Estuvimos en Rua dos Lagares y es un apartamento de 10! He ido con mi madre y mi hija de 2 años y estoy muy satisfecha de lo cómodo que ha sido. La ubicación es perfecta: en 5 min estás en el centro, pero su calle es muy tranquila para descansar. Tiene una cocina muy grande, que es raro en apartamentos. Y un balcón enorme donde nosotras cenábamos. Tiene hasta trona para niños. Todo muy limpio y un estilo minimalista que nos gustó. La cama súper cómoda. Y gracias a los encargados, gente local muy importante, que nos dio buena información y ayuda. ¡Gracias a Nuno, Joana y Zé!

Apartamento muy bonito y cómodo. Ubicado cerca de muchas lugares interesantes donde se puede ir andando. Parking a 5 minutos (no incluido en precio)

Well 2 stars for the location , kind host with gr8 hair, who was very helpful and the heaters. But the apartment needs desperately a new shower curtain n soap dispenser. Doors don't close, not even the bathroom door. Neighbors are super loud, even at 03:30 in the morning. U hear them.so clearly, as if they were in your room, total nightmare.

Spotless minimalist units, professional and accommodating staff in a BEAUTIFULLY renovated 200 year old building, peaceful street (no cars) located walking distance to incredible neighborhood spots for homestyle portugese food and a decent african dj set. Perfect for solo travel and meeting kindred spirits. cobblestone mountainous streets + walk up building are unfortunately not handicap accessible. If you're open to a lot of uphill walking, this spot is close to grocery, pharmacy, etc and has dope views of the castle and is located right under staircase for miradouro Sophia de Mello. Walking distance to alfama, chiado, barrio Alto, and a 2-14€ ride to basically everything else. 3 mins to train. However, don't stay here if you're a lame tourist. You won't have fun, you'll think everything is too far, your neighbors will complain about your stomping and audibly critique your tasteless 120 decibel monologue to your now estranged wife. But if you're generally respectful and down to earth, I'm sure you'll also have a 5 star stay.

Nous avons occupé un petit appartement dans les vieux quartiers de Lisbonne (alfama). Accueil chaleureux, habitat et ameublement simple mais bien entretenus, propres et fonctionnels. Aucun regret, sinon une insonorisation perfectible. Je recommande

El apartamento era encantador, con una vista increíble! Todo súper bonito y nuevo! Excelente ubicación para pasear por el centro de Lisboa! La atención de recibida muy buena! Me ha contestado súper pronto y contestado todas mis dudas, e incluso me ha dado consejos y recomendaciones de donde ir durante mi estancia. Definitivamente volveré :)

Excelente ubicación, muy práctico para llegar a cualquiera de las atracciones de interés turístico (incluso Sintra o Cascais) ya que el tren o el metro no están lejos. El apartamento estaba limpio y todo funcionaba, además de tener unas vistas muy chulas. Andre, el encargado de recibirnos fue muy atento y supo recomendarnos sitios y cosas de interés, cercanas y generales. Si vuelvo a Lisboa con amigos o pareja, definitivamente volveré a reservar en este sitio. Nada malo!

Die Lokale im Umfeld waren sehr angenehm (herzlichen und authentisch) Das Umfeld auf den zweiten Blick Beste von drei genutzten Wohnungen in Lissabon . Negativ: An das Umfeld muss man sich erstmal gewöhnen, dann ist es aber umso schöner

Positive: Location. Negative: Stairs are steep so if have heavy suitcases like we had, it was a challenge getting them up the stairs

Positiva: El apartamento estaba muy limpio, a escasos minutos el centro. Acogedor, con todo lo necesario, y como punto muy a favor, la cama muy cómoda, muy buen descanso.

Positivo: Pastel de nata e a organização do apartamento. Negativo: A casa era fria, apesar do aquecedor (mas isso é natural pois estou mais acostumada ao calor)

Positive: Lots of space, we had three rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. Quick replies from the host, who we never met. Located in the old part of the town, so nice surroundings.. Negative: One of the bedrooms was next to the staircase, so some noise there.

Positive: We arrived in advance at the property but were able to contact the owner immediately. He guided us through the phone/whatsapp so we were able to find the key and get settled smoothly. When we had a problem with the wifi, he was very responsive and got it right in the next few hours. The flat was clean and quite, perfectly situated at walking distance from the castle and the metro. The bed was confortable and the shower perfect!. Negative: ---

Positief: Een goed appartement voor als je alleen of met zijn tweeën reist. Daarnaast was de host ook erg aardig via de app. Hij gaf allerlei tips over bezienswaardigheden & restaurants. Ik kon eerder mijn sleutels ophalen dan de inchecktijd.. Negatief: Je hoort de buren heel erg in het appartement. Maar dat is niet zo erg.

Positiv: Schöne alte Wohnung mitten in der alten Stadt, einfache Ausstattung aber ausreichend für ein Wochenende. Saubere und leise Wohnung. Es sind 2 Schlafzimmer und es gibt noch ein Sofa wo eine fünfte Person schlafen könnte. Die Schlüßelübergabe lief sehr gut, alles per Whatsapp.

Positive: La posizione dell'appartamento è ideale, a 10 minuti a piedi dal castello e a 5 minuti dalla stazione della metro. L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato con gusto mantenendo gli elementi d'epoca ed è molto silenzioso.

Positiva: Muy buena situación, Andre nos trato genial y nos dieron vino y los famosos pasteles Nata calentitos como detalle, eso fue genial y super rico. . Negativa: Al ser antiguo el edificio se escucha de todo, pero ese es el encanto la verdad.

Positiva: Apartamento amplio, con varias habitaciones. Limpio. Cocina y baño reformados. Cama muy cómoda. El anfitrión estuvo en contacto siempre por wassap y mandó recomendaciones y respondió preguntas al momento. Menaje muy completo y detalles : vino y pasteles de bienvenida, filtros de café, gel de baño y champú, papel higiénico, kit de limpieza.. Negativa: Edificio viejo, los ruidos de otras habitaciones se oyen mucho. La casa está cuidada pero es vieja. El barrio tiene mucha inmigración y miseria, aunque es céntrico. Solo una estufa eléctrica para 60-70 metros de casa.

Positief: Stipt en vriendelijk onthaal door André. Uitstekende locatie in de traditionele wijk Mouraria in het hart van Lissabon. Rust en stilte ondanks heel centrale ligging. Je bent echt in Portugal.

Ωραίο διαμέρισμα με ωραία θέα, αλλά έχει δύσκολη πρόσβαση.

Positif: l'accueil de Jorge avec le pasteis de nata et la bouteille de vin rouge, les nombreux sms échangés. Négatif: très bruyant car mal isolé (on entendait bien le couple de la chambre du dessus et ça vibrait avec le lit), et des travaux de peinture ont eu lieu sans être au courant (odeur de peinture très forte dans l'appartement et bruits)

Positive: Non abbiamo mai incontrato i proprietari dell'appartamento (ci siamo scambiati informazioni e richieste via watsapp), ma sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. L'appartamento è carino, ben tenuto e confortevole.. Negazione: La struttura è senza ascensore (lo sapevo), ma le scale sono ripide e strette e, pertanto, abbastanza pericolose con bambini piccoli. Il quartiere in cui si trova l'appartamento è degradato, malfamato e non molto frequentato dai turisti (un tassista l'ha definita zona più pericolosa della città). Non è una zona adatta a famiglie, seppur vicina al centro. In casa non c'è riscaldamento, ma solo due stufette e per i nostri standard faceva abbastanza freddo.

Quartos muito luminosos e acolhedores , a preços bastante convidativos. Boa localização, bairro histórico de Lisboa, muito central.

Acesso um pouco difícil devido as ladeiras, pisos e vielas com calçadas estreitas. Porém o atendimento, suporte e infraestrutura do local é muito boa. Recomendo a todos que não tenham mobilidade reduzida.

Goed gelegen voor bezoek aan het centrum van Lissabon. Keuken en badkamer zijn aan upgrade toe.

Positive: Appartamento nel cuore della vera Lisbona, ristrutturato e pulito. Cortesia e disponibilità dello staff. Tutto l'occorrente per cucinare(ma noi abbiamo preferito pranzare in piccoli ristorantini nelle vicinanze: pesce fresco, buona cucina, prezzi bassi). Vicino alla staz.metro Martim Moniz e al capolinea del Tram 28, al Rossio e a negozi di alimentari. Free Wi-fi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Riguardo al ritiro delle chiavi, noi abbiamo avuto un contrattempo e siamo arrivati dopo l'orario concordato. Abbiamo comunque trovato una persona che ci aspettava. Suggerisco di verificare bene prima di partire il numero da chiamare all'arrivo.. Negazione: Non migliorerei nulla, ma se si viaggia con bambini piccoli è giusto sapere che la struttura è senza ascensore(per noi non è stato un problema). Di sera potrebbe capitare di vedere qualche strano personaggio, ma la zona la considererei comunque tranquilla e adatta alle famiglie.

Pozitív: Remek elhelyezkedés, reptérről metróval 25 perc alatt elérhető, valamint a városközpont pár perc séta. Nagyon kedves személyzet, aki rugalmasan alkalmazkodott minden igényünkhöz.. Negatív: -
