The cocktails are a 7 out of 5, but the service is bad. Pretty much ignored mostof the time, took 15 minutes to get their attention to order another drink.

Incredible experience, the cocktails are unique in that they are combined with different types of teas. Let yourself be adviced by the mixologist as they know a great deal and will probably hit the spot with their recommendations!

Un cocktail bar que no lo parece, mucha luz y unas telas en el techo horrorosas. De la carta no me llamó la atención nada, pedí un cosmopolitan y no tenían zumo de arándanos. Así que me decanté por un mezcal sour que no estaba mal, pero nos cobraron 13€ por un clásico...

Tardaron en atendernos mucho y tuvimos que llamar al camarero varias veces. El precio fue demasiado alto para lo que bebimos.(26€ por 2 Mezcal Sour). Caro.

Très Bon cocktail vraiment yeux fermés sur toute la carte. Prix élevés mais justifié. Entre 9 et 25 euros le verre. (Moyenne 10-15) bonne adresse je recommande à faire 1 fois à Lisbonne.

Amazing cocktail bar. Don't order your typical gin and soda, let the bartenders recommend something based on what you like. You will not be disappointed. Great atmosphere for drinks with friends, a date spot. Staff is awesome, they have a lot of fun with their menu. Highly recommend for an after dinner drinks spot.

Probably the best legit cocktail bar in Lisbon, and we visited quite a few of the big names. The drinks were very wellmade and decently priced. The tea infusions and combos definitely make this place unique and show off the flavour skill of the mixologists. It was pretty empty for some reason but the bartender was attentive and clearly cared about his craft. Mostly tourists it seemed but that isn't necessarily a bad thing! If you want something new and a little different this is the place to check out.

Overall terrible customer experience.
We waited with my friends 25 minutes for a waitress to take the order.
After another 15 minutes we didn’t get anything so we ask for our drinks again.
We were told drinks are coming.
5 more minutes and nothing.
I’d understand if the bar is crowded. But people who came later than us got their drinks almost immediately.

Unusual but delicious cocktails and a variety of delightful teas. Cozy and intimate tables settings for couples it larger groups with large lounging chairs and deep benches for seating. Great for the end of a long night

Well, they probably make the best (or at least one of the best) cocktails in Lisbon. You can see them enjoying every bit even though they do each cocktail a thousand times a week. I really recommend a dry martini, which i had the best in my life. The only reason i give only 4 stars is the speed of service. Despite the small size of audience the time to make our round and to come back and ask for the next one was just too much . We were there for almist 2 hours and could only order 3 rounds.

I love the fact that this is a Portuguese bar, smack in the middle of very popular hot spots. Alas, as anything in Portugal, this is not a very Portuguese place, and if I weren't myself a Portuguese citizen in Lisbon, I'd say this was a bar in London, NYC, or Sydney. The bartenders, although some were Portuguese and others spoken fairly good Portuguese, were very knowledgeable about all the products that they were selling, and always recommending things to suit your taste buds. However, Portuguese was barely spoken to the clients, unless you told them that you speak Portuguese or didn't speak English. I found this to be a very weird, out of body experience that I didn't enjoy. One of the customers was having a birthday party, but the song was sung in English, although that group was all made up of Portuguese people. Great for drinks, not so great at reminding you where you are.

Solid drinks. Got classics (Old Fashioned, Sazerac, Side Car, and Whiskey Sour) none of which are on the menu. All were on point. Very nice to get a good cocktail!

立地としてもバイロ・アルトのレストラン街のすぐとなりにありますので、夕食後にまたは安いお酒の最後の締めに来店することができます。
二度目の来店時には、日本酒を使った創作カクテルもありとても意欲的な創作意欲を感じました。そして、その日本酒カクテルがおいしいこと！！立てしてみる価値ありです！！もちろんその他のカクテルも素晴らしく、内装と合わせて最高のバーであることは間違いないです！！

Very nice and cozy environment. Very friendly staff. The place serves drinks and cocktails that are based on tea and fun/sensational experiences. You have to try some to really know what I mean. Each time we ordered new drinks they outdid them selves with new amazing breathtaking and fun ways to serve and present the drinks. They are very helpful to find a drink that fits your taste and desires.
They also serve fine cafè food. Wonderful burgers and delicious desserts - all home made and tasty.

Cocktails are very good. The only thing that I would change is the lack of something to eat. That is the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars. Although if you just want to have a drink, you won't get better than that in Lisbon!

The guy behind the bar knows what he's doing. I was in love with the Double 9 cocktail with a little duck floating inside of it. You even got to take the duck back home! My friend had the Prince of Humanists and that was a winner too. Highly recommended place!

Bar was closed 40 minutes prior to actual closing time. Either the alcohol legislation has suddenly become stricter than in Finland, or these guys have no sense of doing business and serving customers. What a shame, the cocktails did look good.

A gem of a place if youblove cocktails. Received a few awards and is ranked as the top 3 cocktail bar in Lisboa, so if you are in the neighbourhood and feeling like trying something different then this is the place for you! The prices are also quite affordable!

Double 9 is a rarity amongst bars in Lisbon; it's one of the few places that accepts American Express, which is how I found myself staggering across its threshold.
First thing I noted, the place is alarmingly empty... which usually doesn't bode well to potential customers. Don't be put off however, the cocktails are some or the best I've ever had - and I've sampled a fair few watering holes - they're well thought out, innovative and moreish. The only downside is the quantities.

Ok let's try to be honest after four evenings spent in this nice cocktail bar. Excellent service on three nights out of four. Fourth night was sub-par (different staff). Work ethic varies greatly depending on the waiters/bartenders. Some very good creative cocktails (resistimos for example), but the classics are not perfectly mastered (too much sugar syrup in the classic daiquiri for example). Otherwise nice lounge music and relaxing atmosphere. Final decision : 4 stars out of five

Un barman elaborando un cocktail de ninguna de las maneras significa que deba hacer el tonto. En este local hace falta con urgencia profesionales de la cocktelería, un pinchadiscos que viva en el siglo XXI, una limpieza desinfectante con urgencia y que toda la chiquillería y sus amiguitos que atiende el local vuelvan a la guardería. Si esta cocktailería es supuestamente una de las mejores de Lisboa, imploro que precinten las peores. Un insulto de local para el cliente atrevido que entre en él.

For a cocktail bar they should improve their sale and communication skills. Menu is like a book, and we spent lots of time reading that menu. I think good waiter/bartender should have offered a help. Just work your magic :) But ofcourse they are all polite and cocktails were nice. Although not impressed.

In Sachen Cocktails die unangefochtene Nummer eins! Ich habe noch nie solch leckere Cocktails getrunken und war bei der Zubereitung mit faszinierenden Showeinlagen so nah. Touristen bekommen hier richtig was geboten für ihr Geld!

Bar gastronomique. Les cocktails sont très recherchés. Il y a de nombreux ingrédients assez insolites comme le thé, le romarin ou la cannelle. Mais au final les cocktails sont super bon, et pas super cher. Je recommande pour passer un moment tranquille, pas pour faire la fête.

original take on an old fashioned is a bit uninspiring despite coming in an impressive cloud of cinnamon smoke. A classic aviation was “fine” but neither coloured nor flavoured strongly enough. Music awful, but not unexpected. Decor is quite cool, and nice that they provided quality teas for non drinkers.

Double 9 is one of Lisbon's best cocktail bars. The tea fusion drinks are complex and innovative accross the board and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The bar works a lot with smoke, which is quite the eye catcher. Check it out!

Anscheinend gibt es hier die besten Cocktails. Da ich und meine Frau aber ein bisschen krank waren, entschieden wir uns für einen Tee. Aber auch das war eine tolle Entscheidung Der Tee wird sehr exklusiv serviert und ist ein Erlebnis wert, wie die erschiedenen Düfte und Aromen einem erklärt werden. Tolles Lokal mit lässiger Einrichtung!

O Double 9 é um tea bar localizado no hotel 9Hotel Mercy.
Aqui o conceito é juntar uma casa de chá a um bar de cocktails, criando fusões interessantes e diferentes do que estamos habituados. Para além dos cocktails, existem também alguns petiscos para combinar com as bebidas.
Mesmo sendo um bar de Hotel, existe uma entrada independente do mesmo.
O seu interior é bastante acolhedor, com um ambiente romântico e sofisticado. Os grandes cadeirões e sofás privilegiam longas estadias em conforto. As mesas são distantes umas das outras o que faz que consigamos ter privacidade e não nos sentimos "apertados".
A minha visita foi durante o cocktail week pelo que bebi os seguintes cocktails:
New Fashion:
- Rum
- Xarope de Baunilha e fumo liquido
Cocktail simples, de sabor forte e intenso. Nada a aportar.
Etnias:
- Tequila
- Aperol
- Sumo de lima
- Nectar de Agave
- Mix de chá Lapsang Souchong
- Mate de chocolate
Servido num copo em formato de caveira, tinha um sabor misterioso e delicioso. Fresco e doce, adorei a combinação dos chás com o co
O serviço foi muito simpático, interessado e disponível. Impecável.
O Double 9 é um espaço magnifico, calmo e muito bonito. Para além disso, tem uma carta de cocktails diferente e muito boa. Aliado a um serviço de excelência, tornou-se num dos meus bares preferidos de Lisboa. Recomendo.

A modern very comfortable bar with a great Mixologist ,Fabio.,who can make all the classic cocktails as w ell as those on the list using fancy tea blends .
Not sure about the food .Cheese was poor and too big a helping .This type of bar should have a few top grade cheeses.The tuna was very good but the combination was too salty.
I will try further dishes on my next visit.

Voilà vraiment un endroit que je déconseille. Joli décor, c'est vrai, mais ca s'arrête là. Les cocktails proposés sont fades sans grand intérêt. Contrairement à l'addition, qui est bien poivré.
