A comida é deliciosa e bem servida, preços acessíveis, ambiente acolhedor e serviço muito simpático. Nestes aspetos, bate outros do mesmo estilo que estão "na berra". O menu pode nao ter muita variedade para um cliente regular poder estar sempre a ser surpreendido, mas é sem dúvida um restaurante a frequentar.

Accueil très chaleureux et entrees/plats copieux et très bons, pour pas cher. De plus la petite place est très agréable. A recommander. Biere + entrée + plat + vin + thé = 20€ !! Merci Café Tehran

As an Iranian I went there with much expectations ,but "Cafeh Tenran" doesn't represent at all the kitchen of the country! "koofteh" ground meat balls in sauce, which is usually mouth watering and delicious, came here as "kooft" : six little hard dried meatballs oversalted on skewers carelessly drowned into a pool of white yogurt, wherein just some cucumbers were shredded! All together with a slim slice of lemon. Nooshejan!The second dish was a kind of Moussaka - originally a greek dish which came also over salted and oily all together with some withered lettuce leaves as the dish of the day for 11.50 euros. I hope it is better now, I haven't been back yet.

Pedi o prato do dia, que era uma “torta” de massa filo com couve flor e queijo feta, com molho de iogurte ao lado. Gostei bastante; a porção era de um bom tamanho, o preço era adequado, e no geral o prato estava bem temperado.
A sobremesa de gelato de água de rosa é boa, mas as cenouras adocicadas postas embaixo são muuuito doces, o que me fez gostar menos do sabor.
A torta de amêndoas é maravilhosa e é a sobremesa que eu recomendo.
O atendimento foi simpático mas um pouco lento. O interior do restaurante é cosy e agradável.

Spontanicznie odkryta mała knajpka z kilkoma stołami na zewnątrz. Dzięki obsłudze z poczuciem humoru można czuć się tutaj naprawdę swobodnie. Ciasto z bakaliami, bitą śmietaną i do tego różaną herbatą - przepyszne. Na pewno wpadnę tu jeszcze na obiadek:-) pozdrowienia dla Pani Kelnerki z Brazylii:-)

Absolutely delicious food. Very good dishes for sharing and they usually have a dish of the day. Always a good choice. Cosy atmosphere inside and very nice outdoor seating facing Praça das Flores. We eat here at least once a week. One of the best in Lisbon.

Tudo perfeito! Recomendo os pratos do dia. Outra dica é dizer que vai dividir os pratos. Eles já colocam tudo no centro da mesa com pratos pra vc mesmo dividir. Vale a pena porque vc prova de tudo. O atendimento também é excelente. A sobremesa que recomendo é uma com açafrão. Pergunte lá. ?Muito bom.

Been here for so many times. I have to say it’s always been the top choice for a casual dinner with friends. Love the healthy options and the price is very reasonable. The ice cream dessert was delicious.

the name is iranian and it has some iranian items on the menu but exteremly small portions and over priced. the chicken kabab Iranian style has a defionition but what they had was basically a Portuguese chicken with no rice and only 4 small pieces.

Probably in my list of the Top3 best restaurants in Lisbon. The food is surprising and incredibly good (I wish I could have ordered the whole menu), the staff is very kind and friendly. Try to get a seat outside if possible ;-)

Sehr netter Laden, und mal was anderes als den üblichen Standart serviert zu bekommen. Wenige Gerichte, aber dafür ausgefeilt gut.

Café/restaurant iranien avec des places extérieures. La nourriture est excellente, très goutue et originale avec beaucoup d'épices (pas de piment). L'accueil est sympathique. Des choix végétariens.

Delicioso café situado na praça das flores, possui um atendimento maravilhoso, sempre recepcionado pela proprietária com um sorriso imenso no rosto e deliciosas comidas.. o menu não é muito variado mas é tudo de grande qualidade o que faz eu querer voltar sempre com meus amigos. Vale a pena experimentar o prato do dia e super recomendo o sorvete de açafrão também (uma das minhas sobremesas favoritas desde que experimentei)

Sehr leckeres persisches Essen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einen Kinderstuhl konnten wir auch bekommen. Das Cafe liegt an einem sehr netten, kleinen Park, wo sich die Nachbarschaft aus dem Viertel trifft. Beim nächsten Lissabon Besuch ist es definitiv wieder in der engeren Auswahl.

Very tasty and healthy food for very low prices. Portions are not tapas size, they're full meals. €35,- for two adults and a kid of 7, including drinks is a steal.
The staff is super friendly.

I got to this place by chance, in the end it turned out to be great. You can choose from a small selection of dishes, we took the marinated chicken and it was very very good. It was served together with a fresh salad and other vegetables. For dessert we took an almond cake that had on top a Chantilly cream with cardamom. Service was very efficient and kind. Totally suggested.

We stumbled on this restaurant in this quaint little square next to a playground for our kids (always a bonus.) They have great Mediterranean food presented with style and creativity. The servers are nice and attentive.

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Drinnen war zunächst nichts frei, deshalb mussten wir einen Tisch draußen nehmen. Nach wenigen Augenblicken kam die Bedienung und sagte, dass wir doch drinnen einen Tisch haben können. Das war gut, weil man draußen einen Uringeruch wahrnehmen konnte.
Unser Essen war gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich gut. Meine Fleischbällchen waren höchstens lauwarm.

Went for dinner with some vegetarians who raved about this. They have a good hummus/pita dish and some other apps. But the mains were just inadequate. Their dessert was amazing. Forgot the name of it. I would come back for a snack w/wine on a sunny day, or dessert, but not full dinner.

The food was awesome, we ordered the Koko Sabzi and Gaymeh . The ASh was also good , we really enjoyed this place and it also has a great wine list.

Service was incredibly slow (there were 5 people in the whole restaurant) and the food was bad. I ordered a simple fritatta - after a very long wait, it came cold and full of stones. Very disappointing.

Very mediocre. I chose a chicken breast off the menu that had a great description, something like 'chicken in a blend of homemade spices...' It was depressingly small, bone dry, and served on a bed of rice. The only thing that saved it were a few pomegranate seeds sprinkled on top and some cherry tomatoes. Lovely location though, really.

Really enjoyed the food here and the little twist they had to Persian good while keeping it mainly traditional.
The quality and service were great, and reasonably priced.
The zaffran ice cream was to die for!
Ash reshteh (veggie soup) was also very good! Next time I’d change the main dish though but still worth trying that kabob.

EASY FIVE STARS - especially as compared to Persian restaurants in the US. The bread, soup and chicken were all excellent. The spices are just better here than home.

Uma boa surpresa! Gostei bastante da comida; o menu tem pouco pratos, o que é óptimo, porque há opções para todos os gostos, sem por isso achar que há limitação na escolha. Há sempre um prato do dia que não está na ementa (mas está lá essa referência); não sou fã de sobremesas, mas a tarte de amêndoa era divinal. O preço é muito acessível e o serviço de mesa rápido

Absolutely amazing place.
When you enter, you feel the environment and smell the aromas of the middle East.
You have a nice selection of typical dishes, with some typical drinks as well, and the taste is great. For the quality of the food, the price is more than fair, it is cheap. Definitely a place to try in Lisbon if you like middle eastern food.

This is a beautiful little restaurant in front of a stunning quaint park. The service is really good and the waitress is very happy to help and recommend a dish. The food itself is to die for, the lab skewers, as well as lemon chicken were wonderful. It's my new favourite spot to eat in Lisbon. VERY highly recommended.

Great location, very sweet little square. Cafeh Tehran has about 8 savoury dishes to choose from, I would highly recommend sharing! All dishes compliment each other very well. Service was excellent. Well priced.

The restaurant is nicely decorated with a small terrace outside, which was unfortunately full so we headed downstairs. The menus came quickly, not so the drinks but in all fairness the waiter did seem to be on his own.
Some traditional bread was immediately ordered as we'd had a couple of drinks previously but was a great disappointment being a sort of dried focaccia, pretty much as untraditional as you can get really! The mains then turned up and were just alright. The meatballs were a little dry and the accompaniment fine and the marinated chicken was tasty but sat on top of more of that very untraditional bread. It seemed like more effort has gone into the presentation rather than producing some genuine Iranian soul food and my impression was that there was an attempt to give the food an elegant twist to match the cheaply done but attempted elegance of the decor but before you do that you have to get the basics very right.
I would have let them get away with the food quality if the prices were a bit cheaper but at almost €40 for 2 for a couple of mains, a couple of drinks and some bread this is at the higher end of the Portuguese food price range and you can do a lot better for cheaper in Lisbon.
On the plus side the waiter was very friendly and the music was great in a very untraditional pan African sort of way. Unfortunately it was a Spotify playlist in a public space where Spotify is only licensed for private use, not public. Note to the owner - if you are using music to create a nice atmosphere in your restaurant please make sure the artists get paid appropriate rates for use in a commercial premises.

It's really hard to find restaurants with varied veggie dishes in Lisbon, so we we're thrilled when we found this gem down the street from our apt. Got the chicken with cucumber salad and the beet hummus. Delish.
