The delay in sending the references, the pressure exerted and your lack of diplomacy (between various threats, namely to criticize the company negatively in social networks, if the apartment was not rented for you) throughout this process, contributed to the decision from the owner... not to rent the apartment to you. If this phase ran this way, imagine how the lease would run!

Save your time and energy and do not trust this unprofessional agency. They have a sneaky strategy of keeping potential renters in stand-by after accepting their renting offer, making them believe the contract will be signed, even on the very day they choose to do so. It was our experience with agent “Anabela Franco”, who accepted surprisingly fast our offer and few days later, on the day we were supposed to meet to sign the contract, she ignored out messages and phone calls...we actually had to call the agency number next day to see what was happening, finding out to our surprise that the landlady was still thinking which proposal to accept. We were never told that we were competing with others, very disrespectful lack of transparency, and they even wanted to keep us waiting for her answer, thus wasting our limited time. Which we didn’t, especially after reading one of their recent Facebook reviews with similar story. No clear communication during this process, valuable information was kept from us and no apologies from neither the very unreliable Mme Franco nor from the agency. Not recommended!
