Super simpáticos, boa comida.

Eten was lekker, bediening was vriendelijk en attent, prijs was zeer ok maar we hadden wel het gevoel dat we in de lobby van een hotel zaten. Heel wat lawaai, de deur die continue op en dicht ging wat niet te goede kwam van de gezelligheid. Een ander concept van restaurant zou hier beter passen.

Comida é boa, mas o atendimento deixa a desejar. Muito lento e pouco atenção ao clientes. Notasse o caos. È necessário mais experiência e comunicação entre colaboradores. Para uma terem uma ideia 30 minutos a espera da sobremesa, e durante esse 30 minutos nem perguntam o olham para si.

Bad service, less than average food. We got there, my wife and I, Evey dish took ages to get, they forgot one of the dishes, they forgot to give us forks and spoons, and mostly, the food was not good, doesn't worth the pay.

האוכל סביר אבל המנות די קטנות, ובעיקר זמני המתנה ארוכים!!! ביקשנו מרק ומאפה לפתיחה, הגיע בנפרד, הקינוח הגיע לאחר הרבה זמן!! מוזר ביותר

The lunch buffet is good at a reasonable price. But I would say this is not the best option in Lisbon.

Had great meal here. Shrimp with fresh pasta in a delicate sauce was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We have been there 2 evenings for our meals and they are excellent, I had a pizza on the first night and my partner had pasta with shrimp and garlic & citrus, I had the pasta and shrimp for my meal tonight and my partner had the veal with corn mash and gravy and he said that it was superb and meal was delicious. Will definitely be going there again before the end of our holiday. The staff are very friendly and you do not get rushed to finish your meal. There are only 4 desserts on the menu but all most enjoyable.

Déception. It's not too expensive but for a restaurant from a 4 star hotel you shouldn't do the trick "we put the bread and butter on your table without telling anything and if you eat you pay". The fresh pasta with shrimp was good (little bit too oily) but my carbonara... Only bacon fat. Disappointed, couldn't finish my plate... So sad I can't put a picture of that with my text right now. As a client from the hotel, we won't come back...

Very good service. The pizza are very good, and they are fairly priced ( in the sense it isn't eye gouging priced).

Eu, meu irmão e meu marido estávamos a fim de comer uma pizza, olhamos na internet uma sugestão mais próxima do nosso hotel - Sana Lisboa - fomos até esse Duk. Ao chegar o atendente disse que não tinha vaga e que já tinha 2 casais esperando, o inusitado foi: haviam 7 mesas vazias e ninguém esperando...sim, estávamos de jeans, tênis e camiseta...kkk pensei: que estranho, será qual o real motivo de não nos receber, o look não estava adequado, por sermos brasileiros ou não tinham mais pratos limpos? Bom, mas esse fato foi ótimo porque aí descobrimos a Ruzzo pizzaria, uma delícia, local aconchegante e excelente atendimento! Apesar do aborrecimento neste local, nossa noite terminou muito bem. Deixamos a dica no Sana Lisboa, nada de indicar hóspedes para esse tal de DUK alguma coisa. E se alguém quiser arriscar vista terno e gravata
