harold adriaansen: Ok I don't know what to say or where to start. But this is by far the most soriest excuse of a sushi restaurant that I've ever visited. I wish i could even say i was joking but its absolutely the truth. First: The sushi is no where near the quality as shown on these pictures. Its just rice with more rice. Second: The sashimi is literally a 1cm cube cut diagonally and that you get 4 pieces. The ingredients used are so thinly sliced and tastes blandly. Third: Half of the ordered items are forgotten and not brought out. Fourth: Then the only reason i give it a 1 star at all is because the staff is nice, but are uneducated into what's on the menu and if you ask questions what something is they can't even give you an answer. They even telling you they are going to ask and never return with the answer. Fifth: the tables are small and all empty bottles and cans need to stay on the table so they can count the amount you ordered and cannot be taken away. Sixth: The interior is ok'ish but there is no background music so that is not helping anything as well. Seventh: 15 euro's p/ person for just rice. Because as it is written even in wrong english as they don't like to waste food. They are certainly try to save on any normalized ingredients used in sushi. Even the normal maki roles had a layer of rice inside where the salmon or cheese cream used to be! We even had to laugh so hard as to: how the hell did they even made this sushi? How did they add the creme cheese into it? With a needle?? Eight: If anyone gives this a 4 / 5 star review then for sure they the following 3 options apply: 1 They are to good for this world. 2: They are lying through their teeth as this is by far the worst sushi place I've visited in 12 countries! 3: God bless their little souls (Even tho I'm an atheist) because or they never had sushi and this is their first try. Or their brains shrivelled to the size of a pea and were brainwashed by the owner to say those things online to lure even more victims in to this horrible hellish restaurant. Ninth: As constructive criticism i would say the following: - Train the staff As they are to know the dishes and proper basic etiquette of any restaurant in the world. And if they don't they could maybe ask their collegues or manager and return with the answer to the customers. Not say i don't know and walk away to never return with an answer they promised to get for them. - Learn to count and or write it down: As to take the damn empty bottles and cans of your customers as they take up space. We had 4 empty cola cans on our really small table. As we needed space for our meals! To eat properly! - Soft back ground music would help into setting a mood for your customers. - Check the menu for spelling errors because the English alone has so many that it seems your even trying and not waste only on food but also on wasting the quality of your (cough cough) ..... ???? - Change the menu to include what each item actually entails. Maybe someone is allergic or wants to know if the rice ball actually supposed to have any ingredients other then rice with rice filling. - Learn to make proper sushi rolls and meals from the specialist and fire the chef / manager & who ever came with this idea of serving and presenting food. If it is the owner in question then i only have one thing to say: Close your restaurant because your really in the wrong line of business. Try maybe to go into modern art: Where less is more and it actually works!!! You would now absolutely amazing for it!!!

Adquirimos a nossa nova máquina de lavar e secar através delas e tudo correu bem desde a compra até à instalação. No entanto, na sexta-feira à noite a correia partiu-se na máquina de lavar e secar. chamada sábado e o serviço de assistência técnica não estava aberto nos fins de semana. Ligou às 8 da manhã antes do trabalho e teve que deixar uma mensagem porque ninguém atendeu o telefone. 4 horas depois ainda não houve nenhuma chamada de volta. Eu ligo novamente e a mulher ao telefone me diz que ninguém poderá sair até esta sexta-feira para consertar a máquina de lavar! Isso é 7 dias sem lavar para uma família de 5 pessoas! Muito aborrecido e tive que recorrer a ir lavar a roupa hoje aos meus amigos. Sinto que alguém deveria ter saído mais cedo! Desapontado
Só não tenho tido experiências muito agradáveis aqui. Os funcionários aqui são simpáticos, mas muito irreflectidos com os clientes. Fizemos um registro aqui e literalmente passamos 2 horas com a senhora empurrando itens que não queríamos em nós - quando finalmente conseguimos o scanner para escolher o que realmente queríamos, foram 2 horas e meia depois, a bateria do scanner morreu imediatamente, e as pessoas do registro tiveram que ser caçadas.Segundo, eu entrei mais recentemente e tive que andar para trás e para frente por toda a loja (sem exageros). Cada vez que passava por um empregado só a passear, e na terceira vez havia 2 associados só a conversar fingindo que estavam a apanhar a autorização?? Se eu não soubesse que a loja iria ter um grande problema, eu mesmo acabei de subir a escada naquele ponto. Apenas uma preguiça inaceitável. A chamada foi pelo intercomunicador, nem pensar que eles não ouviram.
