We bought a return ticket and during the return at 6 pm the boat had "technical problem" just about 10 minutes after departure. So we needed to stop at the dock (coincidence?). We didn't get any refundation and must payed bus ticket to get back.

They sold us a Ticket and at The Way back The told us that all boats are overbooked! Lisboat is horrible!!

Nous avons pris le bateau par hasard en se baladant au bord du fleuve. ..20€/pers pour 2 jours! Vous pouvez descendre sur 3 arrêts et le reprendre 1h après quand il repasse. .. Et nous n'avons pas regretté car c'est la meilleure vue de Lisbonne ! ! Ça ne tangue pas du tout et si vous avez froid, le personnel vous prête des plaids...Très bon accueil , l hôtesse vous raconte personnellement les points importants, vous prends en photos....enfin on a passé 2h de détente tout en se baladant!! Vraiment à faire. ..

Los guías españoles se lo curran mucho respondiendo a todas tus curiosidades! Relación calidad precio muy correcta! Os animo a hacer este tour en tu visita a Lisboa!

Had a great afternoon in the company of my family and friends aboard Lisboat, now Lisbon Boat! They now go even farther! Great personal, starting from the tickets kiosk, to the crew members! Please keep doing it like this. I will surely repeat the trip! Thank you!

Eigentlich hätte ich immer spass an derart Abenteuer. Diesmal nicht. Es hätte leider ein paar Minuten stärker geregnet. Daher hat u s der Kapitän am entferntesten gelegenen punkt der Route, in belem, von Bord geschickt mit der Begründung er könne wegen Regen nicht weiterfahren. Jetzt waren wir hier gestrandet. Lauter nasse Leute und Familie mit Kleinkind. Tolle Leistung für 20 Euro. Die ruckreise musste man sich selbst suchen und zahlen. Der Kapitän war u eigens nach ca. 15 Minuten weiter gefahren. Ich fühle mich verarscht.

Meine Schwester und ich haben die Tour mit Lisboat gemeinsam im August gemacht. Da ich schon recht lange in Lissabon lebe, habe ich gedacht, dass mir die Tour wahrscheinlich nicht viel Neues zu bieten hat. Weit gefehlt! Der Blick vom Tagus auf die Innenstadt mit ihren historischen Gebäuden und auf die Hängebrücke ist einfach einmalig und bietet eine völlig ungewohnte Perspektive auf die Hauptstadt! Auch das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis und die Aufmachung des Bootes waren sehr gut (gar kein Vergleich zur öffentlichen Fähre zum Beispiel). Wenn mich meine Schwester das nächste Mal besucht, machen wir unter Garantie nochmal eine Tour :-)

Servicio excelente. La gente de Lisboat es muy amable y amigable con niños y adultos. Nos trataron de maravilla y tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa. Excellent service. People from LISBOAT are very kind and friendly specially with kids. We were treated wonderfully and had a marvelous experience.

Excellente compagnie maritime, la balade fût belle, plusieurs points à voir dont Belèm. Un aller simple pour Belèm depuis Cais de Sodre coûte 14€ plus sympa que le train. Le personnel est très sympathique et en particulier avec les enfants.

A really nice experience the staff was really friendly. On every boat there was a English speaking staff member.

Personnel pas très sympathique mais ce tour en bateau qui va jusqu'à belem était génial je me suis régaler à faire des photos ! À faire

Super pour visiter plus que le centre de Lisbonne et d'une manière originale... Possibilité de descendre a plusieurs endroits et reprendre le bateau dans la journée pour aller a d'autres spots a visiter... Si vous avez un peu froid sur le bateau, n'hésitez pas a leur demander un petit plaid... Personnel plus qu'acceuillant! Je conseille... ☺️
