic but all you need. The pools are great and the tennis court is fab. I'm not too fond of all the steps on the way to our room but other than that it is beautiful.

All I say is do not book to stay here, unfortunately all the rumours are true, a group of us stayed here in May. The rooms although large are basic to say the least, the grounds leading to the rooms are dirty and over grown. While staying there one of the rooms was burgled when reported to staff they didn't care at all. The staff are the worst I have come across anywhere abroad they are unhelpful and grumpy all the time.

- Almost no kitchen utensils (no forks, strainer, scissors...)
- Almost no light (not comfortable at day or night), not light on the terrace either.
- Bad situation, to far from the center or the beach.

Comment se faire arnaquer par les hôtels , trop fort les portugais, all exclusif appartement a 500metres de tout , boire, manger, jeux, piscine, petit déjeuner soit tu te le lève a 8hdu matin pour déjeuner a 9h sinon tu prends le voiture une honte !!!!

Accueil très sympathique . Petit déjeuner buffet excellent , beaucoup de choix . Les chambres sont basiques et je n’ai pas cuisiner .
Restaurant et snack bar dans ce complexe . Personnel très gentil.
3 belles piscines , 2 grandes et une pour enfant.
Très belle vue sur l’océan
Gros problème : les escaliers . Pour aller à la piscine escaliers idem pour réception et petit déjeuner
Quand vous arrivez avec des valises et que vous êtes tout au dessus bon courage !!!!!

Apartamentos sucion con muebles viejos. Nada parecido a lo que muestran las imágenes de la web. Lo que si es igual es la piscina que está muy bien y con un horario amplio. Está bien para aparcar ya que hay mucho sitio y es gratis. La playa está andando a unos 6-8 minutos.

Yo he estado en julio en un apartamento bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad, la cual es muy bonita durante la noche. El apartamento perfecto amplio luminoso bien aislado del ruido con todo lo necesario. Si tuviera que poner alguna pega una de las recepcionistas tenía un carácter bastante agrio y se olido de darnos los horarios del desayuno el cual lleva amos contratado y casi perdemos por su culpa. Pero el personal del restaurante a pesar de llegar casi a la hora de cerrar nos ofrecieron desayunar sin ningún tipo de problema ni prisa. Volveré.

Estuvimos en una habitación con la cama probablemente más incómoda en la que he dormido jamás. Siendo apartamento entraron una vez alojados sin avisar a dejar toallas, las cuales no dejaron preparadas de antes. Nada de jabón, gel, champú...por el precio que pagamos no fue la mejor opción.

-Como aceitam grupos, acaba por ser impossível estar na piscina com filhos, pois a confusão é de tal maneira que acabamos por sair e regressar ao apartamento. Deviam reavaliar essa situação, pois não dá para usufruir da piscina com a família...
A decoração também devia ser atualizada.

1. Przyjechaliśmy o godzinie 11, hotel wydał nam klucze o 18:45 po interwencji ze strony Rainbow.
2. W pokojach ciemno jak w dupie.
3. Karaluchy wielkości kotów.
4. Wszędzie bezdomne koty.
5. W wersji allinclusiv - jedno danie "bierz ile chcesz"
6. Nie można wziąć 2 napojów lub więcej przez jedną osobę, nawet dla dziecka bądź żony. Musza same sobie pójść.
7. Niemiła obsługa.
8. Śniadania da się zjeść, obiady i kolacje bida. Przekąski? Nie istnieją.
9. Brak animacji.
10. Nie dali nam obiadu w dzień przyjazdu. Brak śniadania w dzień odjazdu.
11. Opaskę "allinclusiv" dostaliśmy po 15. Dla tych z Poznania.
12. Nie czyszczą basenu.
13. Brak ratownika.
14. Brytyjczycy robią codziennie w nocy zadymy, wchodzą przez balkony ludziom do pokojów.
Wiem, że jest to niskobudżetowy hotel, czyli akceptuje stan pokoju ( stary wystrój). Ale jakość świadczonych tutaj usług rażąco odbiega od europejskich standardów.
Zapomniałem o plusach:
1. Dobre umiejscowienie, niedaleko od miasta +-10-15min, do plaży 15min.
2. Sklepy jakieś 5min.
3. Blisko komunikacja miejska.
4. 3 baseny, dwa dla dorosłych i brodzik dla najmłodszych.
5. Duzo drzew, krzewów, trawy.
6. Kort tenisowy.
7. Bar przy basenie.
8. Wi-Fi przy basenie.
9. Leżaki i parasole przy basenie dla wszystkich.

We booked 2apartments we got into it and it was filty empty beer bottles socks and shorts on floor of bedroom beds not made beer bottles every where they asked for 50euro each for deposit I refused to pay it as I heard from a guy who stayed there he never got his back they then moved us to another apartment there was a smell in it and not very clean we moved to another resort please don't go near it especially if you have small children

Tenía reserva con localizador y cuando llegue a recepción que no me podían dar habitación porque no lo había hecho en el mismo día. Que la habitación estaba vacía pero no tenía a nadie para limpiarla con lo cual me quedé a las 21h sin hotel ni solucion y el dinero ya me lo han cobrado.

Hated it was not even worth the one star place was disgusting firstly asked for ground floor given a room which had to climb 161 steps and im disabled moved after 3 days room still disgusting was filthy and un safe when we complained and said looked nothing like the pictutes we got told no it don't coz the pics was someones home they just used them never ever go back again we had ti boil water for bath as no hot water bedding was disgusting beware do not go

EIN STERN IST SCHON ZU VIEL (wurde von uns nur notgedrungen gegeben).
Es herrschten absolut UNZUMUTBARE hygienische Zustände. Angefangen bei Mäuse-/Rattenkot und Schimmel in der Küche, bis hin zu riesigen Urinflecken auf der Bettwäsche und Kotrückständen auf den Handtüchern. Wir haben uns mehrfach beschwert und eimmal das Zimmer gewechselt.
Im neuen Zimmer wurde dann der Boden gewischt um den Anschein von "Sauberkeit" (in diesem Hause wohl ein Fremdwort) zu erwecken, Urinflecken und Schimmel, kaputte Möbel und alle Arten von Dreck gab es jedoch weiterhin. Als wir uns an der Rezeption über die fleckigen Decken beschwerten brachte man uns neue, in noch schlimmerem Zustand. Auf erneute Anfrage erhileten wir die Antwort "manche Gäste urinieren eben ins Bett und dann sieht das halt so aus". Da war für uns klar, dass wir dort nicht bleiben würden. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren super unfreundlich und alles andere als hilfsbereit (obwohl wir anfangs wirklich noch freundlich waren...), eine Mitarbeiterin sagte immerhin Sie fände es an unserer Stelle auch absolut unzumutbar, könne aber selber leider nichts machen, zog dann den Geschäftsführer hinzu, der uns in das neue, angeblich "frisch gereinigte Zimmer" einquartierte.
Alles in allem hielten wir es in diesem Drecksloch notgedrungen eine Nacht mit Jacken und gefühlt sekündlich wachsendem Herpes (vor Ekel) auf den "Betten" aus. Am nächsten Tag buchten wir uns auf eigene Kosten ein neues und perfektes Hotel, letztendlich sogar viel billiger und 100x besser als dieses Drecksloch.
ACHTUNG noch ein gut gemeinter Tipp für alle TUI Urlauber (oder wenn ihr noch überlegt über TUI zu buchen LASST ES SEIN). Auf unseren Hilfegesuch (per email und stundenlangen (kein Witz, nach 13 Minuten flog man immer aus der Leitung und unter 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit pro 5 Minuten Gespräch ging gar nichts) wurde nicht reagiert und wir wurden immer weiter vertröstet, obwohl wir Fotos geschickt hatten, die schon als gesundheitsgefährdend eingestuft werden können. Bis heute erhielten wir keine Erstattung und lediglich einen Gutschein über etwa 1/10 des Urlaubswertes, obwohl man uns im Urlaub nach zahlreichen Telefonaten die Erstattung des neuen Hotels + eine Entschädigung zusicherte. DER ABSOLUTE HORROR TRIP!!!!

We did a Prysvrij holiday packet and this was the hotel where we stayed. We had a awesome time, evantho it was out of season because it wasn't so busy we had a really nice time relaxing aswell. The service is excellent and the people at counter are so friendly. There is one guy that workes with the bookings he really stood out for me with his friendly, funny service. Will definitely go and stay there again and will recommend it for anyone. Has a awesome view aswell.

We had a lovely time in albufeira but this hotel was no where near what was expected.
We had three apartments one the electrics tripped constantly
One the cooker wouldn't turn off unless tripped in main box
One if you tried to use the hob you got shocked and couldn't use the cooker as it tripped the plug sockets
None of the bars were open the pool though advertised at 25 degrees was to cold to get in.
The upside was the view
but ants in the rooms no kettles in two and no toasters in any until we virtually begged was just not good enough.
The beds were hard as nails and not actually beds more like sofas.
I know you get what you pay for but still.

You get what you pay for. The apartments are basic. Don’t have everything in but you can ask at reception and they will provide for you.
The beds are very comfy. Only down side for me was the noise lever from over apartments, you can hear everything.

So we arrived late at night. Tired and just wanted to rest. Got keys to room 256. Struggled to find our way up all the steps. No lighting and it felt very unsafe. Entered the room only to find what can be described as a cave. Smelly. Beds were something out of a prison as were the blankets which were hard brown wire itchy tupe dog blankets. Dangerous cooker and fridge. Slept with clothes on and hood up. For fear of bugs. Tiles on floor broken ans the list is endless. I have photographs to prove this and will be taking it further. Do not stay here. Refused upgrade just wanted out. Luckily got another hotel cheaper and much better. Cannot even rate this place one star.

Just back from a stay at these apts last week went with such dread after reading the reviews couldnt have been more wrong apts yes were a bit dated but they had everything u need in them and they were spotless not one bug did i see and apts were cleaned evry day i was there beds changed towels fresh bins emptied and floors washed staff were so friendly and view from our balcony was amazing is a bit hilly but the exercise done me good i would definitely come back here again xx liz glasgow

Very dated rooms. The beds were not mattresses but more like a sofa, very firm and uncomfortable. No duvet, just a bed sheet and old hairy blankets. I didn't sleep a single night. Very old electric cooker didn't work nor did the tv. The facilities onsite were ok although the staff were not so good, especially at reception. I had a real problem with them while trying to change my room as the room I got was not what was shown while I was booking, I even showed them screenshots to which the response was take it or leave it. Not the treatment I expect when booking a room in good faith. The restuarant food was terrible, not worth the money. The location is a bit far from the beach I felt and downhill all the way. Definitely a taxi is required for the way back unless you're super fit. The uphill climb is a killer. I was so disappointed with the location I booked a flight home after only three nights. Without a doubt the worst place I have ever been.

I think the difference between the good and bad reviews from this hotel has to do with which room you get lucky to get. I saw some rooms that were refurbished, and we obviously stayed in one that wasn’t and it was a horrible experience. I am not picky at all with hotels but this room was in very bad conditions, They shouldn’t be allowed to rent these rooms, they are moldy, beds and blankets are very old with cigarette burned holes, old and dirty sheets, very old and bad pillows, even the mirrow in the bathroom was all rusty, besides there was a dirty towel in the terrace. I asked to change us to a room with minimum conditions and they said the rooms they could offer me were all the same so they didn’t change it. This is for sure a place I will never come back to and hope this review help other people to don’t go through this bad experience.

No hot water dirty cupboards no kettle no toaster bedbugs receptionist during the day was the most ignorent mam id ever met when we were trying to get our rooms changed the reception was full of people complaining about their rooms in the end we had to find alternative accommodation one poor lad on crutches was 5 days with no hot water and no good for any old person because its all steps up hill to get to the rooms. This place should definitely be closed

Baratas andando no quarto. Sem roupas de cama só um cobertor velho cheirando a naftalina. A sanita não tinha água e o duche não esquentou. Não tinha livro de reclamações e não emitiu fatura. Chegamos as 22 hs, deixamos as coisas para ir para a balada e nos deparamos com isso. Péssimo atendimento. Ninguém resolve nada. Cheira a mofo. Péssimo custo benefício. Quarto caindo aos pedaços bem diferente das fotos. Não vale a pena. Não vá ou se arrependerá.

Lovely hotel, staff all nice and friendly, we are in a refurbished room which is lovely.. Pool area is very clean, read lots of bad reviews before coming here and I would say to ignore every single one as we have loved every minute of our 4 night stay and even looking to fetch our 2 kids along for 3 weeks in may.

Stayed for 4 nights even though people make it out to be a prison cell its not that bad, even though we did have a few problems, first night i found a cockroach, the beds are pretty hard and we had no air con and shower kept running cold after about 10 minutes, but have to say cleaners did a good job and so did the staff at breakfast.

Complexe-resort avec 2 piscines grand format et une plus petite. Il y a de la musique, un bar central avec restaurant et un autre bar. Il y a un petit dépanneur pour le complex mais attention! Les prix sont exorbitants! Les piscines sont ouvertes de 8 à 20 h. À 15 minutes à pied des boîtes de nuit et restaurant ainsi que de la plage. Il faut faire son épicerie dans le coin des restaurants autrement les prix sont beaucoup plus cher dans les petits mercados à proximité ( au moins 7 minutes à pied) Les logements sont très petits, idéal pour un couple pas plus!

Nice place to stay, right beside the old town, bus stop right outside the apartments. You can be in the thick of things in about 8 min walk including the beach. Apartments are cleaned daily.

I thought this place was bang on for 50 quid a night. I was travelling by myself. There was nothing bad about the apartment. It is quite difficult to find yout apartment in the beginning but you get used to the route and the hill lol, very close to old town, only a short walk. I would stay here again.

Os quartos são muito bons mas é necessario trazer alguns utensilios de casa como uma faca que corte bem e uma pá e vassoura. Mas é um local limpo e acesseado, com ar condicionado. Agora a piscina é um caso de outro mundo: suja, com beatas a boiar dentro de agua, cinzeiros cheios, copos de cervejas deixados ao sol à beira da agua...um horror. De manha apanhei o empregado a limpar a zona com uma mangueira a apontar a porcaria, para dentro da piscina. Muito bom... tem um enpregado no bar da piscina, restaurante e café... e o senhor de hoje nem fala português, nem percebe. Pedi um abatanado e....não trouxe nada. Podia ter sito que nao sabia o qe era, mas preferiu ignorar. Não o culpo porque tratar de três zonas, tudo ao mesmo tempo, é de loucos. São todos simpáticos,mas as condições desta zona comum são deploráveis.

For a week our apartment was only serviced once. No linen change. We requested for brush and dust pan to clean ourselves we were told they can't provide it that the housekeeper will come which didn't happen. It was a terrible experience from our first day at Albufeira Jardim apartments.

Reasonable pricewise for what you get and a decent enough location. This is really an apartment complex and not a hotel. The rooms are pretty basic. The shower water pressure and temperature is perfect. The rooms look like they were last decorated in the 80s. The setting is pleasant enough and there seem to be more Portugese folk resident here than tourists from abroad. The pool area is pleasant enough although the staff there at the bars/restaurant are worse than useless. The shop beside reception is handy and not exorbitantly expensive. The reception staff on the other hand are very accommodating and friendly. The food and service at the pool area are as bad as I have experienced anywhere but there are plenty of decent spots to eat/drink round the locale. Ok if you are going for a last minute deal, but if you have the time and money do shop around.

Il y a tellement de choses à dire négatives malheureusement.. Nous sommes arrivés vers 12h et avons dû attendre jusqu'à 16h30 car la chambre n'était pas encore prête. Ensuite quand nous avons la chambre, en faisant un tour de la chambre nous avons trouvé 2 cafards dans la baignoire alors que le sol était encore mouillé du nettoyage des dames de ménage. Après réclamation nous avons changé de chambre, on a passé un séjour de 15 jours ils n'ont pas changé les draps une seule fois j'ai réclamé des draps aux dames de ménage et j'ai du faire mon lit par moi même. Question propreté ça laisse à désiré..... Un coup de serpillière à la vite fait et ramassage de poubelle et c'est tout, je les ai vu faire devant moi. Même pour le PQ on devait aller en chercher à la réception. Une télé très ancienne et sans télécommande. Que 2 prises dans la chambre une dans la cuisine et une où était branché la télé.

A ÉVITER, FUYEZ.... Grosse arnaque, personnes mal intentionnés, je suis venu avec des amis il y a peu de temps. Appartement déplorable (linge trouvé dans le placard de la tv, wc qui ne fonctionne pas, porte fenêtre rendant sur l'extérieur impossible à fermer, et le soir d'arriver plus d'électricité), service déplorable et très irrespectueux envers sa clientèle, personnes de mauvaise fois, nous voulant pas trouvé de solution, refusant de nous changé d'appartement, même un membre du personnel a menacé mon ami verbalement quand on a commencé à se plaindre. Très mauvais souvenir qui est resté au travers de la gorge, et cela est vraiment dommage car la ville est belle et il y a de quoi voir. Aller vraiment tailler, CET HOTEL NE DEVRAIT PAS AVOIR DE CLIENTÈLE, IL DEVRAIT ÊTRE FERMER. J'aurais mis zéro si j'avais pu.

Quality price is excellent. Newly refurbished and aiming to be 4 stars apartments soon. They have made arrangements to improve the decoration, gardens and all infrastructures in general. There are 3 swimming pools for all ages and abilities, a 5 a side pitch and a tennis court to entertain children and adults. It is very quiet at night for a peaceful sleep. For those who like to party there is a very popular bar near the apartments. The only bad think is the supermarket, prices are just too expensive in comparison to any normal supermarket. Maybe they can take a look at this and make prices much more affordable for guests and residents.

Local muito agradável onde se consegue estar no centro de Albufeira mas com um clima de tranquilidade. A poucos metros da vida nocturna e agitada de Albufeira velha. Piscina porreira com bar e restaurante. Espaços de jardim engraçados. Corte de ténis e parque infantil disponível. Mini mercado a poucos metros com pão fresco todos os dias. A necessitar de algumas transformações e remodelados mas mesmo assim muito acolhedor! Local altamente familiar e seguro! É certamente uma opção para quem quiser passar umas férias no Algarve “sem abrir em demasiado os cordões à bolsa”!

Had a great time in the Albufeira Jardim booked on a self catering basis, the kitchen was brand new and more than adequate for the time we spent there, ignore reviews they are outdated, the apartments are in the process of being upgraded the views are stunning , be prepared to walk,its hilly & you dont need a toaster because they do baguettes & toasties in the restaurant .

The checkin was delayed for 1 hour, it wasn't cleaned. The apartment was falling apart. The kitchen tap was leaking. The fridge made so much noise my children couldn't sleep. And the shower water was brown.
There was tones of noise outside during the night has well.
The whole place is stuck in the 60's.

Ainda estou em estadia, fiquei surpreendido pelos comentários. Mas temos de ver uma coisa. Eu reservei a estadia pela agência e pedi boas condições. Acredito e pelo que vejo pelo booking maior parte quer gastar pouco e não tem atenção ao que reserva. Eu estou num estúdio superior. Com cozinha. Se verificarem no booking estes estúdios são quase o custo do dobro dos apartamentos comuns. Inclusive eles têm as características no site deles, falando tb nas questões de limpeza, e na mudança da roupa de cama. Não é feita como um hotel normal. Querem serviços top por preço de acampamento. Falaram aqui na piscina que estava suja... Eu não vi nada.

Hotel très bien situé pour aller faire la fête et aller sur la plage à pied (10minutes environ).
La piscine est petite.
Au niveau du service c’est la catastrophe, le personnel a dut mal à comprendre le portugais et le français encore moins, ils parlent que Anglais. Le petit-déjeuner est spécial anglais tout les matins, pas de buffet, boisson en poudre etc.. les chambres sont spacieuses, mais gros problème au niveau de la propreté, le personnel ne vient pas nettoyer la chambre et déposer des serviettes propres et quand on demande à l’accueil d’en avoir en rentrant de la plage, il y en a plus.

The location is really close to the city center. Very affordable compared to other places. it was clean and very organized with a beautiful view of the sea.
There are alot of activities and really cool outdoor pool.
The only problem was that the check-in is at 16:30 and check- out is at 11h.
Tip: there are only towels, bring the soap and shampoo.

Resort nice, but room very dated. 3 Pools, 2 adult & 1 for smaller children. Pool bar and restaurant. Tennis courts and small shop on site. Saftey deposit box in rooms, €2 p/day plus €20 deposit. Staff friendly and helpful.

É triste não haver a possibilidade de não atribuir nenhuma estrela ao aparthotel, falta limpeza ao quarto, faltou sabonete e gel de banho na casa de banho, falta de toalhas, falta de utensílios na cozinha, não limparam nada da varanda (chão, cadeiras e mesas), a piscina imunda, falta de estacionamento....

Uma experiência a não repetir. Quando veijo aqui comentários a dizer bem, só podem ser de pessoas que trabalham ou têm alguma coisa a haver com este empreendimento. Péssimas e nojentas condições de higiene, desde as casas de banho (não trocam toalhas, nem acrescentam, não dispõem de secador nem produtos de higiene), piscina (não se vê o fundo de tão suja que está), cozinha (falta de utensílios, nomeadamente pratos, copos, talheres, torradeira, etc) e estacionamento inexistente para a quantidade de apartamentos que têm.

Belle vue du balcon sur la mer et la verdure. Appartement avec vieux meubles mais bien entretenu (le bon entretien des appartements varie apparement selon les proprietaires car d après certains commentaires, ils ne sont pas tous en bon état). Piscine agréable. A 10 min à pied du centre ville. Retour plus long car l hôtel est sur une colline. Parking destiné aux clients appréciable. On ne nous a pas demandé de caution

Se pasaron una vez en seis días a limpiar,no nos cambiaron las toallas en 6 días tengo problemas y dicen que me devolvieron la fianza voy al banco y me dicen que no les enseño el extracto y me dicen que es problema de mi banco y cito textualmente lo que me dijo la recepcionista:
Es que los españoles son todos iguales habláis muy rápido y no escuchais.
Comentario que me parece que es un poco degradante ya que mete a un país entero por ciertas experiencias que ha tenido con españoles pues señorita no todos somos iguales todos somos ciudadanos del mundo y en el mundo hay de todo así que menos prejuicios y más trabajar bien por que el dinero buen que lo pilláis al momento. No volvería ni gratis con todo incluido ala se que daréis is 50€pero espero que esto sirva para todas las personas españoles o no que estén alli para que lo tengan en cuenta.

A spacious two bedroom apartment however the quality of the decor needed updating and modernisation. The beds were quite hard and there wasn't enough pillows for us. Very windy, shutters and windows rattled throughout the night. Good complex and the pool was very clean. 15 minute walk to the old town so in a good location, however I would reccomend a taxi or uber back as the hill is pretty steep. Quite expensive for the quality overall.

Das Schlimmste Hotel was ich je besucht habe.Zimmer war dreckig und komplett aus den 70er Jahren.Klimanlage,Heizung im Bad waren Defekt.Wenn man drei Sachen gleichzeitig angeschaltet hat ist die Sicherung vom Strom raus geflogen.Ich könnte wirklich tausend Sachen hier bemängeln.Zudem war das Personal sehr unfreundlich.Ich rate jedem ab dieses Hotel zu buchen.Man würde im Wald besser Schlafen als in diesem Hotel.

No sabría por dónde empezar, en la terraza no hay luz, las almohadas malissimas, los fuegos de la cocina no van la mitad, el frigorífico no enfría, la tele en portugués y sin mando, la limpiadora entro a las 3 de la tarde estando en nuestra intimidad, por la noche es imposible dormir hay mucho ruido en la calle a las 3 de la mañana el camión de la basura todas las noches las gaviotas no te dejan dormir y los ingleses dando voces por la calle toda la noche, habitación sin aire acondicionado y el internet no va en la habitación una experiencia que no repetiría la verdad teníamos reservado 7 días y Emos estado 4 días porque era muy incómodo estar ahí no lo recomiendo por nada del mundo!

HORRIBLE, chambre désuète, près d'une heure d'attente devant la porte car clé fournie n'ouvre pas. Pas de clim ; plus de 40° dans la chambre à notre arrivée après 3H de voiture. Pas de VMC dans SDB, robinet ne fonctionne pas, l eau coule toute la journée, pas de wifi si ce n'est à la supérette d'à côté, pas de serviettes en stock après une semaine de présence, pas de ménage fait. Pas de rideaux, donc doubles portes en bois pourries fermées toute la journée.Frigo tellement en fin de vie que l on a une tondeuse dans la monopièce toute la nuit en bruit de fond. Le tout pour une LUNE DE MIEL !! mentionné lors de la résa, aucune info sur place...

Logement bien situé. Personnel agréable.
Par contre l'appartement est à la limite de l'insalubrité, fuite au robinet de la salle de bain, ça disjoncte quand on se sert du micro onde et de la plaque électrique en même temps. Cuisine sous équipée ( pas de cafetière, pas de poêle etc...). Enfin tout est à revoir dans son ensemble.

reservamos para una semana de estancia y el mismo dia nada más entrar nos tuvimos que ir estaba sucio la cocina el baño horrible, donde se coloca el papel higiénico con manchas pegajosas, había arañas, mosquitos, gusanos, LAS MANTAS TENÍAN PELOS DE OTRAS PERSONAS, todo era viejo las lamparas sucias llenas de bichos por dentro, la ventana de la cocina también, se oían muchos golpes, la casa super fría, la tele vieja y sin mando que fuimos a recepción a preguntarles por el mando y nos dijeron que lo tenían ahí guardado pero no nos lo dieron, el techo todo lleno de bichos raros y las marcas de los bichos aplastados que habían matado la gente, el patio da a la calle que se puede meter cualquier persona, sinceramente espero que me devuelvan mi dinero porque estoy muy decepcionada

Our studio was nice and tidy! There was plenty of good food in the morning and evening. The dinner was lovely and had plenty of variety. Clean pools, clean facilities, informative and well behaved staff, lovely cats :) . The only thing that we didn't like were a bunch of British visitors who we saw drunk every evening and vomitting around their flats...

Booked here from 11-20th with my daughter, at a very low price. We didn't know what to expect for the price, but it was amazing, short walk to old town, but far enough away from the noise. Our apartment was lovely, could do with updating, but the view was fantastic, overlooking the sea. Our balcony was massive, and sun all day. Staff very, very friendly. I can't recommend the Jardim enough. We will definitely be going back

Well situated for beach and square. Apartments spacious if a little tired. Maid service very good. Pool area very nice but too few sunbeds. Wi-Fi room. Any food we had was fairly good, as we were self catering. Only had point was noise travelled easily in apartments and it could be quite noisy in wee small hours when people returned from pubs etc.

Stayed here the end of April the room was fine had a cooker large fridge
And a balcony facing the sea the old town square is 10 minutes walk but it is all down hill which makes it very hard on the legs coming back up.so my advice is jump in a taxi it costs 5€ .the square is full of bars and restaurants and is very lively I would definitely come back and stay here

Nice clean studio on arrival although missing towels. Old fashioned but perfectly fine. Unfortunately we must of had lazy cleaner as decided to not clean one day, then to make bed and take away towels but not replace, then next day mop floor and nothing else and then another day replace towels but left no loo roll. Other than the entertainment of random cleaning was nice. The pool area was lovely. Lovely views and the restaurant had a good lunch selection and really reasonable price (we only had lunch there). Close to old town and other attractions. All in all for the price you pay the value is good. Be warned though they do expect €50 per person deposit on arrival and €150 per person in same sex groups. They want this in cash as well.

31/03/2018 peor imposible, mala organización en la recepción, estuve con una excursión organizada desde hace meses y no tenían los apartamentos limpios, sin toallas sin termo de agua caliente, comida y cena fria, cuando se acaba los postres no reponen, aparte de viejo no hacen que tu estancia sea agradable, muchísimas escaleras para subir con las maletas sin ayuda por tarde del hotel de un coche o remolque, en fin. . no recomendable y por supuesto no volveré!!

Buena localización. Apartamento-estudio muy coqueto (necesita una nueva capa de pintura). Personal muy atento. En verano es un lujazo de sitio. Nosotros hemos ido en fin de año. Un todo incluido. No era cena cotillón, pero nos han sorprendido con una elaboradisima y copiosa cena el día 31/dic. Todo tipo de detalles decorativos, amenizado con música en directo. Vamos, digno del mejor cotillón.
Y el bar de la urbanización, de preciosa decoración oriental, con una estupenda fiesta.

A precisar de obras, as janelas não fecham, o forno não funcionava, o quarto cheio de teias, o chão completamente sujo, baratas na cozinha, e sem isolação. Restaurante com pouca qualidade e pouca variedade.
Pior mesmo é a limpeza, não existe higiene nenhuma, para além das empregadas se esquecerem das roupas sujas a porta dos apartamentos demonstra falta de organização e responsabilidade.
O bom.. a vista do quarto é 5 estrelas, o staff é super simpático e atencioso, a piscina é muito boa tanto para adultos como para crianças, e a localização é do melhor a 5 min a pé do centro de albufeira (praias, bares)

Buenas tardes, como describir mi experiencia y la de seis parejas que iban conmigo solo en una palabra TERCERMUNDISTA.
Todo un año trabajando para no tener ni refresco ni agua en los restaurante, cero sanidad como ejemplo encontrarte cucarachas y arañas en las habitaciones.
Si hablamos de limpieza pesima no te cambian las toallas ni te limpian almenos que avises.
Catering si asi se le puede llamar, porque no habia variedad siempre lo mismo, gracias a la cocinera que nos hacia comida aparte.
Y si hablamos de los Barman ni hablar, no tenian ganas de trabajar.
Ah! Y si vais con niños atentos a ellos porque no hay socorrista, al igual que alrededor del hotel que no habia seguridad.

Pésima calidad, pesimos servicios, habitaciones sucias y con cucarachas, apartamentos muy alejados de la recepcion ,amabilidad 0 , nos dieron la habitación a las 16:00 y no nos dejaron entrar a almorzar. Nunca tienen refrescos ni botellas de agua, la comida muy poca variedad y siempre lo mismo. Lo barato sale muy caro al final , no recomendable ni aunque fuese gratis. Leí las reseñas pero no me lo creía hasta que lo pude comprobar . Nota -1

y otra queja es que en nuestra horrible estancia.nos llevamos 3 días son zumos pata los niños 3 días sin coca cola 3 días son nada que poder beber .solamente había agua café y cerveza. ..porque la makina se rompió ..En los 3 días que estuvimos allí no vino nadie a arreglarlo esto se llama 700euros a la basura ..pusimos una hoja de reclamaciones pero nos dijeron que ahora mismo no podrían hacer nada ...como he dicho antes deprimente....

Foi uma semana para esquecer com muitas situações negativas. Logo no primeiro dia fiquei com vontade de ir embora. A higienização do apartamento horrível tudo sujissimo para além das baratas e formigas. Portadas a cair presas apenas com um prego. Poderia mencionar muita situação negativa.
Não recomendo a ninguém principalmente para quem quer passar férias com crianças.

Abbiamo dormito qua solo una notte e l'esperienza non è stata delle migliori. La zona è molto carina e lo staff gentilissimo ma l'appartamento che ci hanno dato per tre persone aveva 2 asciugamani e due letti (il terzo si è arrangiato sul divano). L'arredamento è "anni '70", frigo e fornelli poco più nuovi, la doccia è una vasca con la tenda. Per una vacanza va benissimo ci mancherebbe ma da fuori, considerate la piscina, i campi da tennis ci aspettavamo molto di più. È possibile che per i soggiorni brevi/ragazzi in viaggio diano gli appartamenti più vecchi.

No cóż to nie hotel a kemping , brud, smród i ubóstwo aż żal patrzeć na wszystko. Przez tydzień sprzątaczka pojawiała się co dwa dni aby wyrzucić śmieci o sprzątaniu nie było mowy, pod łóżkiem kurz i śmieci chyba z poprzedniego roku, ręczników nawet szkoda opisywać z dziurami z jednego zrobione dwa porostu przetarte i oczywiście niewymieniane ani razu podczas pobytu, o kosmetykach w pokojach można zapomnieć. Stołówkę nasz sanepid by zamknął , ładne patio na którym można by zjeść ale nie można że względu na syf na stołach na podłodze i...koty które dogadają posiłki po gościach. Hotelokemping położony w przepięknym miejscu piękne widoki ale strasznie zaniedbany z nieuprzejma obsługa już na recepcji a potem jest tylko gorzej!!! Omijajcie ten hotel nie warto tracić na niego i zdrowia i pieniędzy.

Vieux mobilier , salle de bain non entretenue : joint de la douche moisis le cache néon pendait , pas de serviette ni tapis de bain ni gel douche mis à disposition pour 2 nuits jugées comme trop petit séjour.

Assise d'une Chaise plastique du balcon cassée , frigo ne fermait plus (problème du joint ) ...
Petit déjeuner infâme, ne vaut pas le coup de réserver , mieux vaux aller dans un petit resto prendre un vrai breakfast pour le mm prix voir moins , et meilleur .
Sans oublier la piscine qui est nettoyée à 10h du matin .... un peu tard quand on sait qu'au Portugal il fait déjà 25 à 10h .

Apartamentos muy viejos la piscina esta bien aunque necesita una reforma urgente

He estado en este hotel hace una semana y no he visto nunca un hotel como este, sucio, con cucarachas y hormigas, comida muyyy pésima de lo peor, el sofá roto y sucio, telarañas en el balcón teníamos que subir tres plantas mas las del portón sin ascensor, no es lo que te venden nosotros fuimos para cinco días y al segundo día, no aguantábamos mas, dejamos el hotel me daba asco todo muy sucio la habitación nos la dieron a las cuatro menos cuarto, muy tarde bueno que deciros no tengo palabras para describir el error que cometimos con ese hotel y eso no se lo aconsejó a nadie no los hay peor por mi parte no merece ni una estrella yo pienso que una pensión estaría mejor que eso

Disgusting obnoxious staff disgusting rooms, something out of the 70s Deco. Absolutely crawling. But the surrounding areas are beautiful. Avoid the hotel but come to a beautiful place especially the old town

If I could give this hotel a 0 star rating I would. We had to get a late flight so we did not arrive at the hotel till midnight, staff were displeased at this and were rude and seemed annoyed. We were given our keys and had to make our way up to our room - we eventually found it after going through a dirty glass door that lead in to a pitch black empty building that at first glance seemed abandoned. When we finally got into the room first impressions were that it was outdated but it wasn't the end of the world so we could deal with that. Things started to get really bad when upon closer inspection we realised that the room was extremely unclean and dusty. It was about 25 degrees C and no fan only a heater (??) in the room. We were pondering whether or not to go down to reception and ask for a room change due to the uncleanliness but we decided to give it a go - until we saw the bugs running around. We went down to reception to complain about the room but there wasn't a member of staff in sight apart from a security guard that spoke very little English but he was the friendliest person that dealt with us and he tried his best to tell us to contact reception in the morning.
The rest of the night was pure hell, we ended up staying on the balcony until around 5am because we couldn't stand to be in the room with all the bugs and the grime. In the morning we contacted our travel provider and they were in the process of trying to find us a new hotel. We decided to go down and see what breakfast and the dining area was like. We were met with a rude, unfriendly member of staff and the food was extremely poor quality, tasted disgusting and had clearly been out for ages and was not fresh at all.
Thankfully we managed to find another hotel and we tried getting a refund from this hotel. We were supposed to be staying for three nights but after the first night of hell we couldn't hack it. Our travel provider tried contacting the hotel at 9am to get us our refund and the hotel kept delaying it every time they were contacted until 12pm when they finally gave us a refund but they only refunded us two of the nights as check out was at 12pm and we had not checked out by then so they had to charge us another night.
We were lucky enough to have found another hotel without going too over budget and despite having a second night charged we couldn't bare another minute in the place. Even though we managed to salvage our holiday the whole experience and unprofessional behaviour from the hotel was so stressful that it put a shadow over the whole holiday.

Although 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious & we had sea view we requested, I SPENT FIRST 5 HOURS OF HOLIDAY SCRUBBING THE PLACE! Also, I've degenerative neuromuscular decease & NOTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE & NOBODY THERE WOULD HELP ME!!! THE STAFF WERE VERY RUDE TO ME ABOUT THE WHOLE MATTER. I PREPAID FOR THE APARTMENT & I ASKED THEM ON 1ST SIGHT OF WHERE APARTMENT WAS TO CANCEL RESERVATION & REFUND MY MONEY & THEY WOULDN'T DO SO. I wear a brace from hip to toes on left leg so, just by looking at me, they knew that the 4 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS were going to CAUSE PHYSICAL PAIN. THEY HAD MY MONEY SO THEY DIDN'T GIVE A DAMN!!!

Nice place in the pleasant town of Albufeira. Situated at the edge of the old town it is well suited to those looking for a quieter area but only 5 minutes walk from the lively Old Town Square area (the walk back is all uphill and more like 10 minutes!) with bars and restaurants. There is a well stocked local shop (Fruitaria) at the roundabout which has great bread rolls every morning. A warm welcome awaits from Domingo at the cosy Hot Sun Bar at the same roundabout.

Sitio para nada recomendable (una estrella porque no se puede menos). Habitaciones anticuadas, los servicios huelen mal, la comida es asquerosa, el atencion del personal muy mala.
Nos tuvieron esperando hasta las 18:00 para que nos dieran las habitaciones. La comida no sabe a nada y en la mayoria de los casos frias. Hay hamburguesas entre horas pero están frias, duras y traen una capa blanca muy sospechosa. Nos pidieron 25€ de fianza a cada huésped.
Lo único bueno desde mi habitación eran las vistas.

Yes drinks were unlimited but Not so awesome buffet and room services and be sure to carry your insect repellents as these rooms get infested with ants and bugs.

Absolutely awful, Food Inedible, Requested a pillow six times over 4 days totally ignored, rude unprofessional. Management allowed one of our party to be threatened by stag group as he was wasted then allowed him more alcohol. Cockroaches all in apartments. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

Horrid place, dont go. Staff unhelpful, resort tired and old, million stairs to our apartment and no offer of help with bags, food was attrocios (not worth paying for), beds rock solid (would have been more comfortable on the concrete floor), apartment old and not clean. Wouldnt stay again if you paid me!

If you don't expect anything you won't be disappointed, if you like climbing stairs, this is the place to holiday
