피자와 파스타가 먹고 싶어 방문했다.
피자는 프레시했고, 파스타는 준수했다.
다른 음식들도 맛보고 싶다.
두번째 방문
파에야와 감바스를 시켰다.
감바스는 오일이 간이 잘되었고, 양이 생각보다 적어 실망했다.
파에야는 토마토 배이스를 기대했으나,
큐민베이스에 내용물이 부실해서 실망이 컸다.
여기선 파스타, 피자만 먹자.

Great food and good wine.
They just charged us a bit to much. When we paid they never came back with our change, they just saw it as “a really good tip” I guess. We wanted to ask if we get something back but than our waiter disappeared and nobody else felt responsible.

Fui ao Mamma Donna de Lisboa (sem ser o de Belém) com meu namorado e um casal de amigos, cada um fez um pedido diferente (eu comi polvo, meu namorado bife com batata frita, meus amigos massa) e TODOS saímos super satisfeitos! Comida excelente e preço bom! O atendente Victor é brasileiro é super simpático! Recomendo muito! Ahhh depois voltamos pra comer pizza à noite! Muito bom!

Local com bom aspeto e com decoração detalhada. Serviço especializado apenas para turistas onde não falam português. Não voltarei provavelmente pois a comida não é nada de especial, é caro pelo local ser turístico e o atendimento ficar muito a desejar.

We visited Mamma Donna on Saturday 25th January 2020. It was a fantastic experience. The food was very good quality and the service was brilliant. There was 33 of us, a very large group, but they dealt with us efficiently and served up fantastic food. We would highly recommend this restaurant and we will certainly visit again if we are in Lisbon.
We made contact with Gilson before we visited. He was so helpful allowing us to create a menu to suit our needs and offered to help us on our trip.
Well done, we will be back

Com tantas ótimas "reviews", acho que não tivemos boa sorte. A massa da pizza não é fresca, parece pronta de mercado, e o pão do hambúrguer estava muito seco.
No entanto, o atendimento é excelente! Todos muitos prestativos e simpáticos.

Sono andata a pranzo a mangiarci dato che era vicino a dove alloggiavo, abbiamo ordinato il polipo alla griglia e siamo rimasti sorpresi quando ci hanno portati un polipo a testa!! Porzione gigante!!!! Consiglio di prenderne una ogni 2 persone!!

Found this whilst walking around. Nobody outside trying to drag us in which we like as we can view the menu no pressure. We did come early on which could explain this. I had lasagne which was delicious and a very generous portion. My partner ordered spaghetti carbonara but received Spaghetti bolognese which could have been a mix up with languages so no worries here. However he commented that it wasn’t that nice. We didn’t order a started but received some bread, dip and olives not being sure of the protocol we did eat it and was charged so would watch out for this as we were not asked if we would like this and would have declined if asked. Other than that staff were polite and friendly.

On our last night in Portugal we came across this place. We already had Portuguese and Chinese food and wanted pasta this time. The food was very good and waiter Miguel was very friendly. I will certainly take my next guests here. Only the WiFi password was mentioned as Mamma Donna 2000 (three words) whereas it should be MammaDonna2000 (one word).

Bonjour je n'ai jamais mis de note négative,mais la il ne faut pas y aller,repas médiocre ,très cher pour la qualité des produits, poisson pas cuit, pâtes carbonnara remplie de crème immangeable.Et par dessus tout serveur malhonnête nous mets des apéritifs sur la table sans nous dire que c'est payant .A éviter un max .
:Hello I never put a negative note, but the one should not go there, mediocre meal, very expensive for the quality of the products, uncooked fish, carbonnara pasta filled with inedible cream. And above all dishonest waiter we put aperitifs on the table without telling us that it pays. Avoid a max.

Overpriced for quality - staff was very friendly and service was very good but pizza was quite disappointing, and definitely better places around for seafood. Everything was quite greasy but not tasty. Go somewhere else, theres more restaurants down the street.

Extreme bad experience.
I ordered a Strawberry milkshake, after 5 min the waiter came to confirm what I have ordered for drink. Then a yellow milkshake was served. Confirmed by the waiter, it's a mixed one....if I insist a Strawberry one, he could change.... ehe, what's the problem?
Surimi will be found on seafood pizza...never experienced such before.
Something hard (maybe sand not certain) was in the pizza, then I stopped eating there.
By charging the bill waiter still requested fees in a polite way. sorry, not a cent for such experience.

The servant put us in a place too close to a noisy group. We only have 2 places for 2 people which is very narrow whereas there are plenty of empty table of 4 places. The servant confirmed once our drink after we ordered and still wrong drink was served. This makes our experience terrible. After all this servant still ask for a tip.

Lugar muy turístico, para parar si tienes hambre y no te apetece un McDonals. La calidad de la comida pasable. Los camareros intentan ser simpáticos pero si estás 45 minutos esperando a que te traigan tu plato y se disculpan por la tardanza porque tienen problemas con el horno, lo mínimo es tener un pequeño detalle con el comensal, unas aceitunas, un algo para picar.... No tenían pan, no tenían nada... Deberían estar más orientados al cliente, este tipo de pequeños detalles son los que te hacen ganarte al cliente aunque la comida sea regular.

Todo tenía buena pinta, pero una hora para servirte una pizza... No es de recibo, si se tiene cocina para servir 20 mesas no tiene sentido montar 60 mesas en el restaurante. No ir si está lleno. Aparte, pedimos una pizza hawaiana, lo que nos sirvieron era en cualquier restaurante una pizza Margarita sobre la que se les cayó un par de tiras de jamón (cómo dos cordones de zapatos) y tres trozos de piña... Grasienta y la masa poco hecha... Sinceramente última opción

Estuvimos esperando casi 1hora para una pizza y cuando llegó...los ingredientes brillaban por su ausencia (más bien parecía una pizza margarita) y la calidad de la masa...parecía congelada.
En el rato que estuvimos se quejaron varios clientes más de la tardanza.

HORRIBLE. Mas de una y cuarto para comer pasta sosa y pulpo duro. Me lo recomendaron en el hotel y pienso reclamarlo en recepciòn. El camarero muy amable, pero ni vuelvo ni lo recomiendo. Y en ese servicio hubo màs comensales disconformes con la espera.

Me recomendaron este lugar y fue un fiasco! Me pedí una lasagna de vegetales. Y después de 55 minutos me ponen una lasagna de espinacas que se veía que estaba congelada y para disimular la bañaron en bechamel... Un sabor horrible y completamente seca por dentro.
NO LO RECOMIENDO, ES UNA ESTAFA!

Senior Julio your food is absolutely divine. Best seafood paella ever. Also had the mushrooms with parmesan which was made to perfection. The ambience was great. Første kveld i Lisboa vandret vi gatelangs for et passende sted å spise middag. Mamma Donna hadde mange gjester og det er alltid et godt tegn. Vi ble geleidet fra gaten og inn til servitør Victor som tok godt imot oss og ga oss strålende service. Utgaven av pasta Carbonara jeg fikk servert er den beste jeg har smakt. Fyldig, autentisk og ujålete. Min venninnes gnocchi var også fantastisk. Anbefaler varm denne restauranten.

까르보나라는 한국에서 먹던 맛이랑 유사합니다.(크림으로 조리함). 이탈리아식 전통 까르보나라를 기대한 것은 나의 실수입니다. 빠에야는 평범합니다. 직원 친절은 우수하나 서비스 속도가 대체로 늦은편입니다.

Went in here as the owner is outside charming everyone with his friendly banter. Never seen the place empty which is a good sign. Food was really nice and service by our waiter, ilias, was 100%. 4 stars because they are a little bit more pricier than most restaurants.

First day in Lisbon, Decided to stop at Momma Donna . Food was exceptional, and service was great. Server Islam was soooooo nice , and made sure our food was good. He was very efficient , and made sure we enjoyed our first dinner. momma Donna is a great place to eat , especially if your indecisive!

Goede service, zijn goed geholpen door Nahian. Per ongeluk verkeerde gerecht besteld en hebben alsnog het goede gerecht klaar gemaakt. Zeer vriendelijk, goede sangria en lekker eten. Niet goedkoop, ook niet heel duur.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner at Mamma Donna!
Gilson was the perfect host. He was entertaining everyone in the restaurant which we really liked! We felt very welcome, especially since we are from Germany and we don't have those entertaining people since everyone is uptight in Germany! Thank you Gilson!
The food was also very delicious and came quickly after we ordered it. Sadly I don't remember the name of our waitress, but she was always there making sure if everything is alright!
We will definitely come back to this place and I also would recommend everyone who visits Lisbon to come to this great place!

Katastrophales Essen und Service
Wir waren zu zweit eine Pizza essen in diesem Ranzladen. Sowohl der Service als auch die sogenannten "Pizzas" waren unter aller Sau. Wir haben noch nie so schlecht gegessen. Chemiekäse, Billigwurst und unfreundliches sowie inkompetentes Personal gab es kostenlos obendrauf. Wer Lust hat auf eine Lebensmittelvergiftung kommt im Mamma Donna auf seine Kosten.

Rien d’exceptionnel, pizzas top chargées en fromage alors qu’une magarita ne devrait pas trop en avoir et les pâtes quelconques.
Service souriant, mais trop de rabatteurs pour faire rentrer les clients ça fait louche.

Stumbled upon this little gem of a restaurant, I couldn’t be any happier. The food was great, the service from Islam (aka Miguel) was great! Gilson was so friendly and hospitable. We ordered many appetizers & entrees to share, had some wine, and had a great time!

Typical restaurant. Food wasn’t very good though. Would not recommend the steak with ham for sure. The time I spent chewing it was more than enough time for me to decide ‘hey let’s put a google review for this place’ and also the service was pretty slow.
Don’t know what possessed my friends to pick this place.

2 étoiles car en soi ce n'est pas si mauvais, même si les plats sont assez gras et chargés, il y a de quoi manger et le rapport qualité/prix est bon.
Toutefois ce resto n'est pas un lieu idéal pour des touristes qui en sont la cible. Exemple : pains payants sans qu'ils soient demandés, uniquement des bouteilles payantes. Il faut se méfier.
Bilan : il existe certainement de meilleurs restaurants dans le coin et il faut éviter de se faire appâter dans ce piège à touristes, rester donc méfiants avec les prestations qu'ils proposent.

Comida normalilla, pero muy caro para lo que es. Nos han dado la.cuenta pero no nos daban ticket. He pedido el ticket porque quería ver el precio desglosado y me han dado el de la mesa de al lado porque decían que la mia no me la podina dar porque ya estaba cerrada la cuenta. Todo muy raro.

Muy mal!! Platos caros, mala calidad, te cobran 7,5€ por servicio (por mantel y servicio) y encima te piden propina!!! Que por cierto, traen la cuenta en un iPad en vez de con ticket para no darte cuenta del prus del servicio. Algo más para ser un sitio no recomendable?
Hay sitio mejores por la zona, muy falso todo...

The food was ok but a little bit overpriced compared to the prices in Portugal.
We had to wait really long to get the bill, and finally when we got it, the waiter basically demanded us to tip. We were not satisfied with the service overall so refused and he got passive agressive lol

Wir waren als Gruppe unterwegs uns wollten was essen, dann wurden wir relativ früh mehr oder weniger rausgeschmissen unfreundlich behandelt und damit wir schneller gehen, hat man sich auch keine Mühe beim Dessert gegeben und alles nur hingeklatscht. Zudem war die Mango von mir und meinem Freund einfach überteuert und Sie schmeckte schlecht

Before eating at Mamma Donna I read all the comments but I find out that nothing that was writing was the truth. I understand that peoble can have bad experience, but in my case was the opposite. The service was great, great food and great environment. I took the time to ask the waiter that served me, "Miguel" about the service charges and he explained to me that the person who was doing wrong was fired immediately because the management does not alowed that. Well if you are in Lisbon, go and experience your self. Thank you Mamma Donna for the great time.

Restaurant avec un service déplorable, les plats étaient fades et mal cuit.
Mes pâtes au pesto étaient froide et la sauce au pesto (décongèlés) littéralement brûlante sans parler de la quantité astronomique de sauce pour 3 pâtes.
Le deuxième plats de pâte à la sauce tomate était fade.
Difficile à croire mais louper des pâtes c’est possible.
Enfin à éviter et le bonus de la fin c’est le serveur qui nous dit que le service n’est pas compris dans le prix.
